Chris Lerandy: Travelling in Budapest, I trained for 2 weeks at Rokko Gym. This gym has everything you need to train and learn, especially for a complete beginner like me. I've learned a lot from the coach Attila, who was very welcoming and knowledgeable. I would 100% recommand this gym to anyone of any level, as the gym has a great atmosphere and teachers. Riccardo Lonzi: The best Muay Thai club ever, great atmosphere and a lot of respect. Very diverse trainings that can be good for beginners and more advanced people. As foreigner I never had issues with the language as everybody speaks English. Attila and Istvan are great trainers and they make sure that everybody has the right support to improve their skills and technics, and they also provide personal trainings. The location is perfect to reach by public transport and close to the city center.

Martin Moser: Excellent training, equipment and atmosphere (by which i mean: no posers, bullies or aggression). The gym is suitable for english speakers as well. You can book 1 on 1 private lessons (which i did and can absolutely recommend). This gym is one of the very rare occassions where you can learn actual technical skills in a methodical way.

Raul Lavela: Incredible experience. Very good for english speakers, everybody is very helpful. The location is far away from the center but if you want to see someone 100% dedicated that really care about your improvement and helping you in the class, this is your place. I have been in another Muay Thai gym in Budapest and have also a great experience, but for me this gym is much better.
Zsuzsi János: You can enjoy both small and large, beginner and advanced classes at the same time, as everyone can find their place here. The trainers have many years of experience behind them and provide the most professional lessons. The great atmosphere and the acquisition of a lot of knowledge are guaranteed! I can only recommend it to everyone! :)

Eszter Pálinkás-Eckhardt: It is not enough to describe what I think about them in a few words. Fantastic atmosphere, kindness, attentiveness, cohesive team, high professional standards. I think the coach should be a second parent, he should have human values that make the athlete look up to the coach, respect him and feel safe around him. Zsófi and Ádám are fantastic people who deserve recognition! Another huge plus: I love that children and adults can train at the same time!

Zoltán Bäck: The Thai box seems to be tough because of its reputation and so many are afraid to start. The good news is that training is going on in a friendly atmosphere here. Szilard Nagy: I have a lot to thank Diamond Gym for! This club is not only about sports, everyone here looks out for everyone, it's like a big family! If you just want to reduce the daily stress, you can do it, no one wants to make a competition out of you unless you want to! I went down to the first training session, I was afraid that I would be beaten or scolded because I was already past 30, but that was not the case. I went downstairs and found myself in a very good mood. Even after several years, the training is varied and exciting. After three years, I decided that I liked to compete because I had never competed in anything, I didn't want to be a competitor, I just wanted to test myself. I told Adam that I only want to compete until I win. After a year of preparation, Adam saw that my allocepsence and technical knowledge might be enough to give me the opportunity to try myself in the ring, which he sought for the first competition! I won my first competition. Even after that, I went to the training sessions, but I didn't compete anymore! In this club, no matter what cell you arrive with, you can be sure that you will get there! I have a two-year-old son who will come with me soon! I really like the child's training, the games are disciplined, the tone is good with a little technique. Zsofi asks everyone who liked what they liked that day. I really like this! Little boys and girls wear the same gold! If my daughter reaches the age of 4, I will take her with me!

Duy Thanh Le: Top quality coaches and a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The coaches pay attention to your development and you can find a great variety of training/sparring partners. If you're looking to compete, there are plenty of options too. If you're an office worker working 9-5, there are morning sessions at 7 accommodating for all levels, and advanced trainings in the evening. (I personally had a hard time finding Muay Thai gyms where I could train before or after work) If you're thinking about sharpening your game further or kickstart your Muay Thai journey, you can also try the private sessions. I had many of my small bad habits that I developed over the years fixed and improved my technique and overall agility a lot over time.

Tamás Eduárd Seres: During one of my sparring sessions at my last training session, I was paired with the trainer. On the one hand, I was at the beginner level, and on the other hand, as a coach, I think we should have enough self-control not to break the other person's skull. I don't recommend it.

Rob te Braake: I've been training here for the past few months - this is the best, authentic Muay Thai training I've found outside of Thailand. Norbert is a great trainer - explains clearly (in English), pushes you in a good way and is the nicest guy you'll ever meet.
Yuki Ines: My husband and I had regular Muay Thai training in Thailand, but after we moved to Budapest we couldn’t find a good trainer until we stumble upon Norbert’s RedMuay Team. If you like Muay Thai (the kickboxing style with more technics), I would strongly recommend training with Norbert. He has a lot of skills and, you can tell, has a passion on the “Arts of the Eight Limbs.” Even if what you want is simply to get some cardio in and exercise in fun way, Red Muay is still a wonderful option. The gym is well equipped and Norbert will ensure you train in a safe way, regardless of you level! We love the private classes and the group sparring sessions, so much fun!

Csaba Szabó: It deserves 5 stars. My primary goal was to satisfy my need for exercise, and I wanted to gain a few kilograms. I honestly did not think that a combat sport could be integrated into my days and become a part of my life at such a level. I owe a debt of gratitude to my coach Norbert Révész, who confronts me with new and new challenges, which even at first I am not sure I will overcome. With his support and the way he makes me feel that he believes in me, he can come up with another task or challenge in no time. I have been going to the training sessions for half a year now, I can feel the change in my strength and my weight gain is also successful.
Gábor Boros: I chose Norbit Révész as my coach because he takes into account my previous sports injuries (2 hernias and a ligament shortening in my arm) and sets the tasks with this in mind! Fast-paced and friendly coach! Strictly 5-star performance is expected from it!
Dávid András: I've already been to a lot of places and my endurance didn't last more than a month or two... Since I have been training with Norbi, I am much more energetic and can bring a system into my life. I met a really good, persistent and dedicated coach in his person, whom I can warmly recommend to everyone! He knows what to do and how to do it, he can also present it the way it should be and as is expected from a coach. He adapts the program to you, knows what's good for you and constantly measures the workouts to you. Those who train with him won't regret it, for sure! Thank you for everything and let's move on!

Joe Walker: Trained here for a month doing the wrestling and no-gi bjj. Excellent coaches and Ime, the owner explains in English after the Hungarian demo which is cool. Some beasts train here but also beginners so it's good for all levels. Everyone i rolled with was friendly and helpful. Only con is that it can get pretty busy which is a sign its good but means less coach time and crowded mats.
Daan: Nice facility, with tough trainings and mostly great coaches that emphasize technique. Be prepared for bag work or (very) hard sparring, light sparring does not seem to be an option
Zoltán Pázsit: A friendly, hidden gem just in a small street in the city center. Big mat area for BJJ, grappling,and MMA, boxing, kickboxing. You can find here an Octagon cage and all the required equipments.

Andras Deak: Excellent Muay Thai school in a large, well ventilated and bright gym, which is not common. The trainers are friendly, the training sessions take into account individual knowledge and physique. No one is looked down upon here because the training partners are not Lumpinee champions, but helpers. I can recommend it to both boys and girls!

Tamás Bognár: Very well equipped gym. The changing room and the shower are demanding. Everything is clean. The training is sufficiently professional. If you rarely go, the payment plan is inconvenient, you can't take advantage of it, so it's a bit expensive. You can also get equipment if you don't have it.
Tamás Hámori: Boxing and Thai boxing training. They are very professional and experienced trainers. The team is good, they don't beat you, if you are a beginner, if you are experienced, there are enough challenges. The toilet and changing room are clean. There is air conditioning, but you won't freeze. You can develop well and there are also opportunities for competitions. If you are from District XVI or XIV, you must train here. In short, it's a very good little room. The prices are also ok.
