Demetris Gregoriou: Most terrible, slow service I have ever experienced in an electronics shop. Took more than 20 minutes of paperwork to serve the customer in front of me, and never was I asked what I wanted or told that the wait was going to be that long. They even had time to joke in Hungarian. Both employees were occupied with customers while the third employee did not engage or offer to help as the line was growing.

Daniel Blaga: I had a terrible experience walking in your store today, 22 of October around 16:30. The employee, the guy who was wearing a surgical blue mask gave us a disrespectful treatment, being rude and using a higher tone. I tried to ask him politely if they have the new product, iPhone 13 pro, in stock. The customer service that he gave us today, showed how you are respect your customer. It’s not the first time when I am buying products from your store, but I never see so much disrespect from your employee. When I ask him about his name, he refused to give me this information, telling me that he is the manager and his name is not my business. With all this being said, I would like to know if you find this experience fair when you are talking about your customer. I hope that you are going don’t let this happen again with your customers and also to take the reasonable steps to make sure that your employee will learn how to show more respect for your customers.

Only go there for a hands on and if you like the product, then search for it on Argep or other such websites, you will find other shops selling the same product several thousands of forints cheaper. Never accept their offers for overpriced accessories.

Imane Jabel: My sister and I went there to buy an iPhone. To our surprise the only guy that was available at the moment told us that we need to be Hungarian in order to buy the iPhone. It didn’t make sense because we explained that we wanted to purchase it instantly, not by monthly payment (which usually requires a Hungarian permanent residence/citizenship) but he still insisted that we need to be Hungarian with a stern face. We ended up getting the iPhone from another iStyle. If he’s going to be xenophobic, why bother selling products of a non-Hungarian company? The treatment was highly unprofessional.

Adam Dienes: The absolute worst Apple associated store in town. They have an ongoing sale, frequent location and they have one TRAINEE at the cashier ! We have been queuing for around 40 minutes now and see the picture below.. Too bad we wouldn’t of made it to any other store on time.. Will not start here for sure next time ! This is absolutely crazy.. Selling high-end high margin electronics, and have no money for an extra helping hand. Ridiculous.

So walked next to the dude who was putting stuff on the shelf which he did not even give a dang that I was waiting there. Once he finished, I said "Hi". He reply Hi but walked away to the counter and I had to follow him. So he continue with scaning his stuff while I was asking him questions. Eye contact and manner? Oh who care!! I have stuff to scan here... So the whole conservation went on but still he did not seem to care or even give me eye contact. I felt like I should probably knee down and beg him for the Information. :/

Cashier was arrogant, rude, not proactive, not nice, was speaking with us like we dont matter. With this approach you totally ruin the feeling when you get the Apple product. I will find a way to send a message to Apple as well , so they know who does business with them. Hope you could organize a training or anything, so the customer care would not be this low.

Оля Левина: Had broken my screen at iPhone 6s and they made me “new original one” for 100€ I took back my phone and when I was back home f (I am guest that beautiful city) and at home at dark part of the day I found this screen very bed quality:( it has big yellow spotts and broken pixels what I can see in black pictures white points ((( a lot! :( that story happened one year ago and my phone still work, but screen is very bad( and couple days ago same situation happened with my new iPhone 8+ and I run to closer iphone fix center to know what’s going on and fix it and it was this center again and they offered me make new screen for 200€ .... I don’t trust these guys and don’t recommend this place nobody:( it’s very pity to be cheated for such big money and when you are guest of city...

We have 6 months warranty all of our service repairs or replaced parts, and if you can’t came back because logistic or travelling problems, you can write an email for us when you recognize the issue. Before you pick up your device we are doing quality check, and you can check also the quality of our work immediately at the customer service. You only have to pay after the repair furthermore you need sign the worksheet. This means you are approved and satisfied with our work. It is not likely that you go home and after recognizing yellow spots on the screen. It seems like to be water damage. Water damage is not a warranty issue! The prices you wrote is not accurate. iPhone 6S screen replacement with original part is 90 EUR. The iPhone 8 Plus screen replacement with original part is 170 EUR. When you were last time here, we analyzed immediately your iPhone 8 Plus with no cost to check what is the problem because you were almost crying in front of our customer service. Thanks for our empathy you got more 15 EUR discount because you are recurrent customer. So we don’t understand your dissatisfaction! Last time when you were here with your iPhone 6S why didn’t say to our colleges what you have experienced? In the light of these facts, your opinion is irrevelant. Best regards, iPrestige Community

Miao Miao: Friendly, reliable and efficient staff. They managed to find out and fix the issue with my old MacBook within 1 working day. They even repaired one of the missing keys on the keyboard for free. I highly recommend iDoki!

Laszlo Racz: Me and my family is very unfortunate with Apple devices, but they were able to fix everything we bring into in a reasonable price mostly on the same day. When we had water damaged devices that took up to a week. I can only recommend them for everyone who want to have their device fully working again as fast as possible.
