Oliver Ohlendorf: The hospital is much better than the state owned clinics. The personel is helpful and polite. But my single room lacked an air conditioning. All night I had to fight with the biting mosquitoes. This has to be changed in a place where people pay for hospitalization.

Balázs Kiss: You should know that this is a "plaza" hospital that rents wings to various providers. I was the doctor's 24 patients, look for them directly, not the hospital. The number on St. Luke's website is not even listed, and if you write an email, they are rejected. The 5 stars were for the doctor 24, Györgyi, the head nurse, all the staff, the caring, Dr. Attila Pavlik. I asked for 1 bed, I got 1 bed with great food and of course every private hospital extra. You walk in the door, turn left to reach their reception. There are several hospitals in Valszeg operating here in "hospital in hospital" mode, I (as it turned out later) was a patient of the above company. You need to know who you belong to and then everything will be okay because the equipment and staff are very competitive, even in price !!

Miklós Fatalin: Great doctors, kind and expert nurses. I can only recommend.

Laszlo Molnar: Own room. The dishes are absolutely plentiful and delicious. Internet is fast. Separate bathroom Comfortable beds There is underfloor heating. Very pleasant in winter. There is no condo so the room can be very hot in summer. There is no curtain through the window. No TV.

Livia Bodor: I had a consultation, the doctor was fine, but his assistant was a tragedy. I had a question, he said I could call him. Even though he didn't call me back for a week, then when I called him, he said he would call me back. That didn't happen either. but more than 1 week? They haven't called me back since then, and for that much money, a 3-minute phone call is basic. Never more....

Mate Visky: Twin rooms with private bathroom. Fish money is not accepted. They are completely fine and normal, and the price is perfect!

Ms. Widi: I came to this private hospital twice for first time I was feel Good with doctor pediatrician and I do hope we can solve n find my son problem but for second time the doctor just in hurry even did't touch it n look at the document I bring from doctor pediatrician doctor did checked my son ear, throat n nose n he said there's small adenoid and I do ask what is make my son cough n uncomfortable breathing in night and doctor just suggested me to go to another hospital so I feel like to pay nothing for my second visit n I feel sad I do hope as mother to make my son comfortable in his age to play , sleep n learn .

Luana Ciccarone: Horrible experience. I went to Dr. Rose for a gynecological check up and to ask some question to the doctor. Although I was assured that the doctor spoke English he was barely able to give me any answer that went beyond "yes" or "no". The visit lasted 10 minutes (which is embarrassing considering that you pay 210 EUR) and only at the end the doctor told me he took a sample for PAP smear (which I didn't ask for and the doctor did not even mention that it could have an extra cost) and I would receive the results in two weeks. The day after I receive a call from the clinic telling me that, only after I had already paid, they were told by the doctor that I would have to pay extra for this test (60 EUR more). I replied that this was not acceptable since I was told several times that the price would be 210 EUR, before and after the visit. They said that they are sorry and if I don't wanna pay it is fine, they will just not send me the results, which definitely feels like psychological blackmailing. I came to such an expensive clinic because I thought they cared about patients and I didn't wanna get traumatized, but as it seems money does not mean quality, this is simply a scam. Do not recommend.

pat Chris: Very poor clinic I travelled from Ireland 450 euro for flight my accommodation for 12 days 700 euro my operation was on 18th March I was told call on 16th which I did to see what I go through on the day no one seen me after treatment I got no e mails how I was after operation all I got was looking for money of 2000 euro which I paid I got no transfer to and back from airport like most good clinic do in Budapest my advice to people shop elsewhere in Budapest for yiu be treated much better than Dr rose clinic Patrick from Ireland

Peter Lukacs: High standards and 5* service. Cleanliness and modern private hospital. Well equipped and well-organized. However, there are several times when I have to wait at least 30 minutes, so the scheduling should be accurate. Parking outside is not that difficult, and the hospital offers inside garage parking in advance if you let them know you are arriving by car.

