Csenge Pop: Amazing shop, super professional and friendly service! I spent more than an hour trying shoes and discussing my needs after having my running examined. It was super insightful and I ended up buying Brooks again :) Definitely recommend visiting them in case you need help choosing the right shoe for you.

Gabor Taroczy: Went for a fitting, where they said my feet did not need stable shoes, but after finding out they only had stable shoes in my size, they said that would be a great choice and encouraged me to buy them. Tried the shoes, by the end of the first run my achilles wanted to explode, had to rest it for over a week, tried again, even worse, could hardly walk for two weeks, took the shoes back, was told there was nothing they could do about it. Overall, completely unhelpful, coupled with a dangerous lack of skill and expertise, avoid
Mike Colby: A friend was walking by this store and saw they had Brooks running shoes in the window and let me know, so I paid them a visit. Sure enough, this is one of (if not THE) only place you can buy Brooks in Budapest. The price was pretty much what you would pay at a similar shoe store in the US. The staff was super helpful and spoke English (if that matters to you). The store is on the other side of the city from where I live, but I would definitely drive back for future shoe needs.

Dominik Jonas: Working there was horrible! The workflow made me depressed and overwhelmed which required help from psychiatric professionals. I gave my best service at this company but they did not see that and treated me like an unexperienced and uneducated person. Had the worst experience and terrible pay. Disgrace what they pay people at that company. Managers and supervisors are rude and curse at you, if you don’t do something correctly. Plus their clothes are so out of date and terrible looking. They think that they have the ✨top✨ and ✨newest✨ shoes but please do me a favour! Just go to the Nike store instead if you want some decent shoes. Ps: for future and current employees. Please dont waste your time at this company and do something useful instead.
Bálint: The Hungarian website is translated by, most probably, google translate, which is truly unprofessional. I was in the store for 15 minutes, no one offered help (not that I needed it, but still). Also, the site is significantly cheaper. Other than all this, the product I purchased seems fine.
Bence Szalai: The stuff are helpfull and polite, but there are visibly few people for such a large store. The store have a fair refound policy (they provide a coupon for the full price if the stuff brought back within 15 days). So it is a good store, but the staff is undersized,still friendly.
Dániel Almássy: The prices are great. Unfortunately this is the only positive thing I can say about Sports Direct. There is no air in the store and it’s hard to stay there for more than 15 minutes. To make an order on the website is impossible from Hungary.
Miss Jo: The girls who work in the sneaker department were unusually cheeky and very rude, so the whole shopping in this store was a very unpleasant experience.

Price level is an issue here, maybe because they are renting within this overpriced luxurious shopping mall (Alee, 50 Eur /sqm or so). I would rather recommend Dechatlon sport stores where you will easily find half prices for very similar items.

Authentic Experience: I have been there for the new arrival and what I heard from them is really shocking. They told me that product won’t be available in hungary but when I checked the website it’s shown that it will be available in that store after ten days. What a unprofessionalism from the staffs. When I show them information from website they apologize but the main point is if you don’t know about something then please don’t make your customers feel bad. Sorry for them but from my own experience I can’t give more then two stars too them although I’m loyal adidas customer.
TJM: Staff did not care about walk ins at all! They were just folding and folding the sweatshirts ... No "hello" or how are you at all! The goods in the shop are far from the Adidas quality 10 years ago (of course this has nothing to do with this shop!).

The store manager had absolutely no empathy to its customers and did as if he has nothing to do with his own release. I do not recommend this store because of this unrespectful treatment.

Harcibandee !: Today I traveled from Nyíregyháza to Budapest and, guided by a sudden idea, I popped into the store. No need to sign in for a foot examination. The seller very kindly informed me about the progress of this, and since there was an empty time, he did the inspection. The whole place is very customer friendly. I have bought my shoes from them until now, and I will continue to buy them from here.
Gabriella Karabencsó: I only got a pair of shoes to try, which wasn’t good. The seller treated me quite as if I had unreasonable expectations and as if I couldn’t correctly determine if the shoes met. I received more info in 2 sentences from another customer than from those who worked there. I walked on to Spuri, where they were helpful and kind, and I bought an Asics shoe (which is also available at the Rabbit Shoe Store anyway) because they let me try it.
Karsai András: I went to the store to watch sportswear and striking clothes in striking colors. I took the previous lesson at Spuri and it was a complete disappointment, but here they normally listened to my expectations and explained how it worked. The selection of clothes is plentiful, I also bought my shoes here on a previous occasion after the saleswoman examined my feet. My next investment will be a running vest, I’ll buy it here too.

Shagun Siddhartha: Probably the best running shoe place in Budapest, the Vaci ut place being the main one. I was helped by David at the Ujbuda one who took time out to give me the best advice possible for my easy day running shoes. The attention to detail and good recommendations he gave are hard to find at probably any other place around and I have been to a few good ones in the UK so it was extremely good to see such high level of professionalism here in Budapest. The shop in general has a great collection of everything running including all the latest stuff, I bought my Clifton 7s recently. Highly recommend the place for runners of all levels

Sándor Irlanda: The guys working here are really kind. I dropped in 15 minutes before closing, and they were afraid that this short period of time would not be enough to make the perfect selection. They wanted to ensure that all customer leave 100 percent satisfied with their purchase. Csaba Szabó: Romanians and further eastern europeans abound. There are a lot of people just hangong out and looking, not buying, this making it hard to try stuff on. This, on a Tuesday. The selection of goods was okay-ish. They really need to sort the final products wall by size because it was absolute chaos. Came away with a pair of custom air-maxes so ultimately happy

This is the first time in my life I’m trying to buy something on the display and they couldn’t find the other leg of the shoe so they couldn’t sell that size to me, I was so disappointed and disgusted by the attitude.

György Vályi: One of largest HERVIS sport goods store in Árkád mall in Budapest. Very large range of quality sports goods with well known brand names. The staff is helpful and attentive but some of them are not fully qualified to perform in the required high level. The store usually not busy, so one can realize shopping comfortably without wait. Prices are not cheap. Credit cards are accepted.
Aliya Rysbek: Quite large selection of products, but very rude service. The manager ruled out the situation where we bought a pair of shoes, but were not given a box. Strange and unpleasant experience.
