Iguana Bar and Grill: what do users think?

Zuzanna Klimek: Really good food, real Mexican flavours and all good vibes inside! The waiters look like they enjoy their job. Nice chat guaranteed! The food: fresh, colourful, options for kids and vegetarians, which is really cool. I really enjoyed myself there and will definitely come back while visiting Budapest 😀 Vegetarian options: Vegetarian burrito, fajita, nachos, etc. Kid-friendliness: Kids menu

Mahmoud Kandil: One of the best Mexican cuisine restaurants I have ever tried. Keep in mind you need to reserve in advance as its full most of the time. Their nachos and fajitas are really delicious. We were pampered by the amazing service of Soma. Reasonable prices for a good quality food. Would definitely come back

Le Quan: This place actually pretty nice with a great service! The design are very warm and nice. The food are tasty some of them have a very traditional taste. The price are kinda expensive. Overall it’s a nice place, but I did not taste something that triggered me so I guess it a 4.!!! Must Visit !!!

Anastasia Karpovets: Would have given 4 stars. But the hostess didn’t seat us at the table, although place had at least 5-8 free tables for 2 people for like 2h while we were there. We sat at the bar.Normally I come there for frozen margaritas (best in town) and sit at the bar, for food sitting at the bar was a bit uncomfortable. Didn’t like the dish with shredded chicken and chocolate. Chimichanga were delicious.

Kim Allen: Found by accident and was told there would be a wait, literally 5 minutes later a table was cleared and we were seated at an outside table. Plenty of options and they even modified dishes to make them vegan for us. Food was amazing as were the cocktails. So glad we found Iguana bar and grill.

Brian Duodu: Best Mexican in Budapest so far. Amazing tacos and everything. Highly recommended, the portions are also very huge. Also ask for their super spicy sauce if you like your Mexican food hot 🔥🔥🌶🌶

Roland Kapási: Very friendly staff and great service. Food is delicious if you want to eat great Mexican food in Budapest you should visit this place. Highly recommended! 😋 And do not forget to mention that the prices are reasonable.

Pär Pahlin: Super friendly staff and waitors. The food was awsome. The best maxican food I have had i Europe. The meat and chicken was super tasty and the salsas and quacamole was seasoned to perfektion. Not to spicy and not to bland. Nice prices and alot to choose from. The chimychangas was the best from the items we ordered. Would eat here at least once a week if i could. Rekomend rekomend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Roshan Chainani: Lovely mexican restaurant near the city centre. We were greeted by two beautiful hostesses that made space outdoors for us to enjoy the lovely weather. We ordered beef cheesy nachos, tacos del pastor and tacos mahi mahi. Food took a bit long to come out, but they were extremely busy. It was worth the wait! The portions were big and the food was full of flavour and well crafted and presented.

Gringos Amigos: what do users think?

Henrietta Gonda: A Mexican fast food restaurant in the city center. If you want to eat something fast, it can be an ideal choice. The food is okay, but not particularly special, so if you want a lasting experience, this is not your place. The offer is a bit difficult to interpret and is not well explained, but the staff helped us understand it. The chicken was dry, so you might want to ask for more sauce for that. However, the portions are plentiful, so the value for money is favorable. It is possible for both outdoor and indoor consumption, and the space is relatively spacious, so you can take a seat even during busy periods.

manish patel: Nice Italian restaurant, we went here for the evening. The chef allowed us to make our own version of a pasta dish ( creamy pasta with mushrooms) which was not on the menu And the bill ended up costing only £20 for 2 people. Great pricing. Vegetarian friendly plenty of options available

Kunal Kushwaha: The taste of the food was amazing and the quantity is quite enough for a person. I really loved the vibes and the walls covered with compliment and messages for the restaurant... P.S. One of them is even mine tooFood: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Burrito …More

Cristina Danuletiu: Good food and nice atmosphere. Fair prices and quite big portions of food. I did not eat Mexican food before, so I can’t compare it, but it tasted good: especially the tacos (picture 1) as it had some fresh salad The sauces are quite spicy if you want to choose those for a full Mexican experience.

Csatáry Andi: Really tasty vegan tacos. Filling portions. The rice was a bit dry and black beans oversalted. 5 stars go for the caring prep of vegan food (new gloves, separate cutlery to make the portions). They charge extra for guacamole!

