Rob Anderson: I needed to ship a few pieces of delicate artwork from Budapest to NYC. The helpful staff packed and shipped everything perfectly. It took me about 10 minutes, and they handled the rest. Packages arrived in 4 days. Big thanks to Greta and Ernesto!

Parvin Sandhu: I had a really good experience with Greta who went above and beyond in helping me. I was in a horrible situation while travelling in Budapest, my bag got broken into at the hotel we were staying at. I was nervous about holding on to my laptop for the whole month of our trip after that incident and decided to ship it home. Greta alleviated my fears and ensured my laptop reached safely with a reasonable price. However, I was harassed by UPS in Malaysia to pay taxes, etc even though it’s a used and personal item, eventually they released my laptop after much debate. This is not the fault of the MBE in Budapest. It’s the corrupted UPS office in Kuala Lumpur.

Anita A: I’ve been traveling for awhile and needed to send a package home to lighten my load. Ernesto answered my questions over chat before I came into the shop. When I arrived he helped me right away and was super friendly. I was really anxious about shipping from Hungary to the US bc I had never done it before. Some local friends told me it was going to be a hassle but Ernesto made sure it wasn’t! It’s not cheap but it’s easy. Highly recommend!

Eduard Demeschko: Before the firm, you can pause 🚛. Loading is fast, do not leave pallets on the trailer, because after loading your pallets will be taken away and not returned, they will pretend that they do not hear you and the ramp has already been closed. The security is not adequate, as if it were not the guards but the director, there is no respect for the driver at all. After downloading, you need to go to the office for documents, which is located near the guards, when we entered the territory on the right, we turned the office immediately on the left side. There is a toilet in the office

U O: They actually rarely try to deliver, you can ask holidays at work, cancel any social activity, wait for days and be totally frustrated sitting at home when suddenly you will get an email saying that in that second you were not at home. Complete mess, complete fraud, complete frustration. Same happens to all my friends. Positive reviews here shall be paid or from employees and their families. Please notice there is just 5 stars and 1 star reviews. Fraud vs reality. No reviews in-between. Communication on emails exclusively in Hungarian, when it would take 5 min to send bilingual messages. Whenever i get anything online I pray that wont be Dpd delivering. Hope the big companies sending realize once soon.
Tony Gardner: I recently had some major problems with a UPS delivery so I was delighted when all went well with the DPD carrier. The parcel arrived sooner than expected, I was able to track easily and was clearly informed the precise time of delivery. Excellent service all round. Thank You

Rita Remenyi: It came in handy that between 18:00 and 19:00 I was able to arrange the parcel delivery here without making a slap, which also reached the finish line. The parcel delivery was interrupted by the not weak traffic of the gas station. Thanks to the little lady who works at both the checkout and dhl for arranging the shipment and refueling in stereo.

Tamas Balint: Critical: Professionalism, QualityTerrible. One agent doesnt know what other does and despite two promises next day delivery failed as they decided my parcel wants to travel all around Hungary instead of coming to me directly.
Zoltán Tornallyay: Very disappointing service. I sent a small box from Budapest to London with 3-4 days delivery time offered. But the actual delivery took 8 days. It was a good start with punctual pickup, immediate transfer to destination city. According to TNT tracking info, the parcel arrived to Dartford - London in 2 days, then it was parked here for 3 days (out of which only 4 hrs delay by customs), then transferred to Leyton Depot and parked there for another 3 days. So the shipment actually spent 6 days in London, before delivering to the addressee, what is simply not acceptable.
Fadl K: My package was supposed to be delivered today before 6pm!!! I payed over 100 euro in shipping! Unbelievable it’s Friday today so now I have to wait until Monday till I finally get it.

Ivett Fulop: They have an extremely slow and incompetent customs team. They were informed in advance that I’m expecting a special parcel that they should treat with priority, otherwise what’s inside is going to rot in a very short time. I was told that they treat my parcel with priority, in fact they have no idea what’s the process they should follow and what they are supposed to do, they are never able to answer any of my questions and their response time is... well... way too long. Instead of being proactive and do what they are supposed to do they just keep me running around and/or waiting, and tossing paper around... Don’t recommend them for international shipments at all!!!
Kondor A: If you value yourself and your time you do not choose them! They have a very bad and slow customer service, no system, every time I spoke with them they said different thing. They are also not cooperative and if they make mistake do not take responsibility they blame you/the customer/their customers. What happened that I did exactly what they said in the phone, and then turned out it was wrong, the person said wrong thing, and they said it is my fault. They also forgot to send message, for 4days, that the package arrived and I need to fill a form, i had to contact with them and ask them to send me that form. It is not a service!

Stéphanie Almeida: The staff is unprepared and rude. I tried to drop off a document to be sent to Serbia. The lady couldn’t find the word Serbia on the location dropdown and even tried to call DHL Customer Service to ask how she could find it. After some time she finally spotted Serbia on the dropdown list and started to fill in the parcel’s details. I gave her my address card to make it easier for her and she simply couldn’t copy my name and asked me to write my name on a paper. All fields were filled in and I found some spelling mistakes which I pointed out, she fixed it. After all this, she came back to me and said the shipment could not be concluded and it was not possible to send it, no explanations given, she simply went to speak to another client and left me standing there. I left and went to another DHL Point in Asboth u. 18 where the guy was extremely polite, spoke perfect english and I was able to successfully send my document to Serbia with no issues or hiccups.

Szilveszter Pálya: Not many people know about this option at DHL, although it is especially useful if no one can be at home when the courier would deliver the package, or if you do not work in a place where you can go out to pick up a package. The accessibility is good, but it is worth stopping by car during the cinema.
Bartus Zoltán: Well, it was quite difficult to find it, because I thought, standing in front of the building, that the west gate would be on the left side of the building. The designers, on the other hand, shot it from a different angle and named the eastern part of the building the western gate.
