Haldi Étterem (Halal) 2010 ہلدی ریسٹورنٹ: what do users think?

Irfan Khairi: I ate here twice on my visit to Budapest. Overall I found the food to be good. I had no complaints about it. However, I felt the service was not so great. The guy working the front had this “I don’t care” attitude. He didn’t really explain the menu to me and answered my simple question as if I was putting a burden on his shoulder. The drinks in the fridge was warm and when I asked him for a cup of ice, he told me they didn’t have it (which I believe was a lie). So again, the food is decent but the service is below average.

AZ K.: Good BBQ plater. Smaller pieces were well cooked but the bigger piece was not so highly cooked. Overall good experience and taste.

Abdul Aziz Al Ahmed: Thanks for your hospitality and great halal food 🍲 The price is 6000 ft (approximately) for 3 juice 🥤 + 2 chicken 🍗 masala … Upon our arrival there was no biryani :( Note: I hope to consider the price soon..! Note/ the restaurant location is in the basement on the mall. We shall visit you again!

Márk Farkas: Amazing place! Delicious food, kind and fast service, low prices. What else do you need? Be aware it is inside of a big shopping mall, which can be really crowded. 😊 Definitely worth the visit! 👍

Kobida Krisztián (Tutu): Definitely eating here a few more times in the future. Rich flavours, reasonable prices, big portions. Good stuff!!!

abid bhatti: During our visit to Budapest, we tried food at Haldi and it was an amazing experience. In a very small place, they have got a variety of freshly cooked dishes at such an affordable prices. The guy at the reception gave us a warm welcome. I would definitely visit Haldi again if I come to Budapest. A much recommended place for desi food lovers.

Tatsuya Yabuuchi: Not too spicy, not too mild. This shop’s curry embodies so delicate balance of flavor of curry. Though this is a fast food restaurant, the quality is beyond a fast food’s one.

Ahmed Hassan: The best Pakistani food i have tasted in europe so far. I have been to 8 different European countries but couldn’t find such tasteful food as Haldi. Owner is really friendly, gave us complementary food too. Super awesome staff, Prices were very reasonable too. Everything was perfect... Highly recommended!! Double thumbs up!

Bistro Dash Cafe: what do users think?

Andrea Zsolnai: Absolutely amazing place, worth to try. There were four of us, we ordered 4 different dishes so that we can try all of them. Then we put all dishes into the center of the table and started to eat. When the waiter noticed this, he brought additional plates for every one of us. I was amazed about this kind hospitality and attention we received.

Greg Sutphin: Ordered out a quick veal tips and potatoes…pretty basic. Friendly service…served me hot tea while I waited for my order. Tasted good. I will order a more traditional Halal meal next time.

taha: I went here for eid dinner with a few friends. The service was friendly and the food arrived quickly. I tried the beef tongue soup which was interesting. The lahamajun was really good, but my favorite was the lamb pide. The laban ayran was really smooth and the kunafe with tea was a good end to the meal. Will definitely come back.

Tamás Boronyák: A truly fantastic place of flavors and hospitality. The pida dough is thin, airy, and has a wonderful texture. The cheese is melty and dreamy, and highly recommend the lamb, which is bursting with flavor.

Dina Al Akhras: This place has a piece of my heart now! The staff are super nice and friendly! The food is very tasty and delicious. We got the lentil soup + minced beef Pide + sausage pide and they were all so good! All in all: 5star experience

Zarina Khan: I have a lot to say about this bistro! Yesterday, we were roaming around the city looking for a place to have our iftar and obviously we were searching for a place that has halal options and guess what??? We came across this Bistro! Everything they serve is halal and can I just talk about their Pide? It was thin, wonderful and flavourful AND they had a lot of options to choose from and not to mention their knafeh!!!! 😍 I WAS IN LOVE WITH THEIR KNAFEH!!! Their staff showed so much hospitality and warmth and they provided us with water and dates to break our fast (been to other halal restaurants during Ramadan in Budapest but this was the first time) AND complimentary tea with the knafeh! Also, I really loved how they didn’t have alcoholic beverages as an option because I felt like I was back home Definitely coming back here again with my friends 😍♥️ Definitely a 5/5 from me!!

Alaeddine Kouki: Amazing discovery in budapest. The place looks modern and the staff were really friendly. The food exceeded my expectations. Everything came quickly and everything was fresh. The kunefah is also something to try .

Deena M: a Very very lovely friendly place and Staff 😋the food fresh and delicious ..And for the staff we met Eleina a very lovely helpful person with a beautiful smile ..I really recommend it ad the food is Halal tooFood: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Al Amir Étterem: what do users think?

