Their methods are very effective and the best part, is the customer service. Everyone is lovely, speaks English so perfect if you’re a foreigner like me, and they are extremely professional. Suzy El-Shazly: Agnes was the absolute nicest person. She was very professional, made me feel really safe and helped explain everything to me. The laser removal was almost painless for me so I would highly recommend! The space is clean and well equipped too. Really great!

Customer Care: Their customer services is ok but their prices are very expensive. I went there for tattoo removal and they charged me 15,000 HUF for one session of laser tattoo removal for a small tattoo. This was actually more than the £30 I paid for the same treatment in the UK. I managed to find another clinic in Budapest that only charged me 5,000 HUF for exactly the same treatment. Very overpriced clinic!!

Fukuyo Usui: When I had consultation with them, they were really kind, patient and thorough about the detailed explanation in English! Even they tried to write down the explanations and prices of some plans i was intrigued in English, which was tremendously helpful for me. Also, even when I had to make an appointments via email and phone call, all the time the receptionists were sweet, so I was each time feeling very comfortable contacting them.

Renan Huszka: I love this place! I usually get my IPL treatment here and recently saw that they added the Holistic facial massage service and wanted to try it. Starting off with a cup of tea and a little consultation I was asked to choose one of the intentions for the audio affirmations (this is optional). The professional massage and the audio combined with the energy of the space, put me into a deep trance and I was able to enjoy this luxury experience while not being distracted by my daily thoughts. Overall its a fantastic haling experience and more than just a facial. I highly recommend it!

After only two treatments, 50% of the hairs on the treated areas of my body fell out, the rest that grew back became thin, weak and lighter in color. krisztina bojtor: Last time i had a very arrogant receptionist, this time, my 4th appointment that i fully paid long time ago, had to be cancelled after 20 minutes of waiting at 7.00 a.m because my “nurse”, also 3rd in the process, did not find the liquid necessary for my chosen treatment. Very poor customer orientation and non existing personal treatments. But, money cashed well before the end of service. If it was my business i would focus much more on binding the customers and not treating them like said above.
