Iryna /: This is a total ripoff - not professional, bad cleaners who did a BAD job (floor was not mopped, rubbish was left behind, lots of dust left on shelf tops). But most importantly damaged the floor and did not pay for the repair! Deep scratches on wooden floor over 50 cm long. Avoid avoid avoid. Scam artists, not cleaners! Edit: to identify - my husband ordered the service end of March. Our guests sent the results. Your cleaners should have forwarded images of the damage and promised that you would contact for damage management. I guess this is just how you chose to run the business since we have never heard back from you. Run through the records and talk to your employees to get more information. Stop sending this harassing updates and own up to your mistakes. It is about your business and your team and I do not wish to speak to you about anything any further because I don’t expect any decent reply given how you replied below.

Martina Ban: I found Regina Cleaning based on a Google search, for me the transparency of the website itself has caught on, because it is built to a high standard. The service offered is many, of which we rented a carpet and upholstery cleaning machine for a weekend. Within a day of filling out the form, I received feedback on my booking, everything went smoothly, and I was contacted by phone on the day of receipt. They were very kind and helpful in the store, in addition to the oral instructions for the machine, we also received the photo guide, which we saw as helpful throughout the weekend, and the upholstery cleaning tablets did their thing. The result was very nice. :) In addition to these, I had a question over the weekend, to which I received an answer by email that day, and we also agreed by phone. I think it is a very customer-centric attitude to pay attention to the Customer even on weekends. I recommend them with a good heart, and I will be happy to rent a cleaning machine from them in the future. :)

x x: I rented an upholstery and carpet cleaning machine. They explained the operation of the device super kindly, and after that it was easy to use. He got all the stains out of our sofa, the upholstery and the carpet became nice and clean, and everything was completely dry in a couple of hours.

Kenneth: Great place to get your laundry done if you only have a few pieces. I only brought 4 shirts, underwear, and socks and it was 1kg and cost me 1000 forint. Other places and hostels will charge you a flat fee regardless of how much you have so you end up paying 5-7 euro for a few shirts and socks. Dropped off my laundry around 11 am and picked it up around the same time the next day cleaned and folded in a bag. 100% recommend.

D F: A pair of years ago, I asked to wash a expensive wool mattress cover, they give me back felted and shorter, so I trashed it :-( I answer back the owner answer, I complained but I got one "are you sure was not already so", anyway, my is a review, not a complain, the fact that pass 2 years does not change the story. (as the onwer wrote, but yes, i complain when was time, the answer was "sorry, that is")

S Sherman: Outstanding! We brought in a suede jacket with very bad ink stains on it (from a pen). They were uncertain whether they would be able to get the stain out but said they would try their best. They did a fantastic job! You can still tell that something happened, but it is very subtle and the ink colour is completely gone. Very affordable as well, I would have expected to pay twice what we paid for the excellent job they did :) If you need dry-cleaning done in Budapest, this is the place to go! Reliable, timely, and affordable!
