Jerry Wouterson: Friendly staff, though average collection. I needed a usb cable 3 meter or two shorter cables with an extension part. Nothing. Also other spaces were quite empty, so recommend to check store stock and availibility first on the website. Otherwise OK, parking easy and one hour free.

Cedric Jules: I had seen an interesting mobile phone on the website, saying it was available immediatly at Corvin. So I went directly to the shop, expecting to see the model in demonstration and trying it out a bit before buying. Sadly the phone was not in demonstration. After looking for a seller with difficulty for a while, I was able to find one. I explained what I was looking for. But she explained to me that she was busy with an other customer, so I will have to see with an other seller, I will have to wait..... So I gave up immediately, I don't want to spend 1 hour to see a phone. So actually how Euronics does expect to sell the phones in these conditions ? Just 1 positive thing, the seller (a woman) had very good english and was very courteous.

Ana Sun: Waited more than 20 minutes for someone who could help me as I wanted to buy a tablet. And finally after waiting I couldn’t check any of the tablets because all of them have been protected by the password the staff didn’t know. Thanks for nothing

Chillag ASMR: I noticed all the negative comments are for people who don't speak Hungarian. As the staff is mostly middle aged, they didn't have English class in school, therefore there might be some issues with the languages, but apart from that, the staff is really nice and caring, at least they were with me. When I was waiting in the line, I noticed 3 people come in, and they interrupted the cashier when he was with another customer, then when the cashier asked them to wait a few minutes, they became mad and started to roll eyes.. So I'm not sure what these people expect, but patience is a key sometimes. Anytime I go there the staff is lovely and patient, even thought they are probably short staffed. Whenever I had a complaint or an issue they have helped me the proper way, however fixing a device is not their responsibility but the manufacturer's, therefore when there's a delay, it doesn't mean they lie or want to treat you bad. Unfortunately things usually work like that in Hungary, that's not the staff's bad behavior! Indeed you can't find everything from A-Z, but it's a small electronic shop in a mall, so I think it's logical you can't expect them to have everything. If you are about to purchase something extra, you can check on the website where it is available.

Chantille: I wanted to buy a vacuum cleaner and none of the workers knew anything about the products, including whether they were even in stock. Highly dissatisfied with the service and the lack of knowledge the workers had about the products at the store.

Lis Betancourt: If you have any competent manager on the brand, you should know your all staff must be retraining in customer service!, 0 skills to handle with people even in the most polite way, shame of service.. I changed mi product the same day and the guy was yelling me basically because they need to work on the change, people on the cash register are rude, they just ignore you and keep talking or walking, awful experience, never again!

Roja Saketiyan: It has a wide variety and the prices are reasonable, but unfortunately, they are a little weak in communicating with the customers and the sellers do not interact with the customers. The shopping queue is usually crowded because usually only one of the cashiers is active and the other cashiers are inactive. They don't have much discount, but the prices are reasonable.

Tania Kisha: It's still the best IT store I've found in Budapest. They have pretty decent service, too!

Samuel Eisenberg: Bought online. Had to do a return. Email communication in English with clear directions. Returned to store, hassle free and with cash refund.

Marcus Schirrmacher: I have order tripods für my photo light. I'm super satisfied. I just can recommend this shop. One tip: Be aware that can be a bit difficult to find a parking space if your go by car there.

Zsolt Menyhart: I've used this company to order my Xiaomi M365 Pro electric scooter. They offered a very nice price, and quick delivery - and it was really, what they promised! My order was processed in 15 minutes(!!) just after I put my order, 35 minutes my package was handed over to the delivery company. Even after the order, and delivery they were friendly and flexible with further communication. So I recommend this shop for any product they are offering.