Abdul Aziz Al Ahmed: First of all, I would like to request you to Reconsider your Price 🏷!! No doubt that your restaurant looks great 👍🏻 However, it’s 💲 💲 💲 costely! Comparing to the food 🍲 quantity and quality! Despite the fact that it (Halal) as stated at your menu BUT still there are many Restaurants serving the same with 50% down than yours!! Please check it out 🔜.

Muz Omar: Lovely place and a welcoming, friendly host. Well-presented delicious and premium Syrian cuisine. I liked that they were flexible on what they had on offer from the menu. We really enjoyed the food and in fact, we visited twice! 🤤😊

Reem Saulaiman: Food is really delicious i felt home to be honest. The waiter was really nice and patient. The atmosphere was welcoming. I would definitely come back again.

Sarah S: Amazing restaurant, fresh kebabs and all kind of grilles and salad, really it’s the best in Budapest!Ahmed and the lady working with him was really friendly and great, Won’t be the last when i visit Budapest again for sure👍♥️

M M: Walked by this restaurant and took a look inside and decided to give it a try. Tried the chili chicken kebab and it was delicious. It was spicy and full of flavor. I liked it so much I went back the next day and had the same. The food is mouth-watering and the prices are reasonable. If I lived in the area I would be a regular customer!

AL NOOR ÉTTEREM(Halal meat) ( Pakisztáni és Indiai ízek): what do users think?

CLINT DAVIES: Best Indian/Pakistani restaurant currently running in Budapest. The food is tasty and the pricing is perfect with perfect portion size. The service is also good, and the owner is friendly. Chicken biriyani and Karahi chicken are highlights. Must visit.

Hyder Ali: I am not a person who usually writes here but the taste of food made me drop some lines here. (Chicken biryani was like i was eating in lahore :) “If you’re looking for fresh and tasty food then this place is more than recommended for desi taste :) And about the staff, They are really nice and friendly more over they want to give their best every time.

Zain ul Abdin Siddiqui: Ordered their special biryani - great portions and authentic taste. Highlight of the dinner was their special white Karahi. Great taste. Loved the chai. Very friendly owner! Highly recommend

Qartba sheikh: Hey I had my dinner at Al noor and it was delicious good portion Pakistani flavore best biriyani I must say… I am already fan of samosa and biriyani must visit them and don’t forget to try mango lassi good luck Al noor see you soon

Sufyan Jae: Travelled from England where we live, having grown up eating authentic Pakistani dishes and have visited Pakistan dozens of times too. Can positively say this is by far the most authentic place for Pakistani food, made by two friends who wanted to share their culture with Budapest. Ignore the decor as it’s only a shell after all for their amazing food. Support these two student turned chefs who are not shying away from making fresh home-style food.

Ester B.: We ate here today and the food tastes really delicious, I loved the smell of spices all around when we walked into the restaurant.I was missing some music on the background and the wallpaper with Japanese theme felt strange in a Pakistani restaurant. But the food itself and service was superb. Thank you! 👍🏼

Flavia Dobrin: Absolutely great place, I highly recommend it. Even though the place is quite new, we visited the spot very often and we were always happy. Prices are affordable and the guys are very nice and friendly. Very good vegetarian choices! ☺️☺️ Vegetarian options: A lot of vegetarian options, I am not vegetarian yet I always choose them as they are really good and filling.

Ahmed Khan: If you are visiting Budapest and craving for some delicious and authentic Pakistani food must visit. If you like spicy then ask them to cook like Pakistani style. Me and my friends tried their Biryani, Korma and Daal all the items were up to the mark.

Ahmed Bilgrami: The best place for Pakistani food in Budapest , we tried daal tarka and chicken biryani both are good but daal tarka is out of this world and have maximum flavor possible in a daal, hats off to you guys

Andrew Mayo: Great authentic foods, nice service and comfortable athmosphere.10/10 would recommend.

Muhammad Rezwan Iqbal: I stayed in Budapest for a few months and used to go to Mughal Shahi. Having tried Pakistani/Indian restaurants in Pakistan, UK, Canada and USA I can say that Mughal Shahi recipe was authentic, taste was delicious and hospitality was amazing. Highly highly recommended.