Zsolt Balogh: I have been a patient for the hospital in 2021 January February and go through various services including a total knee replacement . All I can say it’s a very professional service all around from start to finish . I’ve stayed in for 3 nights and I felt I was in a luxury hotel . The service was second to none . I would like to highlight the professionalism of the nurses both day and night , they were all friendly and extremely helpful , the doctors were great . Multilingual hospital no issue anywhere . I can only recommend and I will return for sure . Good value for money

Sean: I had a minor surgery at Dr. Rose and would normally never leave a review about something personal. But it’s been an incredible experience from the moment I walked in the door for pre surgery testing until I walked out the morning after the surgery. The facilities are top notch. The nurses are perfect! I had a cappuccino on request when permitted by the doctor. The doctors are on top of their game. The results from the surgery appear great at the moment. I see a few negative posts here and find it shocking. It reminds me that there are people in this world who live to find problems. And they love to tell everyone else about it. Less so when things are brilliant. If I ever need a hospital visit in Budapest again, zero doubt about where I’ll be.

Kerem GOK: I saw the reviews and went there with some suspicious thoughts. Actually my experience was totally different. Yes, if you dont have insurance, they can be expensive. But go there by knowing this fact. I have insurance and went there. The receptionists and support were really good comparing to what you expect in general in Hungary. The doctors attitude and care were nice and helpful. Even i could not wait for the tests, the doctor called me at 17:30 and shared all his feedback. So followup was good. And the design and outlook of the clinic was really nice, like a hotel. Honestly my experience was good.

I am grateful to the doctors and specialist at Dr Rose, who provided professional and thorough prenatal care ,safely brought my baby into the world in an emergency situation and then gave amazing support and empathy postpartum as well as expertise and advice on how to look after my new baby.

Miri Lvn: Located in a nice area of Budapest. Location has class but not the women working there. In an expensive place like this how much are they underpaid really??? That allows them to talk without manner?? Very unprofessional. Pricey bill expected but for something as simple as a flu they asked me to get a x-ray. Funny. Interesting that I see the review here said the consultation was just 75eur while for the rest of our experiences the price is of a tripled Considerately, they sent me a password protected file of a medical note. But I was never told the passwords so I had to ring back and ask. Oh and btw there’s no pharmacy in the ‘hospital’. You’ll have to buy them from a pharmacy on the street.

Armin Stefanovic: If possible avoid this clinic. I did a mandatory medical checkup in another clinic and they sent my results to Szent Magdolna to send them to me (this is the procedure for students.) I received only results in Hungarian (even though they know I am an international student) and they refused to give me any feedback on my bloodwork, EKG, and other tests. When I was trying to contact them, they were ignoring me. They just take the money and do not care about patients.

Alexis Goger: We had an appointment this day with Doctor Hegedus Eva, for a renewal of the prescription for a French patient, elderly and disabled, who has great difficulty for walking, who has benefited from the same treatment for 10 years. We arrived 15 minutes late, having taken 30 minutes to find the entrance. Doctor Hegedus Eva refused to take care of her because of our delay, referring us to the emergency room of a public establishment, which does not speak French, and which we couldn't reach because she was too tired. Thanks to your doctor, now she has no medicine. This behavior is unacceptable and unworthy from a "real" doctor. It's a real shame. A doctor who refuses to treat a patient, I've never seen that.

Monika Zsibrita: We called to make an appointment for a vitamin IV which is something I regularly get in California if I need an immune system boost or kick a cold faster. We made an appointment over the phone but were not informed that it was going to take a doctor consultation to get an IV. Finally they proceeded with the IV, but I questioned the content because it was completely clear and most Vitamin C IVs are yellow. They said this was their vitamin IV but wouldn't give more information. While I was getting the IV the doctor came in to ask health questions and deemed the IV appropriate. While the IV was going I could overhear the nurses discuss their private life and repeatedly letting each other know when they were going for a smoke. Once the IV was done I went to pay. I paid for my IV then one of the girls whispered to the checkout girl and they informed me that I have to pay an additional 22,000 HUF for the 5 minute doctor visit in addition to the IV price. No one told me ahead of time of the cost of the doctor consultation nor was I informed of its necessity when I booked the appointment over the phone. I would avoid this questionable place where they try to pull a fast one on you.

