Sergiu Pușcaș: Went in with a friend to try a few guitars. The staff were friendly and assisted us with everything we needed (amp, cable, picks). There was a large selection of instruments but unfortunately only a couple of left handed electric guitars. We had a great experience nonetheless.

Léber Zalán: Guitar person seemed very unbothered and unecessarily high-brow. I tried to buy a specific product that the website said "ready to pick up", I also tried to call the shop to see if they have it but they did not pick up. When I got there I was told that the product was not in the shop and they made me feel like I was dumb to even assume they had it. Other than that the other staff that wasnt the guitar person seemed nice and helpful and it is probably the biggest instrument store anywhere near.

Very nice, helpful and has a lot of patience for even some very beginners’ questions… I saw it many times how he speaking to ppl. Go there. Prices bit high though than average in market.

Stauche zjo: After comparing with many stores, we decided to buy digital piano in this store. The staff is very friendly (at the cashier). He introduced the piano and was very efficient handling the order. The price was fair. The delivery was made as planned. We have been playing the piano all the time, the quality is great. Definitely recommend this store.

Westwood Condo: The store itself was pretty cool, not huge but they had a decent selection of guitars. I was staying at a nearby hotel and decided to pop in to check it out. The staff member there seemed friendly enough and told me about more guitars they had downstairs. Unfortunately he proceeded to follow me around every step I took. It was quite annoying as every time I moved he moved with me around the whole store. I had considered trying a couple of the instruments out but I felt very uncomfortable so I just decided to leave.

Gabor Bodor VLN: I have visited the Accord Music instrument store several times and unfortunately it is not a customer-friendly store. The service is extremely arrogant and condescending. As a professional musician, I do not recommend it to anyone!

János Bujáki: I wanted to buy a Shure SRH 940 headphone. Purchasing was a bit cumbersome and I almost gave up, but they swung over the difficulties. They finally managed to get it and they called me to have it, so on Dec 23 I was very happy to go, listen to it, buy it. They were very decent, I got a chair, I could step aside and listen, they didn’t sigh, I was left alone while I decided. Thank goodness the purchase was over even the price was fair. This is also thanks to the sellers on the way.

Brian Moore: Very unprofessional! The owner cursed at my wife and called her an imbecile and other curse words in response to her telling him that the cello we rented for our student son had not been approximately tuned. This came after 1. Rather than simply letting us bring it in they had our son try to do it with instructions over the phone with the result of my son breaking a string. 2 my wife was told by an assistant that it had been tuned which was clearly not the case as we ended up coming in and having it tuned to where my son could make normal adjustments. There is no excuse for this hostile,insulting, arrogant treatment of us

Ákos Nagy: A demanding, nicely furnished shop, rich in musical instruments. The owner was very polite, helpful and patient (not only with us, but also with the guests who came during our shopping). His expertise is beyond doubt for me. It has a separate tuning room, so it was possible to exclude any disturbing circumstances when choosing the instrument. The prices reflect the quality, but everyone can find an instrument that suits their budget and skills. Parking options are limited and what is available is paid. Payment by bank card is also possible. Their invoicing system and loyalty "program" are excellent. I recommend to everyone.