Syed Abbas: Visited this welcoming family run restaurant on holiday, coming from Karachi I am very particular about my food. Mughal Shahi did not disappoint it was like food away from home. The owner was very friendly and accommodating, we had the nihari and beef biriyani which I will highly recommend, very well made. Will visit again

Sadaf Bukhari: Lovely cosy restaurant in the centre of Budapest. Authentic Pakistani taste, biriyani in particular was exquisite. Family run business and the owners are very welcoming. Will definitely visit again Kid-friendliness: They gave my small son a toy to play with

Irfan T: A great authentic Place in Budapest for halal Pakistani food. The taste was great, food was fresh and serving was plenty for two. The Location is little out of center but 10min walk from Metro Station of U2, so you can always arrive easily. Definitely recommend it If you are visiting Budapest and have a craving of Desi food.

Nabil F: Very good food & authentic taste, probably the only asian food I would suggest to have in Budapest, slightly outdated decor and small as well but it didn’t bothered us. Small scale kitchen leads to a slow service but, very cultured staff.

Zubair Aslam: One of the finest eating places in Budapest. Food is fresh off the stove, very delicious and same goes for presentation. Owners/staff are very polite and friendly too. Highly recommended for everyone.

Laareb Irrem M J: Came for an early dinner. The food was fresh, delicious and the servings were generous. Authentic Pakistani cuisine ! The owners were very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend !

Lionel Geo Mischie: Delicious food, fast serving, good conversation! I ate Chicken Tikka and Garlic Naan. I will definitely return to that place the next time I am in Budapest!

Luqman Hasan: One of the good halal restaurants in Budapest. The food is really good, I like their roti. The price is a bit pricey but still okay I guess. The portion is good too. The restaurant is clean and staff are really friendly. There is one male staff who likes to make some jokes and good conversation. I really recommend this place.

Peter Trkman: Excellent food, very nice staff, charming waiter, delicious mango and peach juice and excellent Indian food, great atmosphere. Good prices. Both I (who was in India several times) and four of my children who tasted Indian food for the first time were very pleased.

Sharon Solomon: This is a small and cosy joint. The host doubles as a waitress and keeps service ticking quite impressively. The food is OK, but not special. I got the same generic sauce with all my dishes..

Lini Nili: Very good. The food is delicious, and the front desk staff is very nice with his behaviour. Best wishes for Tandoori Indiai Etterem. Thank you very much.

Szeráj Turkish Restaurant: what do users think?

Luqman Hasan: One of my favourite halal Turkish restaurants in Budapest. The food taste great, the service is fast and staff are good. The price is reasonable, not too expensive. The place is clean, it has toilet, two levels of dining area and have air conditioner for hot summer. All in all, I have been to this place many times and never got bad experience. Totally recommended.

Patrick Keinemans: The oven baked pasta what can I say you have to try its that good. Also the calf doner kebab. All meats from the charcoal are great, these taste so good.Food: 5/5 …More

Josh R: Ive been here a few times and the food has always been pretty good. Stopped in today and had a gyro, lentil soup and a side dish, eggplant with yogurt. And I have to say, it would be worth just coming in here for a plate of their eggplant with yogurt, a small plate (which is a lot) was only 600 Ft so about $2.00, simply amazing flavor!

Alexandru NEACSU: Went to try after seeing a line at the entrance... yes, great authentic spot, buffet and menu with clean super fast service. Amazing selection of most traditional Turkish dishes. No alcohol!

Алексей Матвеев: I had lunch here today, ordered chicken doner plate. Fast and tasty, a large generous portion for a very reasonable price. A large spacious hall and tables outside. There is no alcohol on sale! Definitely recommend.

Naeem Sulehri: Tasty and cheap place to eat. Service is good. You can pay by credit and debit card.Recommended dishes Calf Donor Kebab Bowl, Lamb Sis Kebab, Fish and Chips Dinner …More

Md Nazmul Hasan: Tasty food in reasonable price. We ate three times in two days. Chicken kabab platter and lamb steak platter were the best (7/10 EUR per platter if you convert the money from HUF). A small glass of Ayran was less than 1 EUR. The place is very reachable from Hungarian Parliament and Margaret Island. Recommended the place happily :).

Nora Rozsnyai: My forever favorite Turkish restaurant, and I’ve been there a million times. The dishes I keep ordering are chicken sis kebab and Urfa Adana kebab with bulgur. Accompanied with an apple tea. It never disappoints.

Fiorella KV: The best option and delicious flavor we were greatly surprised ❤️ you won’t regret it. I ordered koshary and it was amazing !!Update: we came back and it was delicious once again ! Best place for brunch or early lunch !!

Nurbiike Sadykova: I have ordered kofta, rice, falafel with eggplant and pita. Both of my meals was 70-80% garnish. Kofta was so dry that even rice was more juicy than kofta.