Attila Bruneker: The problem with this store starts with the store manager who who is absolutely unable to manage the store. Unfortunately I bought there a headset which was faulty. That wouldn't be the problem. I returned the item the next day so I could use my right to either exchange the product or get store credit or a full refund. When I arrived to the store there were not many costumers. I stood in line for the returns and there wasn't any stuff there. The store manager came to me and ask me about my business. I told him what is the situation. But before I could explain my situation he interrupted me and said there's the counter. Obviously there is the counter the is the reason why I was standing before it. Than went away. After a while a stuff member called me. I had sit down to an unsafe chair unfortunately. While the member of the stuff was doing the paperwork the chair broke I fall down to the ground and hit my face to the counter. The store manager who once again came to me to ask am I all right started to blame me for the accident and said that these were new chairs. The chairs were dirty and old. Than i asked him that is it the costumer duty to check the chairs? He did not reply. Than I said that it is the stuff or the store manager's job to check all the furnitures and diveces before opening to insure that they are safe to use for stuff and costumers alike. Than I asked him did you check it he replied no, than he replied that it is not his job the cleaning lady did it, than the cleaning lady did not do it he done it. How could you lie that boldly to anyone. How could you mange a store with an attitude like that. The reason I will not ever spend money in that chain of store is that reason, because there is huge chance that all the stores like this. Same on you store manager and shame on you Euronics that you have employ such a person and you still continue to employ. Never again I will shop at them and I urge others to not to shop there.

A E: I asked the seller if I could listen to the headphones before buying, and if they didn’t fit me to return them, he said yes. He cut the packaging with a knife, I listened to them and they did not suit me. They refused to return the money !! From the seller the packaging was opened incorrectly and after that the chef told me that this was a personal hygiene item, right in the store they deceived me. I spent my money in vain and bought headphones. I do not recommend, they are liars and thieves. Do not believe them, they will not want to return you money in case of a problem

Nuszer László: Euronics offers good quality goods for a competitive price. However, sales staff don't seem to care about helping customers. They care more about talking to each other. It used to be different a few years ago. As I see, more trainig is needed. I also tried to order online. They had no idea where the goods were. Moving their inventory to a new warehouse was very poorly managed.

ALBERT ZSOLT FARKAS (Albert): What a disappointment!!!!! Walked a mile to get there in the hope that I could buy here an indoor antenna for our TV. The store is located in a basemet. No customers. No greetings at the entrance. Walked in. Two attendants were sitting and relaxing at PC monitors. "I would like to buy an indoor TV antenna for my TV please". grumpy look...." We do not have that". Oh..thanks for Your help.... Next guy said..." The exit is on the other way Sir...". ....../////++++. Sorry what kind of a Micky Mouse company is this in Budapest my German friends? Mail order in general...in know...Must have a store... I Know ..:-) These guys at Oktogon Budapest should really go home and relax there rather. Orders should be placed on internet only. Store with this kind of service is really obsolete in 2021 and onwards....

Mustapha Mechbal: You can find all what you need in this shop, but unfortunately one of the stuff is completely not professional and don't expect any good service if you are an English speaker.

Maurits Mens: Good place to get a lot of electronics. Best to order before and pick-up there.

Bruce Cason: I'm an person who likes to make or repair things myself so I always need Conrad or something similar to buy the small electrical/electronic stuff I need. It's a bit cramped and underground which I don't like, but the staff were friendly and helpful and some spoke excellent English.

Kareem: Very musty place, you have to take the stairs to a basement where the shop is located. The quality of air is really bad there, I was counting the minutes to get out. The products selection is very poor and not worth the high prices.

Well, I don't know if it's a coincidence or just luck, neither of them, but it's basic and only the people who made an opinion in front of me were unlucky, but before I placed my order, I called the company and it wasn't the right one, where they answered immediately, they gave me another contact number, which was answered immediately again , they responded readily, I ordered, and it was delivered within the promised interval. Z. A.: They deserve -1 star and my advice is who who can make the biggest arc avoid them. If you are forced to order from them, who should not pay the amount in advance !!! Why? Nov 2021 I placed an order on the 28th, the case was closed on the 5th of January 2022. - My order was 'under preparation' for 2 weeks after ordering. - I asked in an e-mail when they will be able to give up, 0 replies were received. - So after 3 weeks I was satisfied with the fact that they are not able to fulfill the order and they are not able to communicate. Therefore, I asked them in writing to refund the prepaid amount and cancel my order. In addition to that, I also tried to call that day to finally reach someone, emphasizing the request. (Dec. 13.) The phone was either picked up or finally fired at me on the last try. - On Dec. 13, I received my FIRST response via email asking me to send my name and bank account number for a refund. I’ve been with him here so I don’t even care if I jerk, just get my money back then we can forget about each other. - I waited until January 4 for the amount to be refunded, to no avail ... Andrew J. Smith: Better than the shopping centre/mall based big department stores where one had been ignored by all personnel for 15 minutes (no eye contact nor approach). Entered, looking at fridges, woman asked if help needed within 1 min of entering, I started in Hungarian, but when paying Mr. Kiss Adam said he spoke English; guess others have basic working knowledge of shop/white goods English (most Anglo other language speakers know how to communicate clearly, logically etc. and even write down questions). You can look up Markabolt online, many items are on display in shop but not all, and they can sort delivery too. Within 24 hours I visited shop, bought new fridge, delivered following pm, and then check up call that all ok; good service :)

