Eitan Izhak: The owner is so kind, English speaker and with a lot of knowledge. I bought a very nice snowboard jacket for less than 25,000 Forints (about 73 EUR). If you like outdoor and skiing stuff, I highly recommend to visit this store.
Peter Szabad: The staff at the store was very helpful. They have great knowledge of the outdoor equipment and clothing they are selling. You get value for your money. There is a wide range of choices available. I love their new brand, Penguin. I'm already saving up for my next hiking purchase with them.

Peter Viktor Wagner (MrWagner): You can find here from top to toe almost everything that you need for hiking and trekking. The little shop was hit hard by the pandemic. There are some kinds of goods where the options are quite limited. In case you need any advice, the staff is nice and can help you, they also supported professional expeditions in the past.
József Atkári (Ark): After searching for months I've flaky found the perfect daily hiking bag here. I received professional assistance right away, more than I even asked for. I'll be surely going back.
Levente Morva: I haven't spent a lot of time in the actual store, because I've placed my order online using their online shopping system, so I was only around long enough to pick it up, but in that short time, I was amazed. The staff seemed to be very well versed in anything and everything related to hiking. They were there not only to take and hand over your orders, but to actually help you choose the equipment that's right for you. They aren't trying to sell you things you don't actually need just to drive up profits, and they are generally pleasant company to begin with. While shopping online gives you the benefit of only having to pick up your order in the store, actually going down gives you the ability to see and feel what you're about to buy to help you make the best possible decision - not to mention the infinitely helpful staff that's always ready to give you a hand if you feel uncertain. Their prices are entirely fair, and the store is easily accessible on foot, with car - although parking spaces might be on short supply -, or with public transport.

Tibor Tézsla: Really friendly, kind, helpful service, one of the bests I've ever experienced. They even stayed some 10 mins after closing time to help me choose some clothes. They honestly help you with their advice, even suggesting lower range, cheaper products when they it's enough for you to choose that.
Andranik Yenokian: Initially I was led to this store to buy a backpack. Given my very pleasent experience with a Deuter backpack I came to buy a new one. The first floor is quite diverse on it's wares whereas the second one is mostly dedicated to shoes and backpacks. In case you need to find some camping, hiking, or other related gear you should check this place out. Though I gave it a 4, it didn't have enough space to reach a 5. However, it out up to an idea of small store with good quality.

Kenni: The store is nicely decorated.They didn't have any of the shoe sizes my partner was looking for (asked for 4 different pairs of shoes/boots (pretty standard female size)).. And the guy trying to find them didn't provide much service.
Levente Dologh: I went back with a tent pole that broke on the first use. The staff was helpful, and the store manager was very nice and professional (and quick!) in handling the issue. (Of course my regular shopping experience is also good.) I will definitely come back here to buy my future outdoors products.

Aaron Sharma: An amazing Store. Very well equipped with camping and treking gear. From dehydrated foods, tents, sleeping mats and everything you can imagine. They have a clothes section, shoes section too. The staff is very patient, friendly and more than happy to answer all your questions, the prices are good too. If you shop over 50k Forint you are eligible for a 7%discount card. Not sure if the offer will be forever. Will be surely going back to buy some more.

Camilo Palacio Ramirez: Okish place for training. The guy at the counter was super friendly and spoke English. The routes are not technical at all, just brute force. Wall painted with oil based paint which made them even more slippery. Chalk is literally EVERYWHERE!!! The holds are covered with layers of old chalk dated from the Jurassic times. In some cases you can't even see the color of the holds due the chalk. Holds are super slippery with very poor grip. After one hour I decided to leave since I was afraid of getting my fingers injured.

When I asked her if it was possible to talk to the credit card company she said: I just a salewoman and i can't do anything about that.She said I would come back tomorrow and buy the coat. The next day I came back and asked her if the problem was with them she said yes. She did not even apologize or say hello when I entered. It's the most minimal and worst service I've ever seen. You expect sellers in such an expensive store to help you. But they just do the minimum they can.i would never come back

陆旭东: High fees, poor service, 5,500 forints to replace the inner tube, and the tires have to be installed on the bicycle. The indifferent face throughout the whole process feels like a very failed experience. I highly recommend not to go to this store.

Peter Kovacs: Nice, helpfull staff which is very rare in Hungarian shops! There are available top brands and also much cheaper ones. Quite big shope with many different products. On the other hand the most common sizes were out of stock in many products. There are many discounts now (30% in general and every 3rd staff free - the cheapest one).

MrGarzog: You can only find your basic everyday sports gear here. But nothing special with no service or help whatsoever. A lot of gear is only available in big sizes L and above.And it's not even cheap.
Stevan Ulama: Slow and bad service, not enough staff. I wouldn't suggest going there if you need to buy something bigger like bicycle, or sport equipment where you need shop assistant help.

Colin Kingsmill: This place is the definition of do-it-yourself. If you want to try on a pair of shoes you need to wait for the one chair near the dressing room. Cashiers obviously don’t like what they are doing; you can’t look at any of the shoe cleaning and protection products because they hold their hand up and say: you can’t come here.

Giulia: In spite of it not being the biggest store, I must say it is well stocked and I always found what I was looking for (like yoga mats, shuttlecocks, winter neck warmers). There's plenty of staff around to ask and you can try equipment and sports (for example scooters and ping pong). The same staff at the till is not very friendly and failed to greet.

András T: Why do you never have shoes available in different sizes!? Looking for Salomon for a long time and always all interesting models are just in 41 or 47 size. Are you going to make profit or to sell the last pairs for the next 3 years? Crazy.. Have read your answer. It was really fast, so + 1 star. Thank you!
Response: Dear András! I am not sure which model you are looking for. But you should know that the covid situation has also affected the manufacturers. The changeover of the autumn/winter collection is underway. Maybe that is why they are in this situation. Sorry you couldn't find the right size.
Kristian Kielmayer: Personallty I like the other Mountex stores in the centre better. People are less proactive here yet if you grab hold of them they do prove good service yet it lacks a bit the expected quality from a Mountex store in general, felt disappointed. Yet good selection of products, pricey tho. The rating reflects more the staff attitude.

Pércsi Botond: A great shop to buy high-end and premium trekking easy. From boots to tents and more. Because it's a specialized store, there aren't many options available if you want to buy equipment for othet outdoor activities.

György Vályi: One of largest HERVIS sport goods store in Árkád mall in Budapest. Very large range of quality sports goods with well known brand names. The staff is helpful and attentive but some of them are not fully qualified to perform in the required high level. The store usually not busy, so one can realize shopping comfortably without wait. Prices are not cheap. Credit cards are accepted.
Aliya Rysbek: Quite large selection of products, but very rude service. The manager ruled out the situation where we bought a pair of shoes, but were not given a box. Strange and unpleasant experience.
Peter B: Spent some 20+ minutes with three kids there, trying to find shoes for them, not a single staff member stopped chatting in the middle of the store to come and ask if we needed anything.
Reppeti: Bit overprice, decent shoes, very overpriced ski masks. Decent selection.
Paula Robar: Lovely products but it is expensive. The staff was lovely, helpful and kind.
David Beke: This is not the best author and sport store, but the staff is very helpful.
David Lakatos: I liked the correctness of its way of handling returns (wrong size clothes).
