Itoshii: what do users think?

Queenie Quynh Nguyen: "All you can eat"...! Quality Japanese food, price is reasonable. The thing is to avoid wasting food, they will charge what you left...I am so glad that no one waste the food. Friendly staff.

Yike Yang: Tasty food, warm staff, clean environment and spacious dining area. They have a wide range of food and drink choices such as sushi, sashimi (extra cost), grilled and fried food, noodles, rice and ice cream! I like the cocktail named Sake sunrise!

Timo M: Not worth your money. ~10 000ft for the menu The pictures speak for themselves. Salmon avocado Maki is a joke, there is only a smear of avocado paste, not even a real avocado piece. Salmon temaki is actually a rice temaki with a hint of salmon Nigiris with shamefully small pieces of fish and huge rice balls Salmon salad covered in a ketchup/mayo dressing, with only 4 small pieces of crushed salmon Wakame salad actually was only salad (never seen this in a Japanese restaurant before) with only a fork worth of Wakame algae... White wine tastes like water

Theresa Hon: AVOID, you can have unlimited sushi rice, expect nothing but rice. The rice was 3 times of a normal nigiri, and the sushi on top was only very little ( 1/3 size of the normal nigiri) Ordered lamb chop (tiny and half of the order did not come) and beef cubes (2 tiny cubes of beef per portion, 1cm each) Nice beer and ice cream btw

Yutta Maria: Went there for dinner and drinks because of the all you can eat offer and I was not disappointed. The food was good, although the portions are VERY VERY tiny, which is understandable considering you can order it as much as you want. The ambiance was calming, the light quality in the restaurant was dim, the noise level and music was low; it’s a perfect place for a date night. I’d advise you to reserve before hand. The only thing I wish they improve on is the service, they were slow, forgetful and seemed overwhelmed.

Steven: Great place for sushi. Clean, fresh and friendly staff. Prices very reasonable. Good choices on menu. Offers ALL-you-can-eat and then some.Drinks are included for the all you can eat and free refills on soft drinks.Great location - two minutes from Train station.

Jan Motl: Laughably bad ratio of fish to rice. And after a couple of orders in all-you-can-eat they simply ceased to bring the meals. On the other end, some drinks are included in all-you-can-eat. But green tea was just hot water.

Philipp Karkossa: Update: After 10 months we gave it another try just to see if it has become better. No, now its not even worth to go there Food is not tasty anymore but still expensive... Dirty toilets. Takes 15 min to get 6 Maki salmon, but the kitchenstuff is standing there and talking and not working. It has still the same problem. You order via smartphone and half of your order will come after 40-60 min or not at all.

Enrique Stoppello: AVOID! If I could give 0 stars, I would. It’s an “almost you can eat restaurant” not an “all you can eat”. So, after ordering a full amount of dishes, we would get 1 dish of almost cold food every 5 minutes. Why not just gather a decent amount of dishes and bring them every 10-15 minutes so that we can actually enjoy an “all you can eat” experience? So after an hour and half almost, we’d had the least amount of possible dishes you can have in an “all you can eat” place. Result: worst possible hospitality and the police getting called.. great AMAZING experience in this 26€ hole for not even a decent experience.

Wasabi Running Sushi & Wok Restaurant: what do users think?

Alaeddine Kouki: I have mixed opinions about this restaurant. I have been waiting literally for years to try it out but i always didn’t because of the price . The occasion finally came to go there. Maybe it was my fault because i went in with extremely high expectations and they were certainly not met . For that price honestly you would expect bigger portions, and i know it’s all you can eat so technically it’s a lot if food but it’s a pain to keep collecting the small pieces of sushi from the belt . The food selection was also a problem as it’s the same things going over and over . I LOVED the chicken nuggets they were fresh and lightly fried and crispy but this was supposed to be a sushi place . The waitress was extremely nice and i actually told her that the selection of sushi is not enough, there was literally four types going around on the belt . So the waitress was kind enough to bring a tablette from which i was able to choose some sushi that she said they will bring it for me . The downside though is that i waited for 30 minutes for the pieces of sushi i ordered and by then i was full from snacking on desert items and i ended up leaving without having the sushi . The REDEMPTION: I actually left this restaurant with a feeling much better than the disappointment i had at first because they ended up serving a type of fried sushi with cooked salmon inside and sweet soy sauce that was extremely good . I would give a 2 star rating but there was few good things so i think 3 stars is fair . In conclusion, i honestly don’t think there’s an all you can eat place in budapest which is worth the money unfortunately.

