Fanni Hecel: In 2020, I bought a Gama Iq hair dryer. It lasted for 1 year unfortunately. Before returning the warranty, I sent it back that it didn't work 100%, they checked it at the Stella service and they said there was nothing wrong. I also got the machine back and after 1 month I gave up the service completely my warranty has expired… I sent an e-mail to the service with pictures and videos but no response was received. Since then, I have a 90,000 machine in my closet.
Krisztina S.: My husband and I did not visit here as a professional to have a haircut at home. We found everything we needed. Well equipped and great store. A young lady helped me choose the scissors, she was very kind. And downstairs we were served by an older colleague who even joked. Great tools, great service.

Revi Andy: Unfortunately, my master hairdresser recently became a resident of the eternal hunting grounds, which shook me very much as a human being and I was afraid of how to proceed.... However, I can report a very pleasant experience regarding how to proceed. Because my hair is dyed, and not just any other way: three different colors, in different areas of the head, and one of them is a mixed color....A hairdresser I know recommended this shop (Nagy Diófa u. 1.) to get the dyes, although here, until now, I could not find a used brand. I asked for help knowing the paints I used before. Given that it was a different brand, the lady was ready to put together the right "color cavalcade". He patiently explained the numbering, their content and gave ideas for a possible brighter effect or to change the color shade. In the meantime, the customers came, whom I naturally let go. Then, when we were alone, he explained with great expertise. After that, I, as a layman, was able to choose paints with the help of his explanation. It even had instructions for the mixing ratio. When my new hairdresser applied the new products....I was incredibly happy, because everything turned out as we had discussed in the specialist shop, the color, shade....I really like it! I would also like to thank the lady for helping me with her fantastic expertise, her empathy and her professional explanation, which I also understand, without sparing her time! I will certainly always buy from him! I recommend that you shop with confidence in this specialty store!

Dr. Wisam Ibrahim: Scammers, will never be back there, they’re charging much more than other hairdressers and the service in comparison to the charge is way very bad. The shop, the waiting sofa is generally not clean, I’d rather say that the whole place is not clean, they’re lacking experience when it’s coming to their job and spending lots of unnecessary time apparently to justify their later on high fees. They don’t accept debit or credit cards, just cash, they’re just simply living in 20th century 😂. I’ve been more than 5 years in Budapest and that’s my worst place to visit.
Giulia: Unfortunately, I have to agree with many other reviews already left. I went in the morning on a Friday and it was empty, so I just had the time to take off the coat and was straight away asked to come forward (this was appreciated and probably the best part of the experience). The wash, which I said I wanted, lasted 30 seconds in total!: very much rushed and not a pleasure. Then on to the cutting chair, my hairdresser called the lady at the reception to have her translate what I wanted to have done. That was easy, because I went in with a picture. However, I ended up with something completely different!!!!! I was a bit shocked, but didn't ask to adjust or anything, because the atmosphere was not nice (another customer who came in had an argument as well) and the hairdresser didn't seem to care at all. Lastly, at the till it turns out that it was not possible to pay by card!!! Not sure if never or if there was a problem on the day. Either way, not one thing went well and would not recommend. :(

Dimitria Stanisic: I will never step foot inside this store again and all of the low reviews on it are absolutely right! In addition to the young female employee who was working the shift today who was rude and unhelpful, the serum I bought was significantly cheeper at Douglas, which has a store literally 200m from this one. Unfortunately, I found the store Douglas only after buying here. Very unfair pricing and I feel absolutely ripped off. They don’t accept returns even though literally 5 minutes passed by in between my purchase and return to the store with the return request. I never opened the product. Extremely dissatisfied and I do not recommend this store to anyone!!!!!!
Roberta Soldati: I came to this store three times in total. First and second times ALL of the products I needed were out of stock, and the lady couldn’t even suggest a replacement from the other brands. Third time was today, Saturday at 1pm, so definitely within their working hours only to find it closed. I came all the way from another city exclusively to come to the shop given the fact that it didn’t say anything on Google or their website. Very disappointed, will not try to come again. Luckily there was a Douglas a few hundred meters away where I found the product and it was even cheaper. **and another reason why I will never set foot again, is because after a bad review, instead of admitting a lack of communication on their side for their customers on opening times, their response is patronising and arrogant, saying that “majority of shops are closed on the day you came”, when literally all shops in Vaci are open on the 31st. If I could put another review with 1 star I truly would. Zero care for your customers and zero acceptance of criticism.
Response: You came to our store at 31 December, when not just our stores but most of the stores are closed. You can always check what products are available at our website, so it is difficult to see why did you came from far away three times if the chosen products are not available. But as an advertisment for Douglas, it is a nice post.

Special thanks to them for being patient during the payment as exactly at that moment my bank decided to create some issues for me! The shop has well organised shelves which allow to find easily what you need without being lost in the variety.
