Antonia Lamprou
Antonia Lamprou: Went there and a couple was inside, paying, but the door was locked. I knocked the door and the elderly woman who was at the cashier just looked at me. I knocked again and she didin’t even turn her head. I was confused because i could see the clients inside! I had a fever and a really bad flu. I needed medicines. I sat there for a few minutes waiting if she opens the door and thinking what to do. Then, she opened the door to let the couple leave and moved her hand to show me the sign with the open hours. It was closing at 20:00 and it was 20:02!!! She was extremely rude!! I was there before 20:00 but she didn’t open the door!! She should at least ask me if it was something urgent! It is a pharmacy, not a shop with clothes!!
Nam Sriprommunee
Nam Sriprommunee: This the 4th pharmacy I ran into today in the search of my vaccine. It is somehow nearly impossible to find in Hungary nowadays (no idea why the doctor still prescribed it). The pharmacist here explained the situation and made calls to nearby pharmacies for me. I finally got the vaccine I needed from another pharmacy in the same chain thanks to him. Super grateful! He speaks decent English, too.

이수형
이수형: What I experienced here was the worst in budapest. I turned back to change to smaller stuff after the staff or casher told me small size would be discounted. Then I just saw she rolled her eyes with down lips. She might not expect I catch that. I asked what’s wrong and she repeated I don’t know and I can’t explain in English that’s why. Hmm Well.. And Internationally, that’s not the positive gesture. When she made someone feel bad with her bad behavior, she supposed to say sorry if she respect them. But she didn’t. It’s okay cuz I will leave here soon. I just hope It’s not gonna happen again next to everyone.
MJ C
MJ C: Pharmacist I had was fluently speaking English, and kindly asked lots of questions to get me a matching otc medicine.
Response: Thank you very much for the positive feedback!

Response: Thank you for the positive feedback! Have a good day!
Paul Berry
Paul Berry: Loved this pharmacy, the pharmacists professional and the general feel of the place was sci-fi clean.
Authentic Experience
Authentic Experience: I was there sometime ago and my experience was not good. Maybe because I don’t speak Hungarian well or I’m foreigner the staff were rude. Maybe that can be bad day at office but if you’re working for some place then you’re representing them whole company. Staffs should know this but whatever reason it was they were not happy. There is no complaint about the stuffs and products they have. Well managed and very modern pharmacy at the heart of Budapest. Although I won’t go there again but I recommend this place to all because of quantities and quality of medicine or products they are providing.
Response: Dear Rupen K C! Thank you so much for the detailed case description, these feedback is very helpful, so we can make the work better. We are constantly improving the customer experience to have more satisfied customers. We hope that in the future you will have the opportunity to experience the results of our developments. David Feiner
David Feiner: I go here rather frequently, and while there is sometimes a wait as in every other shoo where you can expect a peak time when people rush to buy their skincare products, essential oils, fishoil, vitamin C, paracetamol, or even some wilder medicine, this can be expected. So be patient, and you will be a patient patient receiving patient and careful attention. Also the staff is very kind and nice and caring and attentive!
Yassine FARES
Yassine FARES: I was surprised to see the prices here, everything is overpriced compared to the market’s current prices, buying online or in westend’s pharmacy will cost you 30 to 40% less.

I highly recommend other pharmacy store few mintues away on Irany utca.

It causing confusion that the name is used as Silver Serpent Pharmacy or above the entrance only Serpent Pharmacy. Adding to the confusion is a golden serpent figure at the door. Even the Facebook post mention it as Serpent Pharmacy without silver.

Attila-Ors Kilyen
Attila-Ors Kilyen: It is the best non stop pharmecy i know. They are reasnably equipped, and with me they were allways helpfull. It never heappend that they dont have something and other pharacy has it. However i recommend calling them... in vacation days there can be line..
Alexa Kocsis
Alexa Kocsis: I came to this pharmacy in desperate need of painkillers, at 10 pm on a friday, and they were closed. I wonder why would they claim to be open nonstop on Google Maps, while being closed. This just terrible.
Ulaş Erkan Özberk
Ulaş Erkan Özberk: Whoever was working on the night connecting 18 to 19th July should really check themselves because I refuse to believe they are a decent human being. If somebody is hitting your pharmacy at 1 am, surely they need something urgent. I hit the bell about 10 times and nobody came to the window. And then I held the bell for 10seconds, then she decided to make an appearance with the rudest attitude possible, I definitely interrupted her sleep and she was mad about it. But sorry lady, my major heart palpitations in urgent need of an aspirin can’t give a shoot about your sleep at a job you’re SUPPOSED to be awake for. It’s health.
sarika nagaraja
sarika nagaraja: I went to the pharmacy around 11.30pm,my 3 yrs old son was unwell suddenly with earpain,as soon as I knock the window ND rung the bell a lady came and she gave me medicine as quickly...am very happy with the service good work terez patika team.
Donald Black
Donald Black: My wife fell sick with a bad cold just before the Easter weekend. Went to this pharmacy twice while all others in Budapest were closed for Easter. The staff could not have been more patient or helpful -- and there was a line out the door of people waiting to get in. They had all the items we needed to comfort my wife in her illness. High marks for efficiency, courtesy and professionalism. Both pharmacists that I dealt with spoke very good English.
Jocelyn Naik
Jocelyn Naik: Came here on a holiday morning and it was open. The staff working were friendly and helpful.

Unipatika Westend Gyógyszertár: what do users think?
t
t: After walking around Budapest and struggling with disinterested pharmacists to communicate, I walked into this incredibly busy pharmacy, took a ticket from the clearly marked machine, sat in the tiny waiting area out of the crowd, and was seen within 5 min by an incredibly professional, friendly pharmacist who communicated in English and filled my prescription from my Doctor without drama. 5 stars 🌟
Levenda
Levenda: Staff was very friendly. The selection they had was huge, finally found what I was looking for, after having gone to 3 other pharmacies. The line wasn’t the fastest, but they gave you a number so you could still look around while you waited. Overall, one of the best pharmacies I have seen in Hungary.
abir pro
abir pro: They where very nice and they really helped me .
Jackie Li
Jackie Li: The worse pharmacy ever as a doctor in this country, the ladies inside are no doctor, no pharmacist. No responsibility and lack of both university education and family education. ( the problem is that I have the Hungarian medical license, the lady inside showed her altitude to me without 0 respect ), zero. So I’m sure she will be punished by the life
Response: Dear Jackie, We are deeply sorry if you had a negative experience in our pharmacy. Nevertheless, you wanted to buy prescription medicine without a prescription, which is not allowed in Hungary. Our colleagues offered you the phone number and address of a clinic that provides English-speaking services for non-Hungarian citizens, which You didn't accept. We are sorrowful that despite our efforts, you left dissatisfied.
Császár Regina (Jeannie)
Császár Regina (Jeannie): Clean, shiny, well-stocked pharmacy, kind staff, wery helpful in need at late night hours. They have also every Vichy and Bioderma products.

Saskia Julie
Saskia Julie: We asked for a cough syrup for a 14 month old baby, without any antipyretic ingredients. The pharmacist first recommended us nurofen. We told her again that the baby has no fever and we just need organic cough syrup. She than gave us Robitussin, which is as we read later for children between 2-12 years (containing Dextromethorphan, an often misused drug with harmful side effects…). Unfortunately no reliable medical consultation…
