Zsolt Menyhart: I've used this company to order my Xiaomi M365 Pro electric scooter. They offered a very nice price, and quick delivery - and it was really, what they promised! My order was processed in 15 minutes(!!) just after I put my order, 35 minutes my package was handed over to the delivery company. Jerry Wouterson: Friendly staff, though average collection. I needed a usb cable 3 meter or two shorter cables with an extension part. Nothing. Also other spaces were quite empty, so recommend to check store stock and availibility first on the website. Otherwise OK, parking easy and one hour free.

Cedric Jules: I had seen an interesting mobile phone on the website, saying it was available immediatly at Corvin. So I went directly to the shop, expecting to see the model in demonstration and trying it out a bit before buying. Sadly the phone was not in demonstration. After looking for a seller with difficulty for a while, I was able to find one. I explained what I was looking for. But she explained to me that she was busy with an other customer, so I will have to see with an other seller, I will have to wait..... So I gave up immediately, I don't want to spend 1 hour to see a phone. So actually how Euronics does expect to sell the phones in these conditions ? Just 1 positive thing, the seller (a woman) had very good english and was very courteous.

Chillag ASMR: I noticed all the negative comments are for people who don't speak Hungarian. As the staff is mostly middle aged, they didn't have English class in school, therefore there might be some issues with the languages, but apart from that, the staff is really nice and caring, at least they were with me. When I was waiting in the line, I noticed 3 people come in, and they interrupted the cashier when he was with another customer, then when the cashier asked them to wait a few minutes, they became mad and started to roll eyes.. So I'm not sure what these people expect, but patience is a key sometimes. Anytime I go there the staff is lovely and patient, even thought they are probably short staffed. Whenever I had a complaint or an issue they have helped me the proper way, however fixing a device is not their responsibility but the manufacturer's, therefore when there's a delay, it doesn't mean they lie or want to treat you bad. Unfortunately things usually work like that in Hungary, that's not the staff's bad behavior! Indeed you can't find everything from A-Z, but it's a small electronic shop in a mall, so I think it's logical you can't expect them to have everything. If you are about to purchase something extra, you can check on the website where it is available.

Lis Betancourt: If you have any competent manager on the brand, you should know your all staff must be retraining in customer service!, 0 skills to handle with people even in the most polite way, shame of service.. I changed mi product the same day and the guy was yelling me basically because they need to work on the change, people on the cash register are rude, they just ignore you and keep talking or walking, awful experience, never again!

Gonosz 79: I decided to replace the 2din head unit. Before I bought it, I went to the store twice to inquire about a device that communicates with an iPhone and can also play videos. After that, they recommended a 140,000 device. I bought it, but I didn't get an appointment for installation until 3 weeks later. Turns out it can't even play video from a phone. I went back to see if I was the lame one. They immediately realized that it would not even play video from the phone, only with prehistoric methods. (You can play it by copying it to your pen drive) But either the flash drive is plugged into the USB input or the phone, which I don't consider comfortable. And it's a bit prehistoric that if I want to change anything, I should bring the flash drive in, plug it into the computer and play around with it there. That's why I feel cheated.

The date given for installation is completely realistic and independent of us. Once you did not ask about the source of the video playback. So this scam story is a bit strong. Most of the devices in this category play video material from a data carrier. For Android devices, using the Weblink app, the device can also play some formats via the phone.

Péter M: Kind, friendly, helpful sellers! They are very flexible. I bought a couple of speakers from them, but the next day I changed my mind that I would rather have an amplifier. I called them and they agreed to the exchange without further ado. The store was open until 1:00 p.m. I got there at 1:15 p.m., but the young man waited patiently. In the future, I would like to buy any audio equipment, I will visit them! :)

Oh..thanks for Your help.... Next guy said..." The exit is on the other way Sir...". ....../////++++. Sorry what kind of a Micky Mouse company is this in Budapest my German friends? Mail order in general...in know...Must have a store... I Know ..:-) These guys at Oktogon Budapest should really go home and relax there rather. Orders should be placed on internet only. Store with this kind of service is really obsolete in 2021 and onwards....

Mustapha Mechbal: You can find all what you need in this shop, but unfortunately one of the stuff is completely not professional and don't expect any good service if you are an English speaker.

Amrendra Anupam: All the store is pretty vast and contains lots electronic items but I some of their staffs are not customers friendly at all. I understand here people talk in Hungarian and can have difficulties in assisting in English but when someone is making efforts to make you understand using Google translate and the lady of this Earphone section was even not ready to give it a read. I was running behind her and she kept ignoring me. The problems was for the same product in my case it was jbl 110 bt earfone, it was two different price one was 10k and other was 13k.. I was trying to figure out was it is so but the counter lady sent me to this lady saying this is her section and she was help you with that but this lady It was very bad experience

Silent Assassin: Worst experience of all time. Ordered a product back in March, 2022 and was put in the waiting queue due to extremely high demand. So I was patiently waiting and Alza follows up with me after 2 months where I was asked to confirm if I can wait longer, to which I agreed. During all these months I received follow up messages from Alza and updates about the order. About 2 months ago, I received an update that my product was ordered at the supplier and delivery date will be specified. About 2 weeks from the email, I received an offer from Alza to pay double the amount of the original price and get the product in a bundle and it will be delivered within 10 days. I rejected that offer and remained in the original waiting queue. It’s been 8 months, and out of nowhere I receive an email on November 04, 2022 that my order has been canceled and deleted from the system since the product is in high demand and can not be delivered. Absolutely shattered and disappointed. Would not recommend anyone to trust Alza after this. After 8 months of long waiting time, they just canceled my order without any confirmation or compensation. BEWARE!

