S Sherman: Outstanding! We brought in a suede jacket with very bad ink stains on it (from a pen). They were uncertain whether they would be able to get the stain out but said they would try their best. They did a fantastic job! You can still tell that something happened, but it is very subtle and the ink colour is completely gone. Very affordable as well, I would have expected to pay twice what we paid for the excellent job they did :) If you need dry-cleaning done in Budapest, this is the place to go! Reliable, timely, and affordable!

Kenneth: Great place to get your laundry done if you only have a few pieces. I only brought 4 shirts, underwear, and socks and it was 1kg and cost me 1000 forint. Other places and hostels will charge you a flat fee regardless of how much you have so you end up paying 5-7 euro for a few shirts and socks. Dropped off my laundry around 11 am and picked it up around the same time the next day cleaned and folded in a bag. 100% recommend.
Annaliese Trehan: This little laundry was perfect for our holiday laundry refresh. They do very reasonable same-day service by weight. Our whites came back whiter and my husbands white shirt pressed wonderfully. Highly recommend for travelers.
D F: A pair of years ago, I asked to wash a expensive wool mattress cover, they give me back felted and shorter, so I trashed it :-( I answer back the owner answer, I complained but I got one "are you sure was not already so", anyway, my is a review, not a complain, the fact that pass 2 years does not change the story. (as the onwer wrote, but yes, i complain when was time, the answer was "sorry, that is")

The people who attended me made an effort to give me all the information, even though I did not speak Hungarian. An excellent service, fast and helpful. Very good value for money. Edit Hetzmann: I brought my light-colored fabric jacket, stained in several places, here for cleaning. After receiving it, I noticed that the stains remained, and even that the fabric around some of the stains became lighter thanks to the repeated attempts to remove them. Tímea Hajdo: I read a lot of negative experiences, but luckily I had a positive experience. The lady who took my coat for cleaning was nice, there were no problems with the collection either, and my coat is as good as new. It was really very dirty, which was quite noticeable on the blue color.

Há Csé: I submitted my "sealed" sleeve jacket to clean. Upon receipt, I was sad to find that I received the jacket back in the same way. To my question about the effectiveness of the cleaning, the lady pointed to the inscription "no guarantee" on the receipt fecnin. My appearance in the store (understand customer) was visibly confusing to the staff. I promise I will never bother you again.
István Stefán: I took a hat to clean, they returned it just as dirty, when they complained, they said they couldn’t get everything out of it. The money was, of course, fenced off. (Interestingly, they managed to clean it up for a second run ...)

Emese Kis: I would have had a short winter coat cleaned. I had to go back three times because obvious stains were not removed; in fact, the coat did not show that it had been cleaned at all. This is not my first bad experience; unfortunately, I cannot patronize this store in the future, even though it would be very convenient.
Jingi Wang: I had to have a suit cleaned within a tight deadline, which was not accepted in several places, and I brought it here when they said that they would guarantee that it would be ready by the given deadline. It turned out that way and I am 100% satisfied with the cleanliness of the suit and the ironing. Overall, I recommend it to everyone, professional work, nice employees, fast work... 5 stars

When I arrived the friendly man got me to put my clothes in the washing machine then he told me he will take care of everything else so to come back in two hours. I came back two hours later and my clothes were spotlessly clean, in perfect condition, lovely & warm & smelled beautiful. Highly recommend this laundry service! It’s fantastic value too

Although it says “self-service”, there is a person there that will load and take care of your laundry for you, you just come pick it up after 2.5 hours. He was super friendly and helpful! Make sure to bring cash as it is cash-only.
Robert Street: Yesterday we took our dirty clothes to this laundry and dropped them off with Norbert at 9:00am. We returned at 3:00pm and the clothes had been washed and dried. They were in a basket on the top of the washers. The price is not expensive. We were pleased. Excellent!

I walked out forgetting my laptop on a table. On the metro I finally figured out My backpack is too light. Came back and the owner is holding it behind their desk waiting for me to come back and claim it. WOW. Love this place. Highly recommend it to everyone PS he wouldn’t take the reward I offered to him!
jack field: Excellent. You put your washing in the machine and the gentleman running it does the rest. He gives advice on what temperature to use as well which if you are cluless like me is much appreciated. So much better than a coin operated laundry especially when it comes to drying, I never know how long to dry for and often find my clothes are damp when I get back to my hotel. Great value at 2800 HUF.

Someone stoled my clothes. The man who works there didn’t want to check the cameras. Be careful and I hope this messages make people don’t go there. Be careful.