Cristian Perez: One simple word; atrocious. Truly and really out of the Kitchen Nightmares show, this restaurant gets almost everything wrong about an all you can eat sushi restaurant. I felt more like at a Tesco Hot Food table with a conveyer belt than at a sushi restaurant. Definitely akin to a never ending variety of frozen meals, half heated up in a microwave. Just abismal. The Pad Thai had a chilli pasta sauce, the chicken was lukewarm and bland, the ramen had a total of three noodles, the salmon was not fresh and you can definitely tell the sushi has been stored in a fridge for a long time. With sauces breaking down in the conveyer belt, it makes them a bit gross to eat. I couldn’t bring myself to try anymore and when one of the servers came around and asked me about my meal, I very politely mentioned it was not good. I didn’t expect a discount or any sort of retribution, I just wanted to share that as someone who spent HUF 25,000+ (GBP £52) for two people I was far from satisfied. Instead, the server who claimed to be the owner, started arguing with me and telling me everything was fresh. What a disappointment. After so much great food in Budapest, this will go in my books as one of the worst restaurants I have been to.

Steve George: The food was better than most Japanese restaurants in Budapest. The service is excellent. Price point per person can be made lower but definitely a place to visit on occasions

Nataša Mandinić: If there would be a zero-rating option, that would be the best pick! DO NOT waste your money here!! The quality is below average, either made of frozen food or canned one. Sushi, well, there is nigiri but with rice you may just suffocate, and the fish was fresh perhaps 3 days ago…chicken nuggets, cross the street and go to McDonalds. 30€ per person & ages to get the drinks, hilarious.. If you aimed to get sushi in Budapest, avoid this place (even if you are a very hungry tourist)!

Diana Ciorcas: We come here to dine every time we visit the city. We just love it! The food is … WOW! The atmospehere is lovely. The personel is amazing! The drinks are super! The place is clean, the bathrooms are nice, the chairs are comfortable and again, the food is DELICIOUS! Highly recommend! ❤️

Alisha: Worst sushi I have ever had. My best guess is that it made in a factory, shipped to the restaurant. It’s not fresh or flavorful. The selection of dishes are also very odd for a Japanese buffet. Then to top it off, it is very expensive ($25,000Huf 2 people, 2 sodas) it felt like a bad joke that I wasn’t part of. 1/10. Don’t waste your time or money here. Grocery store sushi is actually better.

Dunja Janković: Absolutley amazing! Food was fresh and delicious. Waiters spoke great english and were very kind. It is all you can eat type of restaurant that costs 30 eur per person

Janos Facsko: Running sushi is a brilliant invention. You can taste small portions - and can take much more if you like it :D Great selection of food, tasty and you can eat as much as you like. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, friendly staff and you can easily book your table online. It is not cheap hence our visits are for special occasions but it is great fun for the whole family.

Yamato Étterem: what do users think?

Air_424: Good it’s really tasty and well made, everything from the sushi to the raw meet to grill. Services it’s very kind and very keen to make some exception to the dishes since we had children with us. Elegant atmosphere and pretty modern. Highly recommend if you want both world, from the sushi to the grill meat.

Girlene Mae Malayao: Restaurant is situated in a good location. Ambience is excellent. The menu is on a tablet which is very convenient since you can see the photo of the food. Our table is inside a small room and we had it for ourselves which is great! Food was not that great though, and the hot pot is really bland even if already added with the sauce provided. We were kinda disappointed but otherwise service is good.

Juan Carlos Leon: I had a very good experience tonight. The place from the start showed a lot of warmth from the interior design, the lighting and the food menu very well done. The taste of the food was delicious. And the best part of my experience, was the first class service from Orsi who was attentive to every detail. I recommend this place 100%.

Leut Bounpaseuth: Simple Japanese and Korean BBQ food. Some meat are hard, I recommend the marinated bulgogi, it’s much better in the grill. I don’t see any asian in staff, maybe only in kitchen ? The menu is presented in a tablet, it’s interactive with some explanations, that is nice if you don’t know what to chose. The place is nice with several rooms.

