Andrew J. Smith: Better than the shopping centre/mall based big department stores where one had been ignored by all personnel for 15 minutes (no eye contact nor approach). Entered, looking at fridges, woman asked if help needed within 1 min of entering, I started in Hungarian, but when paying Mr. Kiss Adam said he spoke English; guess others have basic working knowledge of shop/white goods English (most Anglo other language speakers know how to communicate clearly, logically etc. and even write down questions). You can look up Markabolt online, many items are on display in shop but not all, and they can sort delivery too. Within 24 hours I visited shop, bought new fridge, delivered following pm, and then check up call that all ok; good service :)

Jerry Wouterson: Friendly staff, though average collection. I needed a usb cable 3 meter or two shorter cables with an extension part. Nothing. Also other spaces were quite empty, so recommend to check store stock and availibility first on the website. Otherwise OK, parking easy and one hour free.

Cedric Jules: I had seen an interesting mobile phone on the website, saying it was available immediatly at Corvin. So I went directly to the shop, expecting to see the model in demonstration and trying it out a bit before buying. Sadly the phone was not in demonstration. After looking for a seller with difficulty for a while, I was able to find one. I explained what I was looking for. But she explained to me that she was busy with an other customer, so I will have to see with an other seller, I will have to wait..... So I gave up immediately, I don't want to spend 1 hour to see a phone. So actually how Euronics does expect to sell the phones in these conditions ? Just 1 positive thing, the seller (a woman) had very good english and was very courteous.

Chillag ASMR: I noticed all the negative comments are for people who don't speak Hungarian. As the staff is mostly middle aged, they didn't have English class in school, therefore there might be some issues with the languages, but apart from that, the staff is really nice and caring, at least they were with me. When I was waiting in the line, I noticed 3 people come in, and they interrupted the cashier when he was with another customer, then when the cashier asked them to wait a few minutes, they became mad and started to roll eyes.. So I'm not sure what these people expect, but patience is a key sometimes. Anytime I go there the staff is lovely and patient, even thought they are probably short staffed. Whenever I had a complaint or an issue they have helped me the proper way, however fixing a device is not their responsibility but the manufacturer's, therefore when there's a delay, it doesn't mean they lie or want to treat you bad. Unfortunately things usually work like that in Hungary, that's not the staff's bad behavior! Indeed you can't find everything from A-Z, but it's a small electronic shop in a mall, so I think it's logical you can't expect them to have everything. If you are about to purchase something extra, you can check on the website where it is available.

Lis Betancourt: If you have any competent manager on the brand, you should know your all staff must be retraining in customer service!, 0 skills to handle with people even in the most polite way, shame of service.. Zoltán Palotai: We bought the dishwasher here more than two years ago. WIO 3T133 DEL. Fortunately, the warranty is 2+1 years. Of course, it went bankrupt after a year. Parts replacement. It broke again after 2 weeks. Can not be repaired. We bought it for HUF 150,000 last year. The shop's suggestion: they send a HUF 150,000 voucher, which can be redeemed at their place, because they no longer manufacture such a machine. Another online store sells it for over HUF 200. This is correct service and customer-friendly service. If they can't fix it, shouldn't they send a new machine within the warranty period? If they don't know that, it's better. That's how they used to do it in better places. I do not recommend the machine or the store to anyone. However, when we bought the machines from them, they were nice. Now they are a big disappointment. What would consumer protection say about this? In principle, we will receive the voucher on September 10, 2022. After all, we were only without a plane for about a month. With 3 kids....hope the next one will hold up better...old machines lasted 20-30 years. He was here for 2.5 years. I hope that the machine will be put to good use... I would be interested in its fate....

The production of your previously purchased dishwasher has been discontinued, in which case the service cannot exchange it for another model. Therefore, you will receive an exchange voucher officially issued by Whirlpool Magyarország Kft. (so this is not a "shop proposal", this is regulated by the Consumer Protection Act), which entitles you to receive even the full purchase price back from the dealer - in this case from our company - where the original purchase was made. Unfortunately, it is not currently the case - as in recent years - that with the development of technology, after a few years you can get a device of the same quality cheaper, i.e. in most cases, the person who received such an exchange voucher was even better off financially. However, in all cases where the customer chooses a similar model or a follow-up model instead of the old device, we make a special effort to ensure that the customer does not incur at least additional costs if this unfortunate and annoying situation has already arisen. Marcus Schirrmacher: I have order tripods für my photo light. I'm super satisfied. I just can recommend this shop. One tip: Be aware that can be a bit difficult to find a parking space if your go by car there.

Zsolt Menyhart: I've used this company to order my Xiaomi M365 Pro electric scooter. They offered a very nice price, and quick delivery - and it was really, what they promised! My order was processed in 15 minutes(!!) just after I put my order, 35 minutes my package was handed over to the delivery company. Even after the order, and delivery they were friendly and flexible with further communication. So I recommend this shop for any product they are offering.