Beyzanur Armağan: Owners are so kind, quick service. Halal and vegetarian options are available. Also if you want to try Egyptian food you should come to this place.

M.Sameh Ismail: If you are looking for delicious oriental food. Then the best place is Oriental bar. Super amazing customer service. Friendly stuff. Very good prices. Absolutely Value for Money. Promise you will be one of the Fans soon 😊A choice you will never regret.

Ferenc Szabo: Amazing, tasty food. Every time. My only problem: when I eat here I feel guilty every time, because - even when dining in - they use too much single use stuff (plastic containers, utensils).

Raluca Pamfil: Yummy food, I frequently order the egyptian eggplant moussakaa and one time I went to pick up my order and spoke briefly to one of the girls who work there, who was very nice! I am Romanian and to my great suprise, the following time I ordered this dish happened to be on December 1st, Romanian Unification Day, so she sent me a gift dessert with a note saying "Happy National Day Romania" and "bon appetit". She made my night so shoutout to her and the restaurant! 😊

Liisa Näykki: Food was super delicious, best falafels I’ve ever had! Staff was really lovely and friendly 💝

Abd-Alfatah Alodainy: Nice Egyptian food 😋 delicious, big portion and cheap price.

Star Kebab Turkish Fast-food: what do users think?

naeem ulla: If you are a Muslim and searching for Hala food near the Nyugati railway station then this is a better place. This place is opened during Sundays also ☺️ If you are on a vacation to Budapest on weekends and searching for good food then this is one of the place where you can grab nice veg and nonveg food.

Mohammed Amer Pasha: Yup another good day with a friend here this is my seventh visit after renovation. The waiters and cashiers very pleasing and attentive to their guest. If you need to go rest room is very cleaned anf comfy😌

D. Wong: We came here twice, the meat both chicken and beef kebab are delicious, not too salty nor dry. Also I really love the idea that you can have a whole plate of water melon ! Super healthy and economic for your wallet.

Kevan Kwok: Good option for a late night feed. The standard of kebabs/gyros/Turkish food in central Budapest is not great in general dry or processed tasteless meat, little toppings and small kebabs. Star is decent in comparison, at least the chicken gyro is better although they put too much sauce, the lentil soup served with bread is filling and tasty. The ambience inside is a bit classier than a regular place and they have a large range of food. Decent option, not amazing, not bad.

Richard Lacey (Lace): Proper nice grub, service was simple and quick. I ordered a beef gyros tortilla, the salad was fresh, tortilla was soft, the meat was tasty. The only thing that would have made it a five in my opinion would be more hot and spicy. I didn’t take a picture, I was way too hungry to even think about it.

chihung lu: we had a good time here. the food was not the best but okay. some plates were cold but you can ask them to heat it, VERY IMPORTANT !!!! Not the best service but passable, some of the staffs should smoke more 🙂 Like the hot Turkish tea to warm me up in the winter. Lots of food and lots of people when we were there so be aware

Ammar Ateeq: NOT RECOMMENDED! We ordered Iskender kebab and Adana kebab, the food was smelly and cold. It wasn’t addible at all and all of it went to waste. The only thing we could eat from the dishes was the yoghurt. The meal costed well over 12 euros for each dish. WASTE OF OUR TIME AND MONEY

-: Good meat, tasty salads, decent variety. I didn’t find it salty or cold meat like other reviewers. It’s self serving restaurant. Expensive for Budapest.

Onur Aydın: There is a lot of food and dessert. the flavors are very good. The prices are affordable and the employees are friendly.Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Barbs Jen: We absolutely love coming to Titiz! Have walked passed it million times every day and couldn’t wait for the day we could finally try it, as we have heard many good things about their food. We have always had their gyros plate and as you can see t on the picture, they are very generous with their portions. You can have the meat either with chips or rice, both are tasty. We once have tried their tzatziki (the cucumber salad) and was very nice as well. They offer a variety of other dishes which we yet to try.

Alexandr Voronsky: Traditional Turkish food. I would love to see Iskender kebab available but everything else is super tasty too

Samir Murati: Great Turkish restaurant in the heart of Budapest 😋 clean and fresh meals. If you are looking for halal meals you can find it here.

Aliia M: Cuzy place to spend time with family and friends. Delicious meal and good service. I have eaten food like in Turkey.

7 Sim: The food was not good, the rice was cold, the salad was not fresh, we did not like anything. Most importantly, very rude staff (young man) impolite .The dish was a wooden board full of marks & germs & dirty . Do not suggest.

Halal Laziza: what do users think?