Vitri Vit: Sorry guys I didn’t take many pictures. We were looking for Korean grilled so we went there. The food was good, nothing special for the beverage but the service was excellent. Staffs are friendly. Moneywise it’s overprice for Budapest price but I’m still happy cos everything was good.

taha: We chose this place late minute and reserved a table with a grill. The sashimi was fresh and the Yamato selection was very tasty. We ordered a few bottles of red wine and they were smooth. The service was great, our server Orsi took good care of us and recommended the a pork cut I don’t remember the name of and galbi beef ribs. Both were delicious. We also got the New Zealand lamb ribs which were tender and flavorful. Definitely overpriced but the quality is good.

Virgos_view: Happy with service ; fast, clear explanation and tablet menu, -beautiful cocktails -However hotpot based soup can be more tasty -meat portion was quite small -better to be able to order via tablet as well.

Čapa: Amazing experience, we got the Korean BBQ, didnt grill the meat as long as recomended which made it turn out even better, got bunch of different kinds of sauces, salads... - they were all great. First time trying kimchi as well - loved it.

Anastasia Kurenkova: We were here for the second time, the best place for lunch. Format - smorgasbord, entrance costs €32 on weekends and €28 on weekdays. Huge variety of dishes, several kinds of meat that are cooked on the grill, a large selection of seafood. Waiters actively offer alcoholic beverages and soft drinks, quickly clean dishes from the table. Completely justify the cost, I recommend.

Saeed Nino: It was one of the best buffés I have ever been to. Everything was included the food, the drinks and there were many Kinds of sweets. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Queenie Quynh Nguyen: The best buffet in town if you come as group. Price range is very good to compare with what offer. Quality of food and drink are good. Environment is amazing. Staff are very pro.

Dariusz Tetlak: This is the place where you need to go! Eat and drink how much you like just for 20€ in mid week, absolute bargain. Food amazing!!! from buffet where you can find cold meat, smoked fishes, salads to hot buffet with all hungarian classics and grill where they cook all selections of meat and fish and seafood what you like. Definitely will comeback for more on next holiday in Budapest.

Fanny Around the world: Food is good, but the service is, well, awful.... We kindly asked for drinks and the waitress sighted before even listening. We asked to get some sweets/deserts on the roller, but she just waived at us, and simply ignored us. When paying, the waiter was rude. I do not recommended this place due to the dreadful service.

Arnoldas Rogoznyj: OMG this was bad. Aside from the fact that the conveyer belt sushi is a nice experience on itself, everything else is horribly wrong in this establishment. First we were very firmly instructed of “no waste” policy. Which was very hard to uphold, because half of the plates that we took were inedible. This is the first time in a long time, that I wanted to throw up just by smelling the bowl of gooey slimy soup. It literally smelled like an uncleaned toilet. The service was nonexistent. I tried to explain the soup situation (the no waste policy got us anxious that we left some food untouched) and the waitress just shrugged and walked away ;) a Karens dinner situation.

Marc Rißmann: If you like sushi for the sake of fish, I would NOT recommend this place! Someone is really trying to save money with putting as little fish in as possible. You get rice with rice and cucumbers (cause, hey they are cheap too) and good luck trying to find the fish.

Enikő Pálfi: The food is alright, sushi is not the freshest, clams and deep fried stuffs are good though. The waitresses are super rude, impatient and would raise voice when we were undecisive about what to drink, saying “DO YOU WANT A DRINK, OR NOT?”… If they could work on their staff’s behaviour towards cutomers, I’d give it a 3-star, but this way it only gets 2.

eleni kaliakatsou: Extremely rude !!! I went there because I wanted to have dinner by myself, cause my friend was sick and I was in Budapest alone. The waiter was looking at me from head to toes while I was sitting and placing my stuff on the table that was empty. And he is like how can I help you ? I said I just wanted to try the food. And then he says do you know how this works ? I said again not really I just want to try the food …since it was my first time in the restaurant and he says ok let me show you. ( I thought he was going to bring the menu or maybe explain to me ow I pick the dishes from the thing be that spins them around) So he leaves and comes back after a few seconds places a card on the table and is like u need to call this number and make a reservation and the we can help u. And then leaves. Never in my life have I met a rudest person. Like if I need to make a reservation you ask me from the start before I sit on the table. Thats what every restaurant in the world does.

