Gabor Balogh: My package was stuck in customs for 2 weeks, and the day after we sorted it out telephonically with the employees, they sent it back to the shipper. Disgrace of a service
Ivett Fulop: They have an extremely slow and incompetent customs team. They were informed in advance that I’m expecting a special parcel that they should treat with priority, otherwise what’s inside is going to rot in a very short time. I was told that they treat my parcel with priority, in fact they have no idea what’s the process they should follow and what they are supposed to do, they are never able to answer any of my questions and their response time is... well... way too long. Instead of being proactive and do what they are supposed to do they just keep me running around and/or waiting, and tossing paper around... Don’t recommend them for international shipments at all!!!
Kondor A: If you value yourself and your time you do not choose them! They have a very bad and slow customer service, no system, every time I spoke with them they said different thing. They are also not cooperative and if they make mistake do not take responsibility they blame you/the customer/their customers. What happened that I did exactly what they said in the phone, and then turned out it was wrong, the person said wrong thing, and they said it is my fault. They also forgot to send message, for 4days, that the package arrived and I need to fill a form, i had to contact with them and ask them to send me that form. It is not a service!
Anna Gergely: The worst company ever!! Do not ever choose them!! I have been a stressed wreck since they handled my important documents.

Claudia Almeida: The receptionists are not kind and the service is too expensive. sending documents to Brazil costs 42000 FT. Totally unrealistic. Near the place in the picture.

Elina Dobroluboff Family: Awful service! The staff knows nothing about the company’s prices, company’s offices location. And the worst is that the staff doesn’t want to help at all. We had to wait for 15 minutes while a reception woman paid attention at us. Then she told us the wrong price for a letter sending. When we showed the correct price at DHL website, she had just turned away and said that she couldn’t help us. Ashame, DhL!

Rita Remenyi: It came in handy that between 18:00 and 19:00 I was able to arrange the parcel delivery here without making a slap, which also reached the finish line. The parcel delivery was interrupted by the not weak traffic of the gas station. Thanks to the little lady who works at both the checkout and dhl for arranging the shipment and refueling in stereo.

Szilveszter Pálya: Not many people know about this option at DHL, although it is especially useful if no one can be at home when the courier would deliver the package, or if you do not work in a place where you can go out to pick up a package. The accessibility is good, but it is worth stopping by car during the cinema.

Денис Дожин: Everything is fine. We arrived 15 hours earlier, they let us into the territory. You can pause. There is a shower, toilet, coffee machine. Check-in in the morning, after 20 minutes we were put on the ramp. Unloaded in 15 minutes.
Андрей Калабалык: The coordinates for the entrance are 47.425346, 19.242668, for registration, you need the technical passport of the car and trailer, CMR, and your personal passport, according to the navigation, we go boldly to the traffic circle, further on the circle to the right UNDER THE SIGN No cargo is allowed (under the sign there is a sign in Hungarian) regardless of the prohibition of the sign, go to the registration office.
Tibor Lázár: Be prepared for customs clearance, if you catch it you can wait for 4-5 hours. I only did import duties on paper work.
