Péter Boros: I was with them today. They said 1 hour for the repair, which they kept exactly. I also asked for a glass film on the phone, which the guy put on perfectly without any questions or extra charge. I can only recommend them. Not by the way, one of the cheapest in the service.
Csabi Gsm: Perfect and fast work with flawless quality parts. Before them, I visited 3 service centers and waited weeks for nothing. They solved my problem in 1 hour from their warehouse.

M.Sameh Ismail: Not a bad experience but I bought an iPhone cover which did not work properly and had to change it back with another one still not that good after all. Staff were not interested to help me at all.
Ms Andrea Fuzes: They offered the best price for replacing the screen in my Mac, and cleaned it too without charging extra. Friendly staff, quick service, but be prepared that they only take cash.
Sinéad Laffan: Battery change for a MacBook Pro. Bish bash bosh. In and out in less than 5 min. Excellent service.
Peter Nagy: You can buy charger here cheap, but other way it is quite expensive...
Oliver Schmitt: I was very skeptical, because I have been scammed in several places regarding service. I was very positively disappointed with the iDea team. Correct attitude, correct price and the end result was better than I expected. I recommend it to those who have become disillusioned with stripper service centers and to everyone else who is looking for a service center with their problem!

Valeriya Frolova: Very professional workers. They fix my phone speaker for 5 mins. Very clever! I recommend
Szabolcs Váradi: in connection with the sale of phone I was looking at them, he said lead personally a week before that, can I, can deal price. A few days later, the store has not taken over the phone, the driver was not there. I asked for a call back, but a week ago it did not even try to achieve. So far, they thought a fair team, took more product improvement, Wrapping, Case buy, always offered them my family. The reality is that simple tasks are neatly arranged, however, it is very inflexible in handling other matters. The tech guys feel good at technical tasks, but customer service is very weak, inflexible, almost fool myself for situations where an outside repair of other things you should talk to them.

Csaba Tóth: Excellent expertise, kind and fast service! I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. They also solved my problem quickly (about 1 hour), and they even paid attention to everything (I took my phone to have the display replaced, but they even cleaned the cameras, which the official Samsung service messed up!) Highly recommended if you need a service!

Arner ermit: They sold me a 14$ screen with image burn as an original, and messed up my face ID, they then told me its because my phone was dusty that these issues arose. Ive recently replaced their trash screen at a reputable repair shop in the USA and can now say with absolute certainty that they are liars and cheats.
Timur Timurov: Just visited this tech service and literally amazed how quickly and effective the guys responded to the problem I had. The smartphone Samsung didn’t turn on and didn’t charge at all, was able to use only wireless but I couldn’t use it at all this time. Literally in few minutes times these amazing experts connected the phone to the pc and restarted through their program and it started to work literally immediately. Besides this issue the charger issue was fixed also and now after few months of struggling I finally can insert the cable into the charger pot. The problem which wasn’t able to get fixed by other services (in Ukraine), including official Samsung service (!!!), was fixed literally in seconds and free if charge. Highly professional and friendly service. Definitely a 5 star and recommended it. They were really helpful!

Chris P: I had my old Samsung S6 repaired here (USB Charging Port & Battery). Seevice was performed in the time as advertised and my phone is currently working nicely. The repair service came with a warranty, which is very nice because I am able to visit Budapest again very soon (in case the charging port breaks or if the battery is not good).

Jinrui Geng: I repaired several cell phones in Hungary. The reason I recommend this place is that they will accept and repair phones that are simply not available in this country, not just limited to some well-known brands. Of course the price is higher, but this is due to the cost of parts purchase, the real cost for labor is not high.
