Csaba Albert: It happened to us 4 times that we did not get help with parking and Attila Kaposi, who works for you, spoke to us in an unqualified tone. It is used in the building of the parking lot in the V. district. Frist site hotel Regus more precisely. An employee of Inkál Zrt. We also made our complaint to Inkál Zrt. When we left the parking lot, he did not help us get out, and when we went around the building on Saturday to ask for help, he was having an intimate relationship with a lady at the concierge desk. But this happened again on weekdays this week. In the two previous cases, he also shouted and refused to help. The man managed to find out his name from the employees of the building. I think it happens 1x 2x, okay, maybe a bad day, but often. Several people complained that it is not desirable around the hotel either, because it always sleeps when people look through the glass door. What kind of security service is putting your reputation in an unpleasant situation. It is outrageous that it does this to old women right in front of our eyes. Please take action on this matter. Mateusz Zaremba: Parking quite expensive, much cheaper at the nearby national museum. Completely "by accident" not all payment machines work. Payment is possible only at the reception and it is only cash, which is a scandal in such a hotel.
Vittorio Montanari: I arrived at 2pm on Sunday 18th August persuaded to park. It was not possible because everything was reserved for hotel guests only. It would have been better to warn on the site that there was this eventuality.
adam selim: Contrary to the reviews seen here, we had a great time, very safe parking, in the center of the city and professional and pleasant staff. We paid 32 € for about 48 hours of parking, which is really great in comparison to other prices.

I understand that I will pay 2800HUF for weekend and 2800HUF for monday, but will I have to pay daily ticket on Tuesday or just 3 hours (from 8 to 11)? And when I park car and take ticket, I can leave the parking and pay everything after 3 days? And also I want to know if I can leave parking in that time while I am paying daily ticket if Ineed? S Aslam: Used this car park while staying in Budapest ,,,nice location . A bit tricky to find ,,sharp turn opp Mercure Hotel ,,if you miss it it’s a long detour 🤦♂️. Safe and reasonably priced .

ömer çeliktürk: It is located on the street right next to the metro stop. Overall we were satisfied. The size of the apartment is sufficient. I killed a few cockroaches the first day. In the following days, I saw an insect once. The entrance to the building smells bad. There is no bad smell in the apartment, but there is a slight smell of gas from the bathroom.

Laz Kletsidis: This is where you pick-up/return almost all the rental cars. You need to walk outside the arrivals building across the street along a pathway, around the Ibis hotel and finally you get to the open-air parking spaces. When you drop off the car make sure you get the ticket from the automatic parking machine and give it tot the rent a car employee when returning the car. The walk is exposed to the weather conditions so hope it doesn’t rain while you get/return your car.

Vasileios Tsarouchas: Staff there in the return stations were good (at least the persons we got serviced by) getting in and out is a straight forward procedure and should not be a hassle. The issue there is that there is no easy access to the airport, you have to walk up a walkway to get to the airport and if there are bad weather conditions that could be problematic.
Bert Darazs: Hertz (Airport) attempted to add over $3000 in fraudulent charges on a card that was not turned on for Europe! Credit card company alerted me and I denied it.
Andrew Ledesma: Return location is far from the terminal and walkway access is between the construction site. Pavement is rough and to drag your suite is quite a challenge.

Corinna Auxtero: Our apartment was very comfortable with modern furniture in a pleasant design. Staff was helpful and competent. The place was very clean. A few smaller repairs, like loose switches and plugs or not lockable toilet doors, would be necessary to make it look perfect again. The apartments are located at the very city center and is easily accessible by public transportation. All the sightseeing spots are nearby. Perfect location!
Suchetha S Prabhu: Only Good thing is Size of the room and Facilities provided. If you are looking for something in a very noisy area , with no sort of ventilation in your room( air condition not working ) , fans not available, no customer service ( they tell you to call them for anything but don’t cater to anything close to what you ask for ) you can go for this apartment. Even if you spend a little more it’s alright , I would suggest to for something better. Checking in this apartment is such a hassle. Reception in one area , apartment in another area and room given to us in more further area . If do happen to stay in this apartment make sure u reach just before the check in time as there is no baggage drop facility. You will have to drop it in lockers available privately . If not for this apartment our stay in Budapest would have been much better .

I was considering to give it a 4 star rating because ot the location but I think the appointment itself deserves 3 stars. Or maybe 3.5 but that is unfortunately not possible. Think about it Google. ;)
Taraneh pourdowlat: We came to the apartment it was smelling mould and Musty smell. We came inside of room there was no detergent for washing dishes no shampoo or soup or bathing supplies there was also no salt and pepper. In the morning we told them there is no paper towel no coffee or anything else they said they were sorry but they don’t provide those and we can buy coffee or detergent and shampoo as they don’t provide them. We rented a suit with air-condition and fridge and tv. The first night we had the air condition but second night the air condition didn’t work any more we asked for help but they were sorry that there was nothing they could do. They also informed us that they will not clean the apartment and there was no supplies for us to clean it as well. Then the fridge stopped working and we had milk and meat in the fridge. They told us they cannot do anything and our meat and milk hopefully will not go bad but they will not change the room or do anything. I went to Prague and other places. Never have I seen this awful service and apartment. I had to write this to help other people not go through what I went through.
Robert Keyes: Great apartment. The decor is lovely, very modern. Slept 7 of us comfortably, had more than enough space for us all. It is right in the centre of Budapest, close to all the near amenities, and all the bars.....perfect for stags and hens.