Hédi Pusztai: Extremely unfriendly waitress!!! Table booking is for 2 hours. After 1,5 hour waitress came to kick us out from our table saying nervously that our time is over. When I reminded her the time when we arrived, she said we were wrong. This disgusting style is not acceptable in any service, especially not in a restaurant! What an impoliteness! Simply ridiculous!

Cristo Salvacion: Decent price, 5500 Forint for the buffet. Staff even gave us freshly grilled clams and shrimps. They spoke basic english, but I don’t see that as a problem- It’s an Asian restaurant.

Bambuszliget Japán Étterem & Sushi Bár: what do users think?

Cristian Vargas: The food was really good and delicious, 10/10. It was expensive though. And we had some problems… They didn’t ask us for the tip, it was included in the ticket!!! 😡 If I come back to Budapest, I will not come back to this Japanese Restaurant. Also the waiter’s English wasn’t really good. He didn’t vocalize and we couldn’t understand him lol. The only good thing was the food 😋 and the decoration!! 😍

Adoni Venekes: Amazing quality of food and service, fantastic decoration, atmosphere and overall experience. Rare to find menu with such a creative and the art of sushi plates. I could tel the passion and care for the detail on each plate we had. Many thanks

Ozlem Demirel: They have a great variety of sushi rolls in their menu. The way they combine the traditional way of making sushis with modern and popular touches is worth trying. I also tried Miso soup which is rare to find a real good place that make it. Staff are also so nice. Though I heard the service was a bit slow before I head to the place, my experience was much better and they were pretty quick without any mistake in the orders. Definitely recommended!

Jesus arias: Out traveling in Budapest…. With 2 little girls. It’s been a pain trying to beg them to eat!. We found this place without reading any review! And wow. Sushi was good and my kids loved the ramen. Service is excellent! The price is not bad ( we compare it to US prices). We might stop by again if the time permits.Recommended dishes Sake Longer, Sushi …More

Mariela Chacaltana Bonifaz: Great food, super friendly staff and nice ambiance. We were looking for a sushi place for a few days and we bumped into this place by chance. Service was great: we got to order via a tablet with pictures and details about the food. Servers were kind and friendly, specially the female server! She was such an adorable lady, she would always come with a smile and attentively listen to our questions, shout out to her for making our experience in the restaurant much better! Then, food was much more than we expected, great size, taste and very fresh! Prices were very adequate for the quality and quantity of the food. Definetely recommend the place and if we ever come back to Budapest, we will pay another visit :)

Dóra Valach: Small, cozy authentic place with good food and drinks (their green tea is really nice). I needed to arrange my booking one hour before our time was supposed to be, and they let me change it, very kind. Sushi was tasty, nicely presented. My only complaint is that we needed to wait 50 minutes for our order. They include 12%service charge in the bill, what I think it is a bit too much. Anyway most of the places are charging the same in Budapest-city centre. Try the black sesame mochi, it was super tasty! :) Medium expensive place.

Gál Bence: Had a beautiful autumn afternoon date here. The location with the view is amazing! Staff was really nice and professional. All the sushis felt really well made. Even the ones that we didnt like as much we didnt mind since they were really interesting and different from what we had before. Definetly coming back for future sushi-dates here!

Эльвира Попенко: Sushi is very tasty and fresh - I recommend! If you are from Ukraine, then the size of the rolls is just right. The interior is so-so, but the location is wonderful!

TINA N: I was very happy with the service and wait time. As soon as I sat down, i was served immediately. i ordered the Green dragon roll inside out sushi as well as the grilled tiger prawn with (californian paprika and sauce) on sticks, 10/10.

TOKIO: what do users think?

Okan Bostan: Today we have had our late lunch at Tokio Restaurant in Budapest. A fancy Japanese restaurant with great selection of sushi 🍣. The food was outstanding and very delicious. For the first time I had the Japanese beer Asahi. Very tasty. Actually everything was superb except that I wished that the young man would have asked me for some more drinks, unfortunately he chose to chat with his workmates. Nothing to dramatize but just sad. A big thanks goes to the kitchen staff.

kfir Benais: All the dishes was beyond great. All was tasty and super fresh. The cocktails are good. A little bit too expensive, but worth it. The music should be lowered.

