Carly Gottorff: They were very professional and went out of their way for my piercing. I went there for a tragus piercing, wanting gold colored titanium piercing jewelery. I was emailing with them about this and they were very prompt with responding. They informed me that they only had silver colored jewelery, and ordered me gold colored titanium for the next day. Amazingly nice, highly recommend.

duygu buyrukcu: Had a very bad client mis-information and bad service and scamming experience that I couldn’t understand the logic yet. I went to buy 3 new piercings to change the existing ones. However since I am allergic, that day I had wounds and seller guy told me that I should not change them that day and he was nice, even told me about medication I can use. Despite the price was higher than what I had seen elsewehere, due to nice attitude I bought them. After my wounds healed, I went back and there was a woman seller this time and she told me, she will charge me to put the piercings on. If there was a charge to put them on, why was I not informed while selling them? Btw here the important thing is not how much she attempted to charge me but the fact that this is called scamming and I will not accept this. Noone should. I was so shocked by additional charge ask and I repeatedly tried to explain the situation that I was not informed about a charge and that this will be the first time they will be putting on these piercings. And she kept saying she understands the balls on the piercings came off and that has to be charged. I think she kept misunderstanding the situation the way she liked.

Helia Shah: I got an awful septum piercing there. It was too high and too thick I could not breathe. They did not tell me they only had one ring option, very unprofessional piercer... so much that my nose was swollen, painful and itchy and they only accepted cash, even charged more than what their website said. Luckily i took the piercing off in another shop and pierced my septum again, I could finally breathe. Do not go there.

Lucy Peaty: Myself and two of my friends walked into get a piercing each. The staff were really friendly despite the fact that some of the group were a little unsure to begin with. The staff even spoke good English which was comforting and made my friends feel less nervous. When we got the piercing placement, the lady reassured us and reminded us that wanting to change the place of the piercing was okay because it was our body! The studio itself appeared really clean and the equipment sterile. The piercings were done quickly and cleanly. I’ve had several other piercings in comparison the standard was very good! 100% would recommend, glad we visited.

Estefanía Piñón: Amazing place to get a piercing! Ivana is the most professional. The place is clean and she explained to us in detail how she was going to do the piercing, was super patient and also explained how to do the after care. They have their own after care formula that we got and my nose piercing is healing really well. We had the greatest experience getting 5 piercings in total. Will definitely visit again as it is the most professional place I’ve ever got pierced.

My artist walked me through every step and made sure I was comfortable. On top of the tattoos they sell amazing tshirts of which I got one. Go in for the appointment, am left waiting for 15 minutes without being told what was going on. The Artist comes over and shows me designs double the size of what i wanted, I asked if they could be smaller and she said no. I told them I’m just going to leave it then, and offered to pay a fee but they declined. The artist was very rude and not helpful. The receptionist however was the opposite. If you’re not fussed about whether your tattoo is exactly what you asked for then go here. I came to Budapest partly to visit this place but I’m sorely disappointed by the experience.

Winston Smith: I went to the store prior to making an appointment. I was greeted by some really friendly people and met Gregory, who would do my tattoo. Having met the staff, I decided to go ahead and made an appointment. Again, everyone I met was super friendly and really put me at ease. We had a lengthy chat about my ideas and I received some really useful input..I didn’t feel rushed at all. The actual tattooing experience was excellent, Gregory was thoroughly professional throughout and I am absolutely delighted with the end result. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dark Art Tattoo.
Louise Catherine: Fit me in as a walk in on a Monday which was wonderful. Place is really clean and the staff speak wonderful English and are very friendly and helpful. For a spur of the moment tattoo I couldn’t have asked for anything better and for a better studio! A new little heart to remember my time in Budapest!

Gregory did my tattoo and he was very clean, professional, friendly and made me feel very comfortable. He helped me pick the placement and sizing of my tattoo and listened to what I wanted and gave me helpful tips as well. The rest of the staff were also very good and I loved the overall vibe of the place. Definitely would come back if I ever happened to be in Budapest!

The studio was immaculate and hygienic. My tattooist did my tattoo exactly how I wanted it and the price was brilliant. Thoroughly recommend. Service: Tattoos
Ira Pashel: Lovely place! Came in today to make an appointment for ear piercing, but they took me in right away. Had 2 lobe and 1 cartilage piercings, all three went great:) Everything was sterilized before the procedure and felt very professional. The selection of earrings was also pretty big, which is great. The salon was not too busy and Valeria took good care of me. I also really enjoyed how the space is decorated. To sum up, a very pleasant experience, I’ll definitely come again should I decide to do smth new!

They were explaining me everything in details, answering all of my questions, comforting me not to be scared or if I felt well, gave me details how to take care of my piercing and so on and so on... Farid Moe: Highly recommend!! One of the best tattoo studios experiences I’ve ever encountered. I did one eyebrow piercing and Alina was very accommodating, professional and kind. She educated me with new info. as my first piercing had some issues. The whole procedure was painless and amazing. Also look for Christina, she’s the studio host and very very friendly. She booked my appointment the day before, we had a great conversation and she helped me pick the right piercing not only that gave me a discount on one of the products. I’m definitely coming back for a tattoo next time I’m in budapest.

The studio is very clean and professional looking, Valerie (her name was if I remember) was very kind, gentle, and very clear & reassuring on everything she was doing for me to be more relaxed, and provided me with great tips and explanations afterwards for the healing process. Thank you so much I am so happy with my piercings!

I didn’t know that I needed to make a reservation but the girl at the reception was really nice as she helped me to arrange it quickly. The master was professional and all equipment was sanitised thoroughly. The price was fair as well.

Aleksandra Shubina: Unfortunately I am not very happy with the tattoo I got here. I wanted a thin line flower tattoo as in the reference pic, but as you can see on the photo of the healed tattoo (3 months after) the lines are far from being thin and the tattoo doesn’t really look like the picture, but rather like a child’s drawing. To be fair, everyone was very welcoming and friendly at the studio, and the studio itself is very pretty and clean, that’s why I give it not less than 3 stars. I guess I was just not very lucky with the artist.