Adam Gabriel: This is always a good choice for eating if you are in the city center. The food is really good, you get what you expect: tasty Mexican food. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is nice. And price is also okay. You can eat outside too, which is nice in good weather.

Lóska Marci: Not bad, but if I would be a bit more cold hearted, I would have only given three stars. Again, it is okay if you want to grab a bite, and than be on your way, but if you are looking for something more, than look elswhere. The burrito was okay, the soup was good, missed some more salsa for the nachos...

Melinda Keillor: My daughter & husband loved it. Very limited options for allergies. There was an allergy ingredient list printed and posted. You go through the line and pick your items, then find a place to sit after paying.

Tereza Mexican Restaurant: what do users think?

Afsheen Khosraviani: This place is far from authentic Mexican food (and I KNOW Mexican food). Although the terrace and the loud music create a pleasant ambiance and atmosphere to sit and have an overpriced drink, it is subpar compared to other places you will find in this diverse city. The service was incredibly slow, even though only about a quarter of the tables were occupied (this was a late lunch, around 16h). I was seated for 25 minutes before a server walked up and finally asked for my order. Another 45 minutes passed before the food was placed on my table. The “large” burrito bowl (pictured) is more like a small portion, and is served with a side of “sour cream” that is more like ranch (don’t let them fool you! Also, how about some salsa?!?). After my meal was done, I had to sit another 25 minutes before a server came up and asked if I wanted anything else. If you don’t ask for the bill, they will not bring it to you, they are too slow. Overall, if you are not in a rush, it could be a cool place to kill time and enjoy people watching I guess, but don’t expect to be waited on. If you are hungry and looking for a good filling meal, I would definitely look elsewhere. PS. They will charge, without telling you, if you ask for extra tortilla wraps (some people might like to know that).

adrienn mohai: Tereza is the best Mexican restaurant I have ever been to. Their soups are creamy are rich and their chili con carne is delicious and authentic with the heap of cocoa on the side. We visited the place off-peak on a Saturday afternoon, still there quite some waiting time for the meals.

Ciara: Went to Tereza Mexican restaurant today after hearing such good reviews about it and it did not disappoint. I got the Veggie burrito bowl and it was so tasty . The service was great and quick . Our server Norbert was a great host. Would certainly return and recommend to anyone visiting Budapest !

Gaetano Cottonaro: Very nice and welcoming place. We ate in the outside Garden and the atmosphere was cozy and full of color. The volume of the music was a bit to high, but still ok. Just be prepared 👍🏼 The Food quality was super nice, and the fajitas came with ONLY two wraps. A bit too less… then we asked for more and we didn’t pay for the extra wraps. Maybe I would suggest to put already more wraps in the dish, cause in all the Mexican restaurants where I’ve been they put at least 5! But anyway, that’s not a complain, only a suggestion for the restaurant 👍🏼 Prices I would say ok 👍🏼👍🏼

Michaela Lukáčová: We enjoyed our meal a lot. Fajitas (pork and steak version) were delicious! We recommend these meals. If you want to be sure about being seated, make yourself a reservation ahead.

Chris Cairns: Good effort at authentic Mexican cuisine. Nachos starter was delicious. The tacos were legit but I was a bit disappointed with the meat. Al pastor was too crispy and the beef was too chewy. Flavours were all there though 👍 Quesadilla was disappointing pretty much a cheese melt. Needs more work, has the potential to be great. Good selection of Mezcals.

Marina Ocheretiana: Restaurant has Mexican vibes and really friendly atmosphere. Stuff speaks both Hungarian and English. Food was delicious, portions are good size. Make sure to do the reservation in order to get in :) enjoy !Recommended dishes Large Burrito Bowl, Corn Soup …More

James Kelly: Amazing dinner experience, so much flavor in all of the food. We had chicken, steak and pork tacos and they were amazing,We had Nachos to start, the whole meal was quite reasonably priced too with cocktails beer and tequila came to 60 euro.

Calavera: what do users think?

i oana: The food is great! good prices and huge portions. The chilli lemonade is fantastic! The staff is amazing, very attentive.