Boglárka Jakab: My real gallstone was mistreated with reflux for 6 months without being noticed in public care. I went to the surgeon Dr. Mester Gábor in my great desperation and with pain that had been going on for months. He operated 8 days before my first visit. I'm not saying it's cheap, but it's worth every penny. He was very fair and helpful. He visited me after surgery. The next day, before I came, he came to my house. I recommend it to anyone with the greatest love, because it is extra amazing. I wish everyone a Master's Doctorate if they are struggling with gallstones. Because it gave me back my faith and my zest for life. :) I also had to spend a night in the hospital. All the nurses were fairies, they watched my every whim, and if I made a fuss, they already came. All the way from the consultation, through the blood test, the mute and the suture picker, everything was a positive experience, with nothing negative. I'm afraid of everything, not to mention mutes. A big hug to everyone who helped me recover :)

Zoltan Tobolik: I went to a famous dermatologist. I requested a full body examination and the removal of a wart. The treatment started when he sent out his assistant, who repeatedly froze the skin defects, and finally decided to remove a single wart, which soon grew back, but my body only examined it so much that I didn't even have to take off all my clothes, so the surfaces covered by the blanket he didn't even see it. It was a 20-minute treatment, for a fee equal to 1/3 of a monthly salary. Rubbish and ineffective treatment for a fortune!

B V: The operation is delayed for hours, there is zero information. The elevator is not working. No information after the operation, I run into the doctor at the reception because he is in a hurry. He knows who I am... After he was 1 hour late and crashed the operation. I understand that you're young and very hungry... but you shouldn't need so much money... Today's doctors are interested in nothing but horses... All this for more than half a million forints. Come here for surgery...

István Dimény: The ladies at the reception are nice, I received maximally satisfactory answers to all my questions. The lady doing the blood test is a symptom! Waiting time was about 10 minutes. Immunologist Dr. Kàdàr Jànos is a blood professional, a direct specialist with lexical knowledge!!! I can only recommend it to everyone. Greetings from Transylvania.

Klára Aradi: Everything went perfectly. From the doctor to the receptionist, everyone is careful, attentive and professional. Their pricing is fair, we have not experienced any hidden costs that are revealed afterwards.

Judit Ress: As far as finances are concerned, I also had a bad experience. But I didn't leave it at that, I filed a complaint against them. One thing is for sure, I will not go near such a medical institution!

Zoller Veronika: I had an examination at the pain clinic today. Apart from the time slippage, the whole process was a horrible and humiliating experience, starting from the check-in at the reception. Right from the first minute, I was lucky enough to find out which lady at the reception was going to the hairdresser on which day, but they didn't reveal any information about my care, even when I asked, only with great difficulty. When I finally got to the doctor, there were about five people in the office, I don't know who had what function, but it is certain that I could not exchange a single sentence with the doctor without being disturbed, because other staff members who were involved in my appointment were constantly walking in and out. It was not. While a person is suffering from severe pain and being examined shirtless, it is not only disturbing, but also truly humiliating. The doctor herself allocated about 10 minutes to me, I didn't even have a chance to ask questions, but thank God I left here with extra knowledge, namely who will have coffee when and with whom, if I finally leave there, and I also successfully discussed next week's staff schedule cost - it would have been if I didn't indicate at this point that this is enough. I've already experienced something similar in state care, but here I received zero service for HUF 24,000, and that too at an embarrassingly low standard. In addition, it is incomprehensible to me how it can happen in 2021 in a private clinic that it is not possible to pay for examinations and treatments with a health fund card. Overall it was a huge disappointment, a waste of time, energy and money. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Attila B: Avoid this hospital at all cost! I booked a gastroenterologist ("dr" Olga Kerekgyarto) who was utterly unprofessional and rude during my visit, and shockingly discriminative towards people with underlying health condition. I have reported this matter both hand written and e-mail demanding my money back. Unacceptable! Clinic itself is gorgeous and clean, easy and free parking.

Peter Trant: Having just received the response to my complaint, I strongly suggest that anyone with a medical condition keep clear of this establishment. Not only did the Doctor provide a different version of events than what actually occurred but went as far as listing medication that he stated he prescribed which is totally untrue. Be aware that you may have to undergo multiple consultations and pay multiple times, which was not mentioned to me at all. György Vályi: Swedish health insurance company operating a hospital and health centre with a wide range of paid health services rendered to companies and private individuals. Medicover works efficiently and quickly compared to Hungarian State Health Service. Visitors can get appointment over the phone. The clinical findings are sent over the Internet. It was the first time I connected this institution and I recommend to everyone who would like to enjoy professional and attentive health service.

Gerath Peter: Very professional service. The staff is informative and takes outstanding care of you from arrival to dismissing you after your operation. Without going into the detail deep… the Hospital is clean and well equipped, nurses are responsive and take good care of you. The surgeon answered all my questions and was very caring and informative. Thank you Medicover!

