Anikó Juhász: I completed their foundation and producer training, it helped me to have a better insight into this area and to adjust more easily among a lot of information. The instructors were prepared and helpful, I learned many interesting things. I recommend it to others.

The atmosphere of the store is extremely good, good to go in, with a serious stock of goods, nice fair normal knowledgeable sellers and people. Correct service all kinds of questions are happy to answer, do not urge to buy, have time to look to choose to choose. They provide perfect service, you don’t feel like they just want to sell as fast as possible, rather you see and feel that they really help you make the decision as well as the choice. Krisztina Kalydy: Complex training courses, with special museum programs and project-based training. There are requirements, whoever chooses this, be prepared that it requires special preparation (like any normal standard training) and homework is also given.

Michael Bell: One of the worst establishments that I’ve been to in Budapest (or anywhere for that matter). The cashier asked me if I needed help and I told him not at this time. When I asked for help, he looked into the stores’ stock and found what I was looking for. He still wasn’t able to sell me what I wanted. Avoid this place at all costs.
Response: Dear Michael, as quality control, i have checked the issue with my colleague who was in the sales desk. He has asked you 2-3 times if he can help you and as far as he remember, you haven't asked for any product at all. Why wouldn't we sell what we have available from stock (if not reserved for other costumer)? This doesn't sound realistic, does it? We are happy to serve our clients, this is what we stand for. I am afraid this might be a misunderstanding, or maybe we’ve lost in translation.
Eduárd Mándy: Very kind and helpful stuff. The place is a little bit hidden but very close to Opera stop of metro 1 line. I only came here to buy ear-plug for sleeping but as I saw they have very professional music stuff.
Jacob Round: Strange experience here. I came here out of my way to buy something, 3 different staff members asked if I needed help which was nice, found the item I came in for but (like the other review) was discouraged from buying it. Edit: changed to 5 stars, after management explanation, appreciate the honesty here.

I have asked them, but i am not sure if we managed to identify your issue precisely. If the visit had happened today and we haven't mixed up the cases, you were looking for a bag, but it was not fitting to the item you wanted to carry in it. Of course, our sales staff draw your attention to this what i recon better than not to warn you and letting you buy something which was not fit to the gear you buy it for. We are here to help our clients, also with information and advise, i am sorry if you was unsatisfied with this, in spite of our best intention.