Dave Pinkernell: I highly recommend Budapest Budget car rental. My wife and I rented a SUV for a week in September. We rented from Budapest and returned the car to the Vienna airport. The staff at Budget Budapest were very helpful explaining to me in English how to rent the car and how to get the toll pass needed to drive into Austria. Budget Budapest upgraded us to a very nice brand new Kia SUV which was very fun to drive, especially with Apple Play. It made navigating easy using my iPhone displayed on the dashboard. I chose to get the full extra insurance, which was my choice. The staff did not pressure me to buy it. It has now been a month since I returned the car. My 400 euro deposit VISA charge was removed from my credit card, so all is good. It was a enjoyable car rental experience, which is rare in a foreign country.
Zoltán Bessenyei: The service is good a price was a bit high during summer but it was ok. When I made the booking the payment was valid but they did not sent me the reservation number. Since I dont find my reservation number what they did not sent me and they also dont find it in their system they dont send my deposit back since 5 month. In this way it is stealing.
Ilya Kogan: We rented a car at this branch. We were a little late when picking up a car. We were greeted friendly, our manager Sofia worked with us. Very positive and friendly person. Sofia familiarized us in detail with the terms of the contract. She also answered some of the difficult and controversial questions of the rental with great care and interest. Externally, the car is in good condition, no problems have arisen. The only problem was that they forgot to clean a few places in the car after the previous client. But the manager Sofia very tactfully accepted the apology on behalf of the company, so the score is 5 *. In general, the rental was successful, the service was at a good level. We hope that in the future they will follow the cars more closely. Many thanks to the whole department for the good service and especially to Sofia.
Jozy Jazz: Rented several times from this location and it has always been a great experience. The cars are new, the staff is knowledgeable and has a welcoming attitude. Collecting happens in a breeze and the returns are no fuss. Highly recommended!
Ka Ming Yeung: We got details explained clearly and the staff is very friendly and patient. We got a brand new Peugeot 308 sports car instead of a Volkswagen polo. The car is just 8xx km used. The interior is very fancy and with a good touch panel and even GPS included. I read some reviews from google saying about the deposit and the extra charge after renting, so I asked the staff again about the deposit. He said it will be cancelled after the weekend in 1-2 days. The staff also suggested me to return the car the next day morning as it is still with 24hr. When we dropped the car, everything is smooth and good. I will recommend this shop in Budapest!
Gyongyi Cs.: They give you a car without essential things like windshield liquid that YOU have to buy. Do yourself a favor and choose another agency, where you get a proper car.
Zoltan Glozik: I have rented three different cars from Budget Hungary in the last 5 weeks and the cars were all almost new and clean. I have given 3 stars for the following reasons: 1. Car pickup is slow and inefficient, it took between 1 and 2 hours from the time of my arrival till I got the keys on each occasion. I have also seen other frustrated customers in front of me waiting for more than an hour. 2. I got charged extra cleaning fee for two rentals (50 and 20 EUR). Yes, I had three kids in the car and the back seats were a bit dusty on return, but not more than usual - and I have never been charged for extra cleaning in many other rentals I had done in the past.

A gentleman named Borsch (spelling maybe wrong) was particularly helpful made our experience with Budget reassuring. I thought the service here was excellent and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Kieran Stevens: We stayed for 2 nights last week and it was honestly the best place we have ever had the pleasure of staying at. The manager arranged for an early check-in at a reasonable price, so we did not have to waste time with our bags. The apartment was near and easy to access, full of incredible facilities, spotless (and then some!) and well above what we expected. The next time we come to Budapest, we will book again with this fantastic company. We cannot thank you enough for making our stay so pleasant and easy.
Elaine E: Amazing experience - very clean and modern apartments. The office to check-in is a 10-15 minute walk from the apartment building, but it is an easy walk. The staff here is so friendly and the building feels very safe. I accidentally left something there - over a week later I called and they had it held for me. Trustworthy staff. Only improvement suggestion would be updated kitchen stuff (not enough pots and pans to cook a meal). The location is very walkable to major attractions and restaurants nearby. We stayed several places in Budapest and this was by far the best, especially for the price!

Asaf Lavie: Avoid renting your car at this agency! Everything went well until the return of the car. When parking the car next to the agency, a small touch between the wheel hubcaps and the sidewalk made a minor scratch on it (barely even seen without having a close look). The representative was determined to charge us 100 euros for this minor damage! Using the fact that there was no insurance available for the wheels, what left us uncovered for this kind of damage. So when you are thinking renting your car there, take into consideration they might be looking for reasons to make a profit from minor damages that could occur.
Meera: They service was great, I appreciate the help and professionalism. Just be aware that returning the car to the garage will look as it’s completely locked but they said if you drive into it will open. I wasn’t informed about this part and had to rent a parking garage for the night. its my mistake I didn’t ask much as I thought its simple return, the agent said it should be all written but I didn’t receive any paper upon receiving the car expect the passport looking document. Also I advise to bring your credit card as i had the deposit on my master card it will take at least 2-3 weeks to return the dedicated amount .