Christian Darabos: Abysmal customer service. Shop elsewhere. SMEG appliances, small and big, are high-end pricey items. The sales woman showed no incline to offer any help. I went in to enquire about toasters. She did not get up from behind her desk, just vaguely pointed to the appliances scattered all over the showroom. After finding the model and color I wanted, I went back to her. Still behind her desk, she informed me that they DO NOT CARRY ANY STOCK, but would ship the item from the warehouse. I told her what I wanted and after quoting the price of $155 (in HUF), told me that they only take cash. When I expressed surprise, especially considering the price of the items, she proceeded to be very condescending and patronizing, explaining that cash means cash, no card! This is where it all fell apart for me. She didn't apologize for the inconvenient, didn't show any desire to problem-solve in order to sell (point me to an ATM, offer to keep my shopping bags while I went to said ATM, etc.) Instead, she was arrogant - think "Pretty Woman" on Rodeo Drive -, giving me no-can-do attitude as if she could not be bothered to sell me, and could not care less. Fine, I walked out, but not before giving her a piece of my mind. I see from the reviews here that I'm not the only one. Funniest of it all, when this places goes under, they will never consider their lack of customer service as part of the issue, but blame it on hight rent and the bad economy.

Zsofi Kovacs: Premium category household appliances, unique kitchen furniture design. Elegant, cozy showroom. A very child-friendly place they also love dogs ❤️

Balázs Haunold: During opening hours (around 1 p.m.), we dared to enter the store, which was locked with a key, without an information board. We were about to leave when the door was opened. The way the seller "answered" our questions is outrageous. They call themselves a showroom, but the store cannot be called that. The lady looked at the net and "gave information" in an unqualified style, she was practically offended that we dared to ask. On the other hand, in 5 minutes approx. he told me three times that the prices shown on the website are no longer valid and that the refrigerator costs 30% more. Interestingly, he was up-to-date on this... I have a hard time finding the words to describe his attitude, which is why we do not buy from them, and we will tell everyone what we experienced. I only gave the one star because I couldn't publish my opinion without it.

Vyd Kal-Omon: We were greeted by a locked door in the middle of opening hours. They open the door with great difficulty, and an older woman sitting in front of them is a fairly puffy and cranky woman. He doesn't want to help. I indicated that we had deliberately come to the store, that I would be looking for specific products to buy. Nagy sulked and tried to teach in half-sentences, but he did not give any meaningful help. He can't provide a catalog, he doesn't know the products, he can't recommend them. I seriously don't understand why he is sitting there if he hates the whole company and his job so much. This place is the real argument for online shopping. Hard to get to, hard to park, cranky, incompetent service... Since the store is small, the range of products presented is not good for anything. Avoid it if you can.

Péter Cseh: Beautifully furnished showroom, fantastic kitchen appliances, kind, attentive, smiling, polite service. I highly recommend it to everyone who wants to buy a serious, reliable kitchen machine..!!

Ildiko Kovacs: They don't pick up the phone, I think the administration goes the same way. I'd rather buy elsewhere.

Zoltán Percze: I ordered the device by e-mail, and I received a response. We were also able to negotiate over the phone. The business and the service were perfectly fine for me. The reason for the four stars is that parking is a bit difficult and you can only pay in cash. But the device speaks for itself anyway.

Attila Bruneker: The problem with this store starts with the store manager who who is absolutely unable to manage the store. Unfortunately I bought there a headset which was faulty. That wouldn't be the problem. I returned the item the next day so I could use my right to either exchange the product or get store credit or a full refund. When I arrived to the store there were not many costumers. I stood in line for the returns and there wasn't any stuff there. The store manager came to me and ask me about my business. I told him what is the situation. But before I could explain my situation he interrupted me and said there's the counter. Obviously there is the counter the is the reason why I was standing before it. Than went away. After a while a stuff member called me. I had sit down to an unsafe chair unfortunately. While the member of the stuff was doing the paperwork the chair broke I fall down to the ground and hit my face to the counter. The store manager who once again came to me to ask am I all right started to blame me for the accident and said that these were new chairs. The chairs were dirty and old. Than i asked him that is it the costumer duty to check the chairs? He did not reply. Than I said that it is the stuff or the store manager's job to check all the furnitures and diveces before opening to insure that they are safe to use for stuff and costumers alike. Than I asked him did you check it he replied no, than he replied that it is not his job the cleaning lady did it, than the cleaning lady did not do it he done it. How could you lie that boldly to anyone. How could you mange a store with an attitude like that. The reason I will not ever spend money in that chain of store is that reason, because there is huge chance that all the stores like this. Same on you store manager and shame on you Euronics that you have employ such a person and you still continue to employ. Never again I will shop at them and I urge others to not to shop there.

A E: I asked the seller if I could listen to the headphones before buying, and if they didn’t fit me to return them, he said yes. He cut the packaging with a knife, I listened to them and they did not suit me. They refused to return the money !! Nuszer László: Euronics offers good quality goods for a competitive price. However, sales staff don't seem to care about helping customers. They care more about talking to each other. It used to be different a few years ago. As I see, more trainig is needed. I also tried to order online. They had no idea where the goods were. Moving their inventory to a new warehouse was very poorly managed.
