xz: Im not sure if i went to the same store as the other customers in the comments, but i have experienced the completely opposite service (maybe because we are not local). We were in the store for at least 10 minutes looking for a pair of sunglasses, but they never offered us any help. AND when we wanted to see more collections the lady said these brands are pretty premium, they are around 500€ and didn’t want us to see them. I have been to a lot more exclusive places but never experienced something like this, so i must say im really disappointed. Edit: thank you for your response. Based on what criteria does your staff decide to show your precious collection?

Krisztián Prekler: I just ordered Oakley sunglasses from them for the first time As they wrote, it was really 1-2 weeks All the accompanying papers are included! I called the customer service twice, they were always helpful and kind, even if it was just to the store. The salespeople were nice! Quite a large, spacious store with several brands and a large selection! They were very reasonable in price! If I need grains, I will definitely buy only from them! I can recommend it to everyone!
Árpi: I received the Armani Exchange sunglasses I ordered today! It was 3 weeks instead of 2 weeks, but no problem because they drew my attention to it when I went to the store! The two girls were very nice and helpful, they even gave me a mask because of course I forgot to take it with me! The glasses I received it properly in its own Armani box with warranty paper! I told her that I’m sorry If she misunderstood me but I didn’t want to try it on. And then she kept standing there and watching me like I’m stealing those less than 1000 ft earrings. Also she dared to talked to the worker that” I’m sorry for for bothering you but this girl is ..” I was really upset about the education of the staff member and I’ll never buy anything from Bershka. Such a disappointing!!!!!!
Bianka Pupek: None of the employees enjoy being here or have anything nice or pleasant or POLITE to say to a customer. Came here to pick up an online order and they ordered me around from register to register handed me twice giant boxes, forced bags in my hand and told me nothing while being super rude about even having to find my order. This is not because I spoke in English because my mother and I can also speak fluent Hungarian. So rude and can’t even say please or thank you or have a nice day. They definitely need to WORK ON THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS especially because they are in one of the biggest and most popular areas for tourists. Bershka company should be sad to have these employees greet 100 thousands different tourists each day.
Mahesh Muthuswamy: Ran into some inclement weather in Budapest and had to urgently shop for shoes which are water repellant/proof. Found Bershka to have an awesome area of options at very reasonable prices. The shopping experience would have been better if there was some support from store boys/girls who were only to be found near the trial rooms. Even shoes had to be tried there as no sitting area anywhere else in the store.
Andrew Smith: Really nice store. Good prices and good quality. Large womans section and decent mens section. Could have a little bit bigger selection for men. Staff were helpful at finding an different size which was not on the shelf. Clothes fit well and have good sizes.

Kareem Hassanien: Over priced! Be careful with the prices I bought sunglasses with 30% discount and later found out that they are still 30% higher than other stores. They have a ridiculous non return policy at well which they don’t disclose while selling. Very sneaky and rude sales guy with glasses, specially when I tried to return. Not recommended

Beth Genicola: I never received my items. I asked several times for tracking numbers when I finally received tracking numbers for my items they were sent to some place in Maryland. I do not live in Maryland. When I contacted support they sent me a statement stating they would send my items once again When I asked for tracking numbers for the new shipment they sent me the original tracking numbers. I think they are nothing but scammers and I would not recommend anyone buying from them. If I do receive my items by chance I will update my review but at this point I am out over $100 dollars. Buyers beware!

Giles Sterling: Rip off - avoid. Bought a vintage watch which fell apart the day I bought it.Inner plate had been vandalised. Went home next day so had it fixed at home _ cost £150. Receipt had neither phone number, e-mail or address to contact. Went in to explain what happened next visit- all I wanted was small discount on another item. Staff was rude and argumentative and was not willing to make slightest concession having sold faulty goods. Staff have very little knowledge of watches and servicing is done on the cheap

Nika Vogt: The ordering process is really easy on their website, you can choose to pay both by bank card and cash when you pick it up. I compared the prices with the main providers in the country where I live and despite the huge difference in VAT between the 2, it still worth to buy contact lenses here when I come visit my family in Hungary. The staff is kind and helpful.
Sabrina: The service does not match the price (I paid 80,000ft for a cheap frame and lenses, previous glasses in a different place was 30k). A few employee are helpful in the store but there were a few issue still. Not to mention, it is not possible to reach them by phone. I wouldn’t choose this place again in the future.
ISABEL MONCADA: The prices were good and the service was great. They help me with my eye exam and the lenses. In less than a week I had them. They can help you in English.
Tip L: Super efficient service and I appreciate the regular emails for the updates of my contact lenses order. There was a delay of my order but it has nth to do with the shop, more of an issue with the manufacturer. They were fast to respond when I inquired every time. Overall very happy with the service.

Pleasant surroundings, professional staff. Their frames are made of recycled plastic and designed with records - really cool. They have the red dot designer award. If you need new specs, this is a place you can be sure they will know what’s best in terms of lenses.
Sylvia Fierro: Amazing store with original selection of frames made from records of famous bands as well as old film, plus as a variety of colour frames. An incredible unique concept. One of a kind designs. Fantastic staff help pick so many perfect styles to fit your face, it is difficult to chose only one. We bought three! They also make sure the glasses fit you perfectly. If you are visiting Budapest and need prescription lenses they will give you an eye test and then ship the glasses right to your home. Highly recommend them!

Staff can help with styles as well, here you can feel that your person is more important than the profit: if in a cheaper glass you looks better, they will tell you and won’t press you to buy a more expensive frame, for example. They offer insurance for your glasses, which is a great idea just in case. They speaks English.