Lara Harp: Wrong info. Regarding many processes. Drink, don't drink, eat, go to the toilet. The length of the process. 15-30 minutes. Or 50 minutes. No! 75 bloody minutes. PROS:bright, professional, easy access, free parking. BIG CONS: no.coffee machine, no snacks. Private places like this always have free coffee at hand. Basics. Also, no clear markings from the parking lot OR in the elevator, so stopping at all wrong levels before reaching the right one.

Katya PR: Doctors are way below PROFESSIONAL level, that does not correspond to the level of medical services in EU. Reception staff were USELESS and UNFRIENDLY! Customer service is TERRIBLE, if you have a complaint you will never get reply. For such high price, you would expect different level of service and professionalism! Matteo Arru: As I witness in several hospitals, it is sad to see so little attention to customer care. They cannot deal with my direct insurance billing. I always end up paying all bills individually and therefore ask for a reimbursement. Miss delegation and you have to wait for the officer in charge to countersign all documents with the corresponding waste of time. My wife needed to have an emergency cesario as a result of a most likely poor handled procedure. When going back for medication she was held waiting in pain while everyone were moving responsibility to someone else. Terrible hospital.

Viktor Pal: For-profit, Eastern European style "hospital". Know-how and social conduct of staff are heavily influenced by decades of communism. Nurses work several jobs and are often dead tired when come to work. Doctors have been socialized in a from-top-to-down, hierarchical, rather primitive professional environment typical to several Eastern European countries. It sad to see how far is reality from the tacky commercials of this institution. Avoid at all costs.

Killer Original: I had very bad experience, in the beggining they told me that they will accept my European assurance card, then right before leaving they gave me a nice fat bill for almost nothing. Be aware of BIG prices.

Korhan Koçali: We had two physical therapy treatments there for my 7 years old daughter. The physiotherapists spent more time talking and trying to convince us not to come again than rendering treatment to my daughter and stretching her muscles. They confirmed our appointments but did not render proper service by saying that they are not child experts and we should go to a child expert. Then why did you confirm our appointments and wasted our time in the first place? Instead of doing their job and stretching the muscles of my daughter, they presented tens of excuses during the treatment to not to do their job. At least 30 minutes of 45 minutes "treatment" was talking and not treating my daughter. Even though I told them that we want to follow doctor's advice and want to receive treatment of stretching the muscle, they kept trying to convince me for other treatments outside their institution. As a result, we have wasted our time and money because of the specialists who do not wish to render treatment as if we do not make any payment and as if we were forcing them to treat my daughter. It would be more appropriate and honest thing to not confirm our appointments in the first place and waste our time and money since we had provided all the necessary information and documents including doctor’s diagnosis/treatment letter to them while taking the appointments. When I have sent my complaints to them, they replied to me with a legal letter defending their company’s rights and denying making any refund as if I have requested a refund from them. Bottomline, do not waste your precious time and money at this institution.

Roxana Hurghia: I ve broken my foot and was sent to Emineo by another private hospital close by that couldn’t help and sent me away walking! At Emineo, I was immediately taken in , put in a wheelchair, seen and treated by the emergency traumatologiste . Surgery was soon scheduled and done and weeks after I’ve started physiotherapy. Inside the hospital conditions are very good, modern , clean and comfortable, the staff is very kind and helpful, all communication was in English . A male nurse , a great professional, very caring and helpful with perfect English, catered for me during the day of the surgery, unfortunately I cannot recall his name , probably because of anesthesia 😃😄. The surgery: I cannot praise enough dr. Gémes Kristóf for his professionalism, surgical treatment, his very warm and friendly attitude, for his great attention to patient details ( before and after the operation) and his great people skills. Also my gratitude goes for my therapist Bakó Bence whom with great care, precise detailed exercises, support , positive attitude and encouragement helped me every week to recover plentiful! Thank you all very much ! I have recommended Emineo ever since, keep up the good work!

Andras Linczmayer: They really mislead us. I asked an appointment for my kid for traumatology however they gave an appointment for an adult traumatology. We wanted to get a second opinion however we couldn't get -at least not a specialist who has experience in take care of such problems- and the doctor suggested to come back when the only one child traumatologist is here. We paid the fee for nothing. We also wanted to change her sling because it became really uncomfortable. The doctor suggested to keep it. I called them latter that at least show the x-ray etc. to the children specialist and give me a call if his opinion doesn't match with our original one. They refused and ask us to make another visit. It was waste of time, I wouldn't say anything wrong our doctor but clearly he was not that doctor we booked our appointment who has expereince with children traumatology and can make a decision and say us whether the our current treatment is good or needs to adjust. We went back to not private hospital they immediately replaced her sling and cleaned the really red skin to avoid further infections.