Kim Srey: Large portions, pricing was a bit more than expected for street food stall. We spent about $18.00 USD for a chicken rice plate and chicken gyro wrap, almost similar to American prices We were there around 10 PM and they were out of many things like falafel and standard gyro meat, only had chicken The place was popular with the locals. Gave a great amount of success in to go containers. Ketchup packaging was very convenient to dip fried into Take away package was very clean, organized do that nothing spilled on walk to hotel

Charos Abdukayumova: One of the best street food places in Budapest. Highly recommend!(On Sundays you can get beef sandwiches instead of chicken)

Ahmad Tliti: Wow Syrian shawarma in Budapest! Overall the taste is good. Less garlic sauce will make it butter for sure. More origination is needed my order got mixed with other but it is fine since I got nice shawarma at the end

Mohammad Ghannam: Here at this little shop, you can find the original and authentic Syrian shawarma.Highly recommended ❤️

Yunus Emre BOLGÖNÜL: Chicken shawarma is so delicious. Place is small but cool and clean.Recommended dishes Chicken Shawarma Sandwich …More

sonelee makoona: The taste is amazing for sure, but for the price you pay and the the amount of chicken you get it isn’t worth it :( The shawarma should have more chicken!Compared to a place where you can sit and get served, their price is too much for the foods/dish they offer.

Nisreen Soudi: Love their falafel sandwiches and the staff are super friendly

Ali Baba Arabic Restaurant: what do users think?

CLINT DAVIES: Prices are reasonable and staff was friendly. The beef burger was nice, and felt really fresh. It was served with some french fries and a small bowl of mayonnaise also. I tried Alexandrian liver also, it was liver made with some spices and was wrapped in a bun. I was not a big fan of the Alexandrian liver though. The place is best for take out and also they have some tables outside in the street where you can sit and dine.

Hassan Salama: Beautiful little restaurant, food was absolutely amazing. Service 5* friendly service. Highly recommend.

Ranzen Rüdiger: Amazing Egyt fast food for a fair price and a really nice owner.

Elena Partalo: Love this place so much! Very kind people and the best food for sure.

Fiona Lehmann: Really amazing food and an incredibly nice owner.

husam elfasouni: So lovely food 😍

Kashmiri Restaurant Budapest: what do users think?

Asad Mahmood: Halal food and Good taste. Place need better hygiene and customer service can also use some improvement. There was a strand of hair in rice so maybe avoid ordering rice.

Ilham Basya: The reason why we come to here is because the food is halal. The food is very good the order and the servant is very nice. The food portion is perfectly suited if you want to eat alone or with your or with your partner or with friends. You have to come here if you want to find good food in Budapest. Best Indian food in Budapest.

Luqman Hasan: One of my favourite halal restaurants in Budapest. This restaurant is located nearby the Blaha Lujza tram stop. It has authentic Pakistani food and mostly the food is delicious, especially their briyani and mango lassi. The price is very affordable, not expensive. The service is fast and the staff are nice too! Really recommend this restaurant.

Yeshimaa: Food was extremely good!! Service was amazing, thanks a lot to Param! He was very friendly and nice with everyone! Good mood for a whole day🙌🏻

Shiraz Khan: I happened to visit Budapest for business last year and was recommended Kashmiri Restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised to find such great food and great service. Huge choice of menu and good portions too. The icing on the cake was that I also happen to be from Kashmir so had a lovely chat with the owner too. Suffice to say I went here twice during my stay and took a friend too the second time around. Will definitely be visiting on my next visit.

Abdul Mukati: This place is fantastic Sometimes carry out orders can get it busy but be patient it’s worth the wait Home-cooked meal away from home Fantastic prices and fantastic people as well as fantastic food. If you are in Budapest and you don’t eat here you’re really missing out! I highly recommend this place We had the chicken biryani One spicy version one normal, as well as a full tandoori chicken, garlic chicken tikka, and spicy chicken tikka masala. I would recommend all of these dishes. Pair it with some raita and we got some lemon on there In the tastes Teleport you!

Myratberdi Jepbarov: The food is tasty and delicious, the price is good. I would suggest if you try to order foods all together so that you can share and eat different foods as family. Because the quantity might be more for one person. Since the name of foods are not understandable, they need to place photos on picture. You need to wait for while but since we eat fresh food, that is fine.

Madina Ibrasheva: Really enjoyed food and service!! Prices are not high, portions are big. Big thanks to Param making our day

Rebeka Ulrich: The waiter was kind and we had a great lunch. Food was really delicious and cheap!Food: 5/5 | Service: 4/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
