Jerry Wouterson: Friendly staff, though average collection. I needed a usb cable 3 meter or two shorter cables with an extension part. Nothing. Also other spaces were quite empty, so recommend to check store stock and availibility first on the website. Otherwise OK, parking easy and one hour free.

Bruce Cason: Agreed prices, delivery and conditions. Salesman was friendly and accommodating - spoke English. Day before delivery I called in to check that operating instructions were there and that the doors he had promised to change had been done. They had not, but he said no problem by Friday, the delivery day. On delivery day everything turned up without operating instructions and doors had not been changed. Call to Salesman, various excuses. Sent everything back and now hoping to get my money back. Now more than one week and although I have reminded them twice, they have asked me to be patient but they will not tell me when I will get my money back. Be warned about promises.

ExtraKorom: When you buy a used machine, you have to calculate with the "trifle" that if any problems arise you will not get the same warranty service as for a new machine. We bought an Indesit washing machine for 42 thousand forints, which was probably short-circuited during the first wash because it broke the fuse and all the lights flashed on it at the same time, of course the door was closed which could not be opened. As we are on the next street I went into the store there and they reported nothing wrong with the child lock turned on. I asked what to do they said on Wednesday they could send a mechanic this was a landlord anyway. Of course, we did not accept this solution, we quickly returned the machine, of course the colleague could not open it on the spot, but we were promised to open it and call the next day for clothes if they are released from the captivity of the wash. Needless to say, after a week I went in for the clothes that were drenched in water from the back and pushed into my hand .... We got the purchase price back in full without any further ado! A lesson for me is that I would never buy a used machine again because cheap is always more expensive! We bought a new Indesit 6kg 1200 cents for 69 thousand which was even shipped out.

Péter Mikulásik: They are really helpful and kind! I bought a used washing machine. After a third wash, it became unusable due to some electronic fault. They immediately offered the exchange, which was a little more macular, but it arrived. The resulting machine, on the other hand, has a recognizable mechanical defect even before starting (the drum is needed). Great negligence on the part of the store even if it is replaced. I want to wash not the courier to wait all the time! I was disappointed afterwards. *** The problem was caused by a broken drum suspension spring, which I easily put back. This could have even jumped during transport, so criticism is more of an annoyance than a deal.

Andrew J. Smith: Better than the shopping centre/mall based big department stores where one had been ignored by all personnel for 15 minutes (no eye contact nor approach). Entered, looking at fridges, woman asked if help needed within 1 min of entering, I started in Hungarian, but when paying Mr. Kiss Adam said he spoke English; guess others have basic working knowledge of shop/white goods English (most Anglo other language speakers know how to communicate clearly, logically etc. and even write down questions). You can look up Markabolt online, many items are on display in shop but not all, and they can sort delivery too. Within 24 hours I visited shop, bought new fridge, delivered following pm, and then check up call that all ok; good service :)

Máté Kiss: You can only pay by card up to HUF 50,000. You have to ring the bell if you want to enter the store. The sales guy was basically decent.

A Kis (Kisa): They wanted to take it off with an extra warranty, saying that the main part of the product is not covered by the warranty, only if I buy an extra warranty from them. I was interested in brand representation. The product has a full warranty no matter which part breaks down. I have never come across such a vile attempt, and unfortunately there are people who lick it off.