Oleksandra Sergeniuk: The doctor was competent and attentive, gave detailed advice and answered all our questions. Nice and friendly lady at the reception helped us to find a doctor. Good attitude towards clients 👍💙💛

Viktor Huja: Summary: - doctor was late, by 45 minutes due to late surgical issues - Dr. seem to have rushed with our appointment however after my complaint the hospital compensated me for the inconveniences. - expensive - facilities are fine, as expected at a place like this - plus side, there was underground parking

Zoltan Toth: Nice front desk and helpful staff but, they seem to lack the process and training with respect to COVID PCR testing. If you need a PCR test result to be able to travel to another country, I cannot recommend Emineo. They were unable to add my passport number to the test report: which was a basic requirement from the start, and finally they just dropped the ball.

James Hampton: Frustration upon frustration. We were recommended to come and indicated by our Dr. After calling us back he informed us they were expecting us. After a cold reception we were requested to wait until the apparent one and only Dr was free. While we were seated in the waiting room another patient went in to the Dr's office then out for an X-ray and then back in again. After 50 mins of waiting with no explanation or comment from the Dr who came out twice he buzzed up on the board for another patient who claimed she had an appointment and who had arrived 30 mins after us. Its a pity that the owner who may be a wonderful Dr and person doesn't know the employees that give his business a bad name. Even when you're hurt or in pain, customer service is everything to the success of a business. We left without service and the receptionist just said good bye! No apologies or asking us to wait another few minutes. No explanation of what went down. Weird.

Kat Nagy: The worst experience I’ve ever had in a clinic. I would not recommend it for foreigners. I paid for a PCR test because I needed it for traveling. First I couldn’t open the result they sent me via email because the password they gave me was not working. Then the result was in Hungarian after I confirmed many times verbally and in writing that I needed it in English for traveling abroad. I had to fly the next day so I was not expecting to spend such a long time receiving a test result. After exchanging many emails, eventually I had to go in personally to collect the English result. When I went in, they were very unfriendly and not helpful at all. They didn’t even say sorry for all this. It was a really bad experience.

katerina symeonidou: The level of professionalism unbelievable. I had payed for an examination that included a test for which I was waiting the results. The examination took place in august. I had to go today for another reason and I was asking my results and they had me waiting they send me a girl to talk to me who told me that the doctor decided not to do the test, which is a lie because the doctor took sample. Then I had to wait to talk with the manager and what they told after my waiting is that I can write in an email address. This is the level of attention to the client you get.

Srinivasan Venkatachalam: Got dental cleaning done at this facility. Had a nightmare experience. The dentist was in such a hurry he didn’t even care to check whether there is any discomfort or pain during the procedure. He even touched my lips with a tooth grinding tool which ripped off a layer of the lip and resulted into profuse bleeding. When I told him that he touched the grinding tool to my lips he said he didn’t notice it. What a professional work! Thank god I got a special medicine from another clinic for healing the damaged lips quickly. I would never go back to this facility again.

pierre court: I went for a consultation ( gastroenterologist). The doctor did not really answered my questions. I felt I was pushed out of the room after barely 15 mn of the consultation. Dreadful experience. I never went back to the Swiss Clinic , did not make any gastro endoscopy there as I could not know the exact price ! I felt totally swindled . Do not go there !

matteo missoni: I went to this clinic many times, consequently I was a returning client, the ignorance and general indifference that the girl at the reception has and, above all the administration shows how much the employees do not care about returning a customer. I will never go back again, and neither will all the people I had recommended the clinic to. The proof of this is that despite the bad reviews, the administration, by not responding, proves that they do not even look at them. Good luck

Natascha: I’ve been here for a second time, three appointments together. I can only recommend this place. It is a very modern and nice looking office, you’ll definitely feel comfortable. Everyone is very friendly, from the assistant at the front desk, to the doctors. They all speak English too, which is a huge plus for a foreigner. I’ll sure be coming back.

