Ihsan Unuvar: I am disappointed when I tried to book it the second time. I planned this booking as a part of a branding photography session for a real estate client from the US. This is a part of creating a brand in a pre-defined style and color scheme. That’s why I attempted to book this meeting room only. What happened: 1. I made a request for booking the event space for one hour. The price offer was sent to me, all good. (Also I booked the same venue for the same purpose last year.) 2. I confirmed the date and the time, then I was asked to enter my card details to make the booking. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to do it at the time (I was traveling work work) and I asked the team lead in their office to do it manually if possible and I’d push my card details afterwards. 3. No reply for 4 days (weekend included, so not a big deal) and I decided to ask for confirmation if my date was secure. Then I received an email from my contact person (team lead) saying one hour booking is not possible because: - I didn’t reply to the email (I did so in 25 mins) - there are contracted customers and they can’t be disturbed for one hour, but if i book for the whole day of half day. Questions: 1. If booking for one wasn’t possible, why was I given a price and asked for booking it online? 2. What changed within 2 working days, was the room booked in the meantime? If the room is booked in the meantime, how come am I advised to book not one hour but the half day? I can also share the email conversation if I am contacted by customer service. I feel I was denied arbitrarily because I didn’t get any sensible explanation when I spoke with the contact person of whose name I won’t publicly mention.

However, they completely failed to answer the question that I raised multiple times. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend this place for your business.

István Nagy: well this is a great place if you looking for a shared office place. this is one of the first such venues in Budapest as far as I know, and still a good one with a bit of a unique pinch of taste. For sure it has it flaws but very few of them. Such as a bit few rest rooms, and sometimes not properly working tools such as laudspeakers.
Ábel Bagaméry: A decent co-working office in Budapest downtown. They are friendly, helpful and have a truly professional attitude being dedicated to their clients. The workplace is nice and bright, though mobile signal is sometimes weak. As an overall evaluation, this is a great place to work, they have a number of plans and options so you might as well find there what you are looking for.

Dirk Messerschmidt: I had my office for a few months there. Nice people and excellent services. Would recoomend.
Endre Kecsmárik: 0 soundproofing between the offices. This way, everyone hears everything about the other tenant. The contract is renewed retroactively in February, while wishing a happy new year, and after terminating the contract, they appear with the new tenant and show the office being rented. Since then, I have been waiting for the refund of the deposit, which has not been done to date. The location is very good, but I do not recommend the quality of the offices and service to anyone.

Giulia: For me, it was just amazing finding this beauty while walking around. The building is imposing, elegant and neat. The surrounding is stunning as well, with the view of the hills on one side, and the boulevard to Újbuda-központ on the other. The renovation has made justice to this early Twentieth century factory.