Elad Ariel Yefet: The best dining experience I had in Hungary The staff were so nice and had wonderful recommendations. We tried 10 different items from the menu and they were all perfect! I loved the cocktail menu especially the highball menu (look for the Tokio highball containing whisky soy sauce and maple syrup)

Snir M.: Beautiful restaurant, well decorated with an amazing atmosphere. Food arrived surprisingly quickly and was just delicious and so beautifully presented! The waiters were very nice and pleasant. It is highly recommended that you make a reservation in advance, as this place is fully booked all the time. Would recommend if you are already in budapest!

Betty Szabo: Exceptional food. During our visit the dishes were outstandingly good from the starters through the main-till the dessert. We’ve tried the oriental cocktail which is highly recommended as well as the chicken gyoza. Service was quick the staff was friendly and the place had a good atmosphere. 5stars!!! You won’t be disappointed :)

Vinh Vinh: I tried the tenderloin ramen here. I have to say it leaves much to be desired. The soup is far from on point despite the decent noodles and meat. The overall vibe is really nice, although it hurts your eyes a little being in a dark place for too long. Overall not bad, but certainly not the best in Budapest.

taha: The place is really beautiful. We were seated at a table of 5 and the service started off well. The food arrived very quickly and it was delicious. However as the meal progressed the service became horrible. I was told that the last order would be at 11pm and I tried to get a waiter for about 5 minutes, waving at multiple of them who seemed to be ignoring me, then they all left the room so I went to the front of the restaurant and asked for a waiter and waited a further 10 minutes and when I asked the lady at the front she told me that all the waiters taking a break, in last 10 minutes remaining to order…very strange time for all the waiters to take a break. And when our waiter came back he offered no apologies at all and the service was very rushed, don’t rush me after spending the last 15 minutes being unavailable. I felt disrespected and regretful for even spending my money here with such rude waiters. I understand that it was the end of the night but when you are paying over a hundred thousand for a few people to eat you’d expect decent service until the closing time, very disappointing and my friends and I definitely won’t be back.

Aksinia Pankratova: Cool place with a big price. Delicious. Soya sauce is very spicy be default. That’s not nice because restaurant kinda decides for me that I will eat spicy. What if I don’t want? Anyway, food is great. But price…… not sure if it worth it.

Gergely Tamás: Good place for eat sushi and other japanese food. Not cheap but the food was tasty. One of the best all you can eat in Budapest. Staff was friendly and helpful. Sake selection not a good choice.Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Muu: The service is good and the environment is OK. When there are many people, it will be a bit busy, and the order of serving dishes will be a bit messy. If you eat too much cold duck liver, it will be a little greasy. The price is not cheap.

ilias tzem: Really good taste and quality! We had to order and the service was quicker than the expected! You must definitely try the sushi and you will notice that they have offer 1 + 1! I also liked the noodles with chicken! It was amazing!

Ikhlass Chetouani: Beautiful restaurant with an amazing atmosphere just like you jumped from Budapest to Tokyo.. we had running sushi and the food was delicious and fresh.. Evelyn was very kind and helped us to get all that we asked for she even took some photos for us. Highly recommended if you want to try a Japanese food experience

Dani Szaffner: It was my first time in Wasabi Szepvolgyi which is a great venue to host birthdays or share meals with your friends or significant others. We chose the conveyor belt option which was and endless delivery of delicious food. We had an amazing birthday lunch for a great price. Vivien, our waitress was really attentive and helpful throughout the experience.

Réka Fazekasová: We spent here a very nice b-day dinner and had a pleasant time with nice drinks and delicious food. Regina, our waitress was super nice-she explained us everything (how we can request extra food via tablet, adviced very nice drinks), and helped with all of our extra small requests. Thank you!

Wiktor Kwaśniewski: Unfortunately, diner in this restaurant was the worst sushi experience I ever had. Price higher then in most expensive countries in Europe. Thought a IPad which was for ordering food we never received what have been ordered even soup that was ordered at the waitress. Mostly food on the train was sides, I’ve came for eat sushi!!!!!! Worst what I discovered before leave was that water sold for us, was just normal tap water. That suppose be for free I guess and is probably illegal

Wasabi Running Sushi & Wok Restaurant - MOM Park: what do users think?

Vladimir C: Service was on point. Wines and food was really good although desserts could improve especially the cheap taste canned fruits. Most negative aspects that you didn’t have any music which is a must..Also the rice on the sushi is enormous..