Stefan Hatos: So my second time here and they have managed to screw up my entire schedule. While I have arrived as requsted on time empty tomy etc. They have forgot about me while I was sitting front of the reception. After my apointment time passed by 30 minutes asked the receptioist do I have to wait much longer. Well that was when I got my cold shower that unfortunatley they havent seen my name popping up on the screen and the next patient is already here so why dont I come back on an other they or wait an other two hours. Well here is a secret my schedule is based around my needs and not Swiss PE. Poor service didn't see any effort to solve the issue. Wonder what would they say if I would bill my day?!

They also cant provide test results in english.. They also failed to help me with my medical issue. This place is a complete scam, dont pay to get disrespected. The place is for white hungarians only

Alex Sasha: I d like to express my gratitude to Dr. Kázmer who performed a small operation on me. I had a very acute case and he performed it there right on the spot, so, that I felt pain only from anaesthesia. Afterwards, my wound is healing nicely. He was very polite, competent and spoke a good English. I had to change 2 Hungarian doctors before him who refused to treat me at all (I had a severe pus inflammation). I would definitely visit Swiss clinic again!

Tamás Milán Végh: Best in class service, absolutely satisfied with the staff and with their expertise. I can strongly recommend to anyone especially for those who can’t afford spending months of wait times for the public healthcare institutions.

Nicolás Martínez: This is the worst health center ever. Very rude staff and they have a lot of hidden costs for services that are on their webpage. Very illegal behavior and they just dont care about it. I hope that the company goes bankrupt and all its employees to the street.

Sally Bowles: It s very hit and miss. Avoid at all costs gynaecologist Ambrus, he is an smug old judgemental fart without much knowledge and he made various quite embarrassing lewd jokes. Also he regaled me with a nasty infection :/ like throwing up at the thought of the visit wasn't enough of a souvenir, yuck. Ear nose throat doctor (don't know the name) sounded like he had graduated one week before. Ultrasound lady, two of them actually, were both great. Dermatologist Tarok didn't even sound like a doctor, I suspected that she was late and they put a janitor at her place, but that was just a thought, avoid also. They speak English, they are always polite, and they are cheaper. Sometimes that s enough, sometimes it s not.

Hans Hans: NOT FOR FOREIGNERS! Geared to Hungarians - very limited English skills (see questionnaire). Swiss??? Premium??? What’s in a name. Not punctual (waited 20 minutes+ after appointed time). Any Swiss would have walked out already. Nice staff though - they do try - hence ***

Zoltan Hajdu: If i were not assigned here through my healthcare i would avoid this place. They call themselves premium however there is no soap in the bathroom, no disinfectant for your hands (its covid pandemic out there) and you are charged 500 huf for a mask! Come ooon its fkin 2020 you are charged 30k for a visit and you have to pay for a mask?!!!

κασσιανη καλογήρου: I just called for an emergency and the receptionist didn't speak English! He also hung up the phone on me! Unbelievable for a hospital!

Varun Kakkar: One of the worst hospitals for English speaking patients. Those patients who do not speak Hungarian are told to go away. Would never recommend this hospital to anyone.

Nur Sah: The woman working at the front desk told me that this hospital is no hospital and there is no Doctor for me. I had a bad infection at my fingers- i went to another hospital which told me that my infection was dangerous and i need a surgery. Because I Don t speak hungarian! That could risked my life. Shame on you

Rita Major: I spent there one day for a smaller surgery. The room and bathroom were very clean (and had to share it with only 1 person), and everybody working there were extremely kind. Somebody even hold my hand before the surgery, when I was very nervous! Thanks for everything!

Diego Romero: I've just called the place to ask for a meeting with an ear doctor. First question I've asked, in hungarian, is if the person at the phone speaks english. She, laughing, have just said in english: "no, I am beautiful", and hanged the phone. I'm in shock. How unprofessional this is for someone who should be helping people. Awful.

Lisanne Stolte: When I call them for an appointment, and ask to speak in english, they just hang up on me instead of referring me to a colleague.

Roland Költő: The conditions are terrible. The staff is nice If you give them 💶. If you can pay the “extra service fee” you can get a normal room (shared with 3-4) for 400 EUR / month.

Φίλιππος Χειλουδάκης: I called three times because a friend of mine while in the area, needed to visit a hospital. As soon as i asked them if they speak English, they hanged up on me after saying something (apparently not in English) i couldn't understand! This is a hospital or what? Outrageous!!!!
