Leo Mobil: Very unprofessional recepcionist, pretending to not understand the type of the waxing service which was requested - it turned out in purpose to close the place earlier. I understand it was Friday, after 7pm, but supposively place is open till 8pm. Everything can be proven by the time stamp of the bank card payment. I was practically kicked out. When i asked about her name in order to speak with the manager, she refused. Additionally, the waxing lady behaved also like being punished for doing her job. The worst experience in waxing services, when actually comfortable and intimate atmosphere is highly appreciated. Thankfully it is big chain, i wrote the official complaint to the headquarter.

Their fidelity program is also very interesting. Only thing is I wouldn’t recommend for people with blood circulation issues because the wax is very hot and they only use one type.

Claudia Culverhouse: Went in and was told I had to come back later, which was totally fine! I don’t expect a walk in appointment. I was told to try come back a little before my appointment. When I came back I was on time, not super early.. and was greeted at reception with a smile. After that, my experience wasn’t great. I was served by a woman who didn’t seem to really care about me or her job. She asked me to wait on the bed in the room while she went away, after coming back she just said “Lie down” and went to start waxing my eyebrows.. right away.. no conversation or discussion of what I wanted. Before she started I to think “aren’t we meant to talk about what I want??” I thought I should mention it because I could walk away with botched brows! I said to her “I’m kind of growing them out at the moment so I don’t want them too thin..” she replied with “what?” So I said again “I’ve had them too thin in the past so I’m kind of trying to grow them out.. I don’t want them too thin.” She didn’t say anything and then just started waxing my brows.. Now don’t get me wrong, they aren’t the worst eyebrows I’ve had, but they aren’t exactly what I was hoping for. She took too much off even though I told her I just wanted a tidy up and wasn’t looking to go too thin. I’m not too cut up about it because they look alright and hair will grow back, but it’s kind of unfortunate that they don’t seem to have the same quality of service as other places I’ve been. She acted as though she didn’t want to serve me, and I was out within 5 minutes. It felt very rushed and like no care was taken. Honestly, I would just try somewhere else if you can.

Fifirst Lalast: I recommend it if you don’t have high expectations as it is cheap and usually quick. The place is not very hygenic or professional. - They make you lay on a piece of paper that rips and moves very easily so you can’t help touching the pillow underneath. - They have ripped off pieces of my skin several times. - They don’t remove the residual wax so you definitely have to go home afterwards. - They are not very thorough, they remove about 90% of hairs. - They don’t give you any briefing, they just start right away… They don’t ask about allergies or skin conditions either. - Sometimes there is only 1 person working so you have to wait a lot. Usually this is not the case though.

In their former studio on Práter Street, beauticians often rotated and there were many beginners, which caused unpleasant experiences and their kindness could not compensate. So this place is a hundred times better and the beautician is also light years better.

Rayana Nedved: Talk about the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. Not one smile from the girl that was working the reception. She tells me that there aren’t any availability and they can’t take me as a walk in; only for me to go home, get on my cellphone and see multiple available spots for the same day. Because I’m not from here and I couldn’t find another waxing salon, I end up making a reservation within 15 minutes. After arriving the same girl is working the reception. Once again not one smile from her, she was extremely short and rude. She turns out to be the person waxing me. The most uncomfortable waxing experience I’ve ever had. Not a word was spoken the entire process. When I’m ready to pay, the salon is completely empty and all of the girls that work there are on their phones “hanging out”. I’m not sure why she refused to accommodate me the first time I was there, but I can say that if I lived here, I’d never step foot in this place ever again.

Szilvia Blaskó: After so many positive reviews I arrived with high expectations but I got disappointed. Nikolett is really nice personality wise but she simply didn’t listen to what I was asking for and overwaxed my eyebrows. (I can see it in the reviews, I am not the first one..). It was terrible, I almost cried. She said she accepts that I like the shape differently, but she personally likes the outcome (she has thin tattoed eyebrows, while I have natural, thicker eyebrows…sorry, I just had…). Advice for the future: follow what the the guest is asking for, not your own taste :/. The rest of the waxing (intimate, legs) was fine, my skin on the intimate part was peeling though.

She checked her watch couple of times in a way that she is in rush although I had appointment , she was good in working and quality was good but I never ever wanna go back there with her, she was more than impolite and inappropriate and I never expected it from such a salon!She just ruined my afternoon with that behavior..

Serina Wakelam: Same as below - I had one of the main ladies who didn’t say a word to me until I got visibly upset with how she shaped my eyebrows. She didn’t listen to what I wanted, and overwaxed them. They are ok and not too bad however they are not balanced and she blamed that on my face shape. I’ve never had an issue previously with them. I don’t think this should hinder you from going but be aware of the cold atmosphere.