Michaela J.: Amazing menu. A lot of choices.Claudia, our waitress was very competent and funny.

Musikk Toppen: This is a great concept. Good variety of food alternatives, and its fun waiting for the selection of your choice coming on the "food train" passing your table. Grab what you like, and if you want you can order the different foods from a tablet at the table. The food is good, not excellent for the price point. If you think that 11900HUF is a ok price point for "eat as much as you like" than go for it. And, oh the coctails is nice - we only tried "virgin style", and it was good. I shout out to our waitress Sandy, who served all 20 of us! You did it.

Rebeka Haász: The food is more than delicious, the place is beautiful and the waiters are so kind that it brings a smile to my face. If you want to feel like being in Asia without having to travel, I totally recommend it!Special thanks to Lilla for being so nice!

Moe Vahed: Sandy is a super friendly host. She gave me a full information on all you can eat bar and all the extra meals available for purchase. It was pleasant:) will be back

Wasabi Extra: what do users think?

Jamie Frank: Slow service. Was served frozen food. Sent it back, returned with the food still undercooked. Ordered a burrito and the meat was over cooked and barely took more than 3 bites. Do not waste your money, or time. Some people should be chefs, whoever works here is not one of them.

Rudi Davies: Food was average. Drinks are a scam they look amazing but taste terrible and came out warm. Service was shocking. Two waiters in particular kept looking at us weirdly as we were eating made me feel uncomfortable. Smirking and laughing with each other in another language (I only speak English). Whether it was on purpose or not, really unclear about drink portions. My friend sent a drink back because of this and it still was charged to the bill. 10% service charge on everything that they don’t tell you about. Food again was very average. The burger buns are vast but the meat and fillings were small. Chip portions were tiny. Shrimp was quite nice on the salad but still only got 5 pieces. Avoid this place unless you have money to spare and want to look at a funky menu.

Stephanie La Rosa: I ordered spring rolls and they were not cooked all the way, they were actually frozen to the core. Then got noodles with chicken and the noodles were literally spaghetti noodles with some type of asian sauce. Did not finish my meal. Very disappointed. Do not eat here.

John Andrews: How amazing is this menu … Japanese, South Korean, Mexican … we had to try some dishes from all the different countries and the food was spectacular .. great service … lovely outdoor seating area with bench swings and fantastic cocktails made from Japanese wine

Rafael Lima: The restaurant is super well located and Levi was an extraordinary employee. Super helpful, professional and gentle. I definitely recommend the place.

Tania Guardiola: Very good food and experience! Amazing service by Levi! I would recommend and repeat the place

Mayra Kerremans: The miso soup was cold. They brought our starters together with our main dishes and for one of us they brought the wrong thing and they blamed us for ordering the wrong thing. We also asked for green curry but it wasn’t curry at all. The food in general was also cold and the service was very slow. They were rather unfriendly :/

AI WEN Yap: I really love the food, so far the most authentic Japanese food I could find with the price that I could afford (not the cheapest, but the cheapest Japanese food I could find does not serve unagi eel and ebiko fish eggs). The food taste is about 70%-80% similar with authentic Japanese food. The price rather high for the buffet, so I prefer to go with ala carte menu, which I usually pay more than buffet, but its fine. The missing two stars is for the poor arrangement and management, the indoor tables are only for buffet customers, ala carte customers have to sit outside tables, but its winter and freezing cold out there, so I only been there a few times then stopped going there. Some of the staff are very friendly, sometimes I will get free sweet potato chips. My only concern is the table arrangement. Else this is a pretty decent Asian food place.

Adi Sivan: Food is great. It’s better to order from the menu, rather then order from the “all you can eat” menu. Cocktails are not good. Very sweet and zero alcohol in it.

SUSHI MASTER: what do users think?

Molly S.: Awesome sushi. Great portion sizes. Good prices for Budapest (still expensive... But everything is!)

Sándor Kobál: It’s mostly a takeaway place. There’s almost no atmosphere, just a few tables and the kitchen is right next to the dining area. We had to wait for 1h because someone placed a huge order before us. The food is average.

Adel Latif: I liked the quality and the quantity at the time I visited. It’s nice and clean restaurant, not many tables.Everything was good but the temperature was just so bad and really hot inside. I hope they can find a solution for that.

