Ágnes Túri: My mom really likes your clothes, they must be good. On the other hand, the manners of the sales lady in the store - as several people have already written before me - are terrible. I have been buying gift vouchers here for several years now, but unfortunately, due to the above, this must have been the last time. In response to the feedback: Then they must have read the negative feedback with such thoroughness and drawn the necessary conclusions.

We met for the first time, but it was not noticeable at all, as if we were old acquaintances, they were so nice! The webshop customer service is also very helpful and kind, but it was good to experience this live, for which I once again thank Edit and Lenke from the bottom of my heart! Ágnes Zsilován: Good quality, demanding products. After the transformation, the store is more spacious, clearer, and has a larger selection. Service is kind, helpful, customer-friendly. I have already bought from them several times, and I plan to in the future as well! I recommend the introduction of the loyalty card! :)
Gabriella Lilla Gulácsi: Poor quality at a high price! I ordered twice. First, stained and torn clothes were sent and the material was also a disaster. But I could send them to the post office at my own expense! On my second order, the whole dress was a clean stain! Negative posts will be deleted on their facebook page! Customer service is not customer friendly at all!
Zsuzsanna Bera: Envy high quality bodysuit. After the third wash, it goes to the trash.
Boglárka Balogh: Overpriced products. In return, the customer would expect a courier to arrive for the returned goods, rather than having to send the items of clothing back at their own expense. They sit on your money for 2 weeks (or more) before it gets back to the customer. The company still has something to polish in order to become a real brand.
peter kovacs: My wife and I tried to shop at this place, there can be 3 people inside. 1 was inside, the two of us went in. Someone came in after us after a while. The peasant seller "lady" sends me out for this????? Can I go back to pay??? Pathetic procedure!! By the way, there is 1 size, also for Godzillas! We will never go anywhere near this company again! Bye bye!

Katalin Bodáné Erdős: I bought my maternity dress here, which is amazingly beautiful. Nice sales ladies brought the most beautiful clothes and waited patiently for me to choose. I was glad that the sellers were not 20-year-old kittens, but nice helpful ladies of my age. If you need a cute dress, I come here and I recommend this store to everyone!

Shavonn Mealing: Lovely! The women who work here are amazing and very nice. I stopped in while traveling and looked at several items. There were so many nice bags I couldn’t choose. Every person who worked there was helpful with a smile on their face. Their great service definitely stands out. I bought a few things and I’m very happy with my purchases. The owner also invited me to an event they were having the next day but I was leaving and couldn’t attend but I really appreciated the invitation. I’d definitely recommend this shop. Great bags, nice clothes, very nice employees.

Yelena Nonce: last saturday we bought a leather jacket from this store, which unfortunately was ripped. the receipt had been disposed of by the cleaning lady from the hotel, which was in the empty bag, so we could not show any receipt. the employees were extremely helpful and gave us several options. the manager was very competent and showed a lot of understanding. these were the nicest saleswomen we met in whole budapest!

Máté Pócs: Good clothes, but bad store management - 10-15 m long queue at the cashiers. Only 2 casheirs open downstairs, none up
Rich: I was surprised that only two cashiers were working on the ground floor where the queue is very long and when I got upstairs there were three people in the cashier practically chatting and wasting time, and when I asked if I can pay there they just asked me to pay downstairs which has long line and you need to wait, seriously, why put a cashier in second floor if it’s not used for payment. 🤦♀️