Roja Saketiyan: Part 1: I went to this store to buy a tablet and I wanted to consult with one of the sellers about the final choice, but none of the sellers helped or guided me, and after about half an hour, one of the sellers came to me and when I asked my question in I asked about those talbets and he said he didn't know!!! Bálint: Great place to take a look what you want to by online at a reduced price. Seriously it is cheaper to order from amazon. Also, staff is plenty, usually they have not helpful nor have a close idea about the products. Once mass of the Hungarians learn to speak a foreign language MM will have a serious competitors online.

Marian: One of the worst services I have gotten in my life. I bought an oven and paid 15,000 ft extra for them to come and set up the oven. It's been more than a month and nobody came. We went to mediamarkt to complain and they said not their problem ( because its an outsourced company that does that job). We then have called that company and they said they will call us and never did. Now we have to drive an hour to visit this small company. They have waisted my time and gas money. Dear Mediamarkt since I paid you 15,000 ft and your employees said that many people complained about this, are you running a scam? We need our money back plus compensation!!!

One was an online order in the form of a cooler. It never arrived. A month later, they sent an email saying that they could not fulfill the order. Good thing I didn't wait for them and bought it elsewhere. Today I wanted to buy a GOPro sports camera, I called the customer service directly to see which store still had one. They said there is another piece in Savoya Park. We immediately went to get it, and then the worker there informed us that it was only in stock, but it was no longer available... It is disgusting that they treat their customers in such a disgusting way. We drove through Budaörs just for that reason, I think the customer service colleague's little hand would have been broken if he called the store in front of him to see if they still had that one last piece of camera... I will never shop here again. Maximum if what I want to buy is not available anywhere else. Disgusting band!!!!!!!!!!!

A Kis (Kisa): They wanted to take it off with an extra warranty, saying that the main part of the product is not covered by the warranty, only if I buy an extra warranty from them. I was interested in brand representation. The product has a full warranty no matter which part breaks down. I have never come across such a vile attempt, and unfortunately there are people who lick it off.

Andrea: In this store, you could only get one fan, which is why we specifically traveled to Budapest. it's partly air-cooled, so to speak, it's a bit faulty at the foot of the hall, you can't sell it for a thousand. We would have taken it there because it could have been used. Then I should at least take it off the page that it's sold out, it's not available, you can't get it, so you don't travel with a backpack. 2 cashiers were working, both cashiers ran to help each other, because no one can write a check on their own, in the meantime, the queue at both places is short.... a little extra cake would not help the workers there or hiring extra labor.

Vilmos Mondy: I didn't get what I paid for. I bought a 500 watt 38 cm woofer, instead I got a 250 watt 38 cm woofer, which overheated at 250 watts. I lived with a complaint, to which the answer was that I drove too far and it was my fault. There is no guarantee. It is not covered in case of coil overheating, that is what the clerk said. This is also legally questionable.

Tamâs Nemeth: I ordered a couple of products on Tuesday morning, which showed on the website that everything was in stock in their warehouse. I sent a letter on Thursday morning to ask if the package would arrive by Friday, because we want to use it on the weekend. They confirmed in a letter that they had just given up and the courier would bring it on Friday. The courier came, but only with half of the order. I call the person, and they keep explaining that 2 packages are coming, maybe they weren't in stock, or the storekeeper didn't have time to send them, etc... They are not serious. Had I known this, I would have ordered it elsewhere.