Ina Our: Waited for 1.5 hour, they brought a wrong order and it just looked awful! So awful that i didn’t even try, just threw it away! Don’t order here!

Sama Totry: Very neat place and nice staff

Miklós Szabó: Very nice place, good value for its price. Yet, it’s usually super busy (often over 50m of waiting time), so make sure to call them in advance. The staff is nice, and the sushi is great!

fachrudin Fazry: Not really hygiene I found flies, the place is quite small and the sushi is soso

Siiri Innanen: smallest poke bowl i have ever eaten. was good though

Sushi Garden: what do users think?

Amelie Kzr: We got delicious vegetarian sushi for a very good price. The waitress is a sweet woman that speaks fluent English. You can pay by cash or card and the toilet was also clean. Would recommend :)

Aleksandra S: If only I could give more than just 5 stars! We were there on our last day in Budapest and I regret not visiting this place earlier. The food was delicious and freshly made, the dumplings which we ordered were made right before we came so it was very tempting to try and it were the best dumplings, the same goes to beef ramen, definitely the best I ever had. The service was top-notch! The owner is fantastic and very interesting woman, she is service-oriented and clearly she enjoys it. It was absolutely great experience and I hope we are back to Budapest one day and will visit this place again. I recommend visiting this place! :)

Marko Sladakovic: Lovely place with an equally lovely host. We enjoyed every one of our several visits. The food was excellent but the lady running the restaurant made the whole experience feel special. Well worth the visit!

Светлана Мкртчян: Very simple and nice place. Great food, big portions and very welcome atmosphere and personnel. Highly recommended!

Laura Marusic: Food was amazing! Lovely lady is so sweet and she welcome you with a big smile. I have eaten a lot of food and it was so cheap and so good!!! I recommend it! Lot’s od love from Croatia.

Anna Nikolaeva: Great sushi and dumplings! Reasonable prices, super friendly staff. Host lady is really cute and nice.

Eva Tye: My friend and I stopped here for lunch and had an amazing meal. Tempura shrimp was amazing and caught fresh that morning. Vegetarian options were also great and pork dumplings were delicious. Service was lovely and prices were great, would come back :)

Dominic Balconi: The owner of this restaurant is a truly sweet person! Plus the food is just FANTASTIC. I ordered the chefs choice sushi platter which was as diverse as it was delicious. Very accommodating owner. Incredibly tasty & reasonably priced food for the quantity and quality that you receive. Hope to see this relatively new restaurant blossom and succeed! Thank you again for our lovely conversation and great service! Wheelchair accessibility: Not downstairs into the restaurant, however into the warm, covered outdoor seating.

Planet Sushi Oktogon: what do users think?

Mark Hayes: Nice little place in the Oktogon in Budapest. They offer a lot more than sushi on their menu and I plan to be back to try more items! The taska soup is very good and I also tried the scallop and shrimp sushi which was delicious. I followed with dessert the White Orchid which was tasty as well. If you enjoy sushi and Asian food in general this is a nice place to have some food.

Nail Can Akcicek: Service 5/5 Price 4/5 Taste 5/5 Outdoor ❌ You may find variety of choices for sushi. You need to try those domino dessert which are so delicious! Great experience overall.

Tímea Molnárová: My favorite sushi place in Budapest. The quality of the sushi is great. I think the waiting time is ok since everything is freshly prepared. I order from here very often as well. I highly recommend this place if you want to eat great sushi.

Katie Summers: The restaurant is dog friendly and made me and my dog very welcome at 10pm at night.I opted for the beef noodle dish and the tempura prawns. The noodle dish was ok but a bit too oily. The tempura shrimp was ok but i dont think the batter was homemade. Generally inside the decor and ambience is ok and i would go again if i was hungry.

Dotan דותן Cohen: Tasty yet spicy dishes. We took ramen soup.Recommended dishes Edamame Soup …More

Sharon Smith: When we entered the restaurant on a Friday night we were served by a short male waiter who seemed to be unwelcoming. He seemed to be fed up and wishing we were not there. If you work in a restaurant with 3 dollar signs and you charge so much for a meal, at least learn to give a fake smile and appreciate your customers. In addition to this we had to wait quite a long time for everything, for the drink, the meal and bill.

M4ri4M: Nice place with great service and delicious sushi. Also ordered delivery from there once and the packing was incredible, not to mention the taste. Recommended!