Tamás Horváth: Very friendly service, good food and huge portions. Try chicken fajitas, with tasty condiments, and a corn based beer. Went after an our of ice skating with friends on the adjacent ring, withouth reservation. Gluten free versions available !!! Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options

Tibor Korosi: Lovely settings, great food, corn beer on the tap and 40 types of Tequila... would you need anything else to visit? A culinary pearl in Újpest! Wholeheartedly recommend to visit! 👍😎

Noémi Gacsó: We came here for a friday night dinner with friends. The staff was very nice and polite. The meals were delicious, the portions were so big that we should take away the rest. The tomato rice was the only thing that I does’t like in the meal, it was tasteless and cold. They have a really big tequila selection too. Ps: try out the chili lemonades, they were really good and special

Vörös Dániel: Fast tabe service, good price per value, delicious food.

Veronika Srs: Service is polite, really nice. Food is amazing comparing to the mexican restaurants in Budapest. Prices are a bit high but for this quality is reasonable.

Kris: Enchiladas with pork very tasty. Super service. Be careful in using of hot pepper sauce...red and yellow are very strong :)

The Whole World: Tasty Mexican food, especially for Budapest. However - a little pricey compared to most other eating options and while good, it is nothing special. - H 🌍

Piri Dede: The food is exceptional,very kind staff,warm atmosphere.Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Csanád Lévay: Delicious food, enough for 1,5 person ^^ love this place !

Mezcal Mexican Restaurant: what do users think?

Graeme Noble: Such an amazing restaurant. We basically fell into this place by shire accident and were so amazed. Good and very tasty food plus has such a laugh with all the staff. This place is a proper diamond to be found in a bag of coal. Such a relaxed atmosphere with a no problem attitude. Me and my wife could have spent all night here. Absolutely loved the place. Just wish that tonight wasn’t out last night here in Budapest because I could have seen us going. Back night after night. Highly recommended 👍🏻 Vegetarian options: They cater and will cater for all dietary needs

Yannis Zaras: Very attentive and polite staff, nice space on the pedestrian street. Visited for a coffee (Americano) & dessert (a chocolate-banana chimichanga), both delicious!

Tadeáš Mach: I am usually very easy to please, but I have to admit that I have ambivalent feelings about my visit. The restaurant itself is really nice and cozy, the staff is rather polite, BUT: we had to wait a full hour for a single burrito and a quesadilla even though the place was completely vacant with only one other table being occupied throughout our visit. And even still, when the food finally arrived, it was cold! It didn’t taste bad at all but the temperature ruined the experience, sadly. Their homemade lemonades are worthy of acknowledgment, though.

Tibor Galamb: One of the best Mexican restaurant in Budapest! Fajita and churros is something you have to try!

Eszter Papp: We were shocked. We ordered a platter for "two people" which was absolutely limited...it was more for one person and the price??? 8800 Ft.. I shall not mention the food contained mostly tortilla wraps in different sizes and shapes and tasteless for Mexican cuisine... An absolute disappointment for this price. The two stars go for the music and the environment which was absolutely lovely. The photo contained another tortilla wrap but was removed before the photo was taken.

Tatsuya Yabuuchi: This is a good Mexican restaurant, not but a Mexican fast food shop. First I felt it was expensive than other Mexican food shops, but because this is a good restaurant. The staffs are so kind, and the food is delicious. The area is rather a quiet place.

Hugo's Mexican Bar&Kitchen: what do users think?

laszlo magyari: I was walking down the street and the name caught my attention so i stopped in.Had the pleasure of enjoying a couple of Budvar/Budweiser beer and a meal. Let me remind you this is after I already had dinner. Lol but managed to finish my plate. Even got to see a couple dance to some salsa music. It was pleasant experience.

Willem Willemse: Peter’s cocktail was absolutely amazing. The staff is supper friendly and helpful. Food was good. Maybe I am different but I think they should just ask how one wants there hamburger done. Was a little to rare for me. Ask for the Peter special cocktail its a must.

Κωνσταντίνος Γληνος: Perfect!!! Must visit when coming in Budapest. excellent food, excellent deserts

Petra Ručová: We found this place with my husband by accident and we were very glad we come in. The restaurant has nice vibes, the food was delicious and staff polite. I understand that it’s more and more common in Budapest, but I don’t agree with restaurant putting automatic service fee to the bill, which is happening there.