Frank S: Shopped online in Hungary a few times before for technology and always found it a bit difficult compared to overseas. Big store like Media Mart, Euronics etc don't carry a great range of quality stuff. Alza is different though as it has a very good offering Online and you can choose to pickup instore if you want or have it delivered if you wish. Not like Mall.hu, but Alza has a large 2 story showroom filled with stock you can look at and touch, and in many cases actually try out. The range of really premium high end products on display and demoed from watches, phones, computers, Toys, TVs, HiFi systems, household appliances like vacuums, kettles, toasters, various kitchen and household appliances is extensive. The process to purchase is not obvious if you haven't shopped here before but the few staff are helpful. Prices are in most cases competitive, occasionally very competitive and sometimes incredibly good value when they deep discount, which they do online. In many cases the prices displayed on items in store is WRONG, and online, where you have to order to purchase is quite a bit cheaper. There is a Cafe downstairs where light meals, coffees etc are available whilst you wait for your purchases to be brought to the counter. Prices for purchase, order ONLINE, instore or at home, PAY online via card, or CASH via automated machines INSTORE. Receive a receipt with code number instore and you get notified via email or SMS when the order can be picked up or when it will be delivered. There are NO sales staff as such to advise on products. There ARE staff in case of problems or issues. We found the process straight forward but older people who are not tech savvy may find the process daunting. Will definitely purchase there again as their range is really excellent at good prices. There is a 3 story underground car park and disabled access is very good.

I placed an order for a TV through the website, but the next day I received a call saying that this device was still not available. The latter piqued my interest from the start, so I researched the company on the basis of public databases. The shop has been operating at the same location for more than 6 years, the owner and the scope of activities have remained the same since the beginning. All information required by law (e.g. purchase and warranty information, GTC) can be found on the website, the description is clear and concise. No negative activity information is available. During the company's operation so far, it has not been included in any negative official list, nor has it been affected by any official procedure resulting in sanctions. Armed with this information, I approached them. I received professional and supportive answers to my detailed information request. What was said orally was in sync with what was written on the website. The service is customer-oriented and friendly. The result: I selected a suitable LED TV for me and bought it. I received an invoice and all the required documentation. Well, that's a well-founded and verifiable opinion supported by evidence! Those who made serious statements based on individual problems did not refer to any verifiable legal violations and did not initiate consumer protection proceedings, even though it would have been easy. At the same time, they would have tried to scam me as a bona fide potential buyer, which I ask for! The device comes with a three-year warranty, I hope you won't need it. I recommend the store based on my own experience.

Before ordering on their website, I called the company and asked if everything was OK with the product. They readily informed me that the washing machine of their choice was available in their warehouse. I was very happy with this and ordered it immediately. As with all purchases, I was notified by e-mail about the successful order and later the expected delivery date. I would also talk to the suppliers on the day of delivery. We discussed several times. Everything was perfectly organized. There was a big surprise. Since it is such a smart washing machine, my mother said that she would rather wait for us at the weekend when we go home and see how to set it up together. He is old and does not understand such things. The weekend has come, I managed to set up and start the washing machine. We set a quick wash program on it. This is a 14-minute program. The washing programs went through nicely, but when it came to the spin cycle, it didn't start, but went on and on for half an hour, until we stopped it. I thought that we must have put only a few clothes on the test, so we started a regular program with several clothes on it. It also started, it ran for 55 minutes, then when it reached the spin cycle, it also stopped and continued to wash the clothes. It refused to spin even after two hours. Well, there was nothing to do, we manually drained the water from it. The following week, we contacted the company we bought from and they directed us to the service center, saying that we should have tried it within 3 days and reported the error to them. The complaint was closed on their part. They offered to refund the price of the product in the event that we take care of the undamaged return shipping in the original packaging at our own expense. They didn't even want to hear about a replacement. However, it would have been much easier if they sent out another one instead, and this one was returned, since they sent a factory-defective product in the first place. Of course, I understand that they don't see into it, they couldn't have known, but this way of resolving the complaint is outrageous and involves a burden that is insurmountable for us. I am wheelchair bound and my mother is elderly. We asked the company if they could recommend Fuvarcég for the delivery. The answer was "no". Whoever they have a contract with, they only deliver. So, we bought a defective product as a gift for a good price and we have to discuss further with the service. There was nothing to do, we called the service. We reported the problem and received the answer that their colleague would report within 3 days. A week later, he called my mother and said that this machine is not usually faulty and that it will come back, you just have to order the part for it. I mean, I don't know what part he ordered, since he hasn't even seen the machine. A month has passed since then. The last time we called the service, we received the answer that the part had already arrived and that the mechanic would contact us soon. Since then, the washing machine has been in the middle of the room and we avoid it. It's lucky that the old washing machine didn't have any problems apart from the fact that it was already battered and we've been able to use it ever since. I consider this form of administration to be outrageous and I am strongly considering filing a report with consumer protection as well. I paid HUF 121,000, and it's not even some crappy, cheap machine. This is my experience with the Elekro Top store. Serve as a lesson for those who want to buy from them in the future!