Sophie Morris: Absolutely terrible ramen! Noodles were hard, I had to put at least a teaspoon of salt in the soup to give it some flavour I had to wait about 30 minutes when the restaurant was not even full for one ramen. Absolutely would not come here again

Vivien Eliza Petrovics: Very disappointed about the food and also the quantity is a joke. Had a soup for 2400HUF and it contained 1!! piece of mini shrimp and some mushrooms.. nothing else. They have huge issues with quality and quantity as well. Not recommended at all.

Michele Orzan: Ordered a small home-delivery dish. A disaster. Full of plastic and packaging for the food… Three (3!) single-use disposable plastic ‘fish-shaped’ soy sauce containers (non requested), with of course their 3 plastic caps, 2 plastic trays (black bottom + transparent top), throw-away chopsticks (non requested), single use chopsticks sleeve, single-use wrap, an extra sticker on the wrap, another label on the bag - and both from unhealthy, polluting and non-recyclable thermal paper, four (4!) outrageous single-use plastic food dividers... Overall, a ridiculous, shameful polluting waste festival. Really a pity, since the food was OK. (the review can be updated in case of improvement)

Sushi Sei: what do users think?

Gábor Gyenes: The place looks great, the atmosphere is relaxing. We ordered several things and almost everything was perfect. The tea is phenomenal, the soups are great appetizers. The kimchi is probably the best I have ever had. The desserts were perfect. The only meal that I had an issue with was the sushi. Every piece was torn, the algae was chewy and it had a sweet aftertaste. Service was also great.

Joseph Sun: Came to Sushi Sei almost 10 times in the past 1 year and a half, this restaurant is one of my personal favorites in Budapest. The food was excellent and the waiter serving us was really polite and friendly. Elegant dining atmosphere, a great place for dining or lunch. Slightly difficult to find parking nearby, but if you come during the weekend it is would be easy to find parking in front of the restaurant, across the street. Soba, katsu don, dessert, and steam egg are the best, in my opinion, I tried almost all menus and they are all outstanding. Very nice 10/10

Pangit Ako Pogi át night: Amazing place! Absolutely delicious and a really nice atmosphere inside. We went on a Saturday night and it was pretty busy, but they were happy to seat us despite not having a reservation. Service was fast and friendly. Would 100% visit again

Diva Song: What a fantastic Japanese restaurant here! Very delicate tableware, delicious food, nice service and fair price. Definitely will come back again.

Moonlight moments: Not a fan of negative reviews, but I trusted what I read and I was really disappointed. I would rather get sushis from a supermarket. Tasteless soup, over cooked really edamame . Sushis were Carelessly cut and about to fall apart. Low quality wasabi . Sth plastic I’m my drink. And Ofcourse the apology dessert was sth that we could say it’s was owkay. Still…

Michelle w.: The bento place is great! I ordered the Unagi set and it came with rice, miso, sashimi, grilled eel, tempura, Maki and salad for 17K. It was very tasty and I recommend it :) My friend ordered the soba tempura 🍤 There are not so many cocktail options though, but overall experience is great :)

Papírtigris Sushi & Wok Bar: what do users think?

Bhagyashree Sandhaya: - The prawn bao filling was awful and not enough. Philadelphia balls were okay but super oily. - Ginger honey tea was pleasant. - Sushi rice had too much rice vinegar. Had the Akan set - not worth the price. Beef soup was okayish. - Avoid the Turo Gomboc at all cost. I am sure not even the chef would eat that. - Staff was nice and place pretty. Quite cold inside though. - 12% service charge is included in the bill.

Béci Sanyi: Delicious food, but quite expensive so be prepared for that. Staff is super friendly and go above and beyond for you. A wide selection of sushis. Amazing wok dishes. The kimchi is grand. So all together, great place with great staff, perfect for dates, but be prepared to pay up!

GANNIS U ALLEN X: l Ordered at 13:30, it is arrived at 16:23. I called and asked why the delivery was taking so long but the operator just hung up.l won’t order again. So awful

Andras Donaszi: The food was horribly salty (both dishes). You literally could not feel any other flavor, and the order landed in the trash. (Besides being not pleasant to eat, this much salt is most definitely not good for your heart.) The customer support ignored my complaints... Not the best experience.

E. Gabriel: Quality and price does not match sadly for takeouts.