Zsuzsanna Unger: Incredible place... wonderful!!! We had the pleasure to have dinner in this amazing place. We have been to various Mexican restaurants across the globe over the years, but seriously this is the finest and most exquisite Mexican restaurant we have ever been to. The tacos al pastor are divine and so aromatic, as are the margaritas, guacamole and just about everything, including the incredibly kind and professional staff as well as the welcoming owner. Thank you so much for a truly memorable evening.

Ben Cooper (Aviator Ben): Food was amazing, service was extremely attentive. We appreciate that this is a brand new restaurant, only opened last week, yet the staff seemed extremely experienced. A vibrant atmosphere and great Mexican cuisine :).

Mariana Guanipa Rondón: The food and the portions are really good, the staff is friendly and they are pet friendly, we were able to get in with the dog and they even brought water for him. The place is decorated very Mexican like. I will surely return to this place. Very recommended!!!

Katalin Dao: Lovely and youthful place serving delicious Mexican food. Absolutely loved their tacos. Margarita cocktails, both mango and guava on point. Very kind staff and reasonable prices.🌮🍸

Magdalena Zacharzewska: Best mexican restaurant! I love their burrio bowls and margaritas.Friendly, english speaking staff and big plus for being dog friendly!Place is very pretty and spacious

Sámson Lilla: Best taco place in Budapest ! The staff is helpful and very cute. Girls are very pretty rolling your burritos 🙌🏼 The guava mezcalita is a must try! Lot of veggie and vegan options as well.

Kyle Reiniger: Best Mexican food in town. Carnitas burrito was perfectly balanced in flavor, good amount of spicy if requested. And the mezcal margarita was just right

Huba Hárskuti: Finally their second location opened up, welcole to BP Tacotruck💕

Diana Novak: Very cute and cosy establishment. Food and drinks very flavourful.

Franciska Gergye: Best Taco place in town ❤️🌮 Great food and drinks for a very reasonable price. Super lovely staff is a plus! 🤩

T Adair: Great place to relax, have lunch and drinks. The staff is super friendly and attentive 😊

Erika Žáková: We had tacos and a vegetarian quesadilla. The quesadilla was very good. I definitely would have liked a lime with the tacos. We had medium spicy salsa in the tacos and it was not even a hint spicy. Otherwise, everything was great.

Gringos Amigos: what do users think?

Éva Rónai: Our favorite Mexican food place. Super delicious food with really good prices, also great variety. I would eat there every day! Also the staff is really friendly and cheerful.

Cristian Duduman: Tasty tacos, we try with sweat pork meat, best was the second with slow cooked pork meat. Quessadilia with chicken was also good.

Tibor Csorba: One of my favourite restaurant. Big portions and very good food, with a broad variety. The menu is around 3000 HUF in 2022 November. You get unlimited drink for that! I definetely recommend!Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Balazs Kiss: Cool place to eat quickly. My quesadilla was delicious, everything is prepared fresh in front of you. Price is acceptable, but I found only one of the 4 lemonade options digestible 🤔 - at least you can refill as many times as you wish. 👌 My only difficulty - probably rooted in my limited knowledge in Mexican cuisine - was the overwhelming amount of options and information on the screens, but the staff was there to help.

Tamas Bakos AC: Great Mexican restaurant next to the MOM park shopping and office center. Friendly staff, helping you to find your best option. They offer good combo on a very good value for the price. I chose the burrito menu and it was good size portion, my wife could order small size, both were offered with free refill lemonade - different flavors are available.

Andria Elia Photography: Nice food friendly people good prices

Adri Bruckner: Good value for money!!! Nice Tex Mex combos and all you can drink lemonade selectionFood: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Sándor Bokor: More like a fast food place, not a real restaurant. There is no table service, you order and wait for your food. The place is nice and clean, food is good and tastey, good for a quick bite.

Sebastian Borowski: Great place to eat very good Mexican food. The customization of meal is really nice. As English-speaking customer there was no problem to be served by English speaking employee. All-you-can-drink lemonade is good and helpful to eat big meals. I recommend this place very much! :-)

Toncho Tonchev: Great food. All the time too much for one person but since it is so good I can’t left it ;). Highly Recommend!

Arriba! Taqueria - Oktogon: what do users think?

Nail Can Akcicek: Price 5/5 Taste 5/5 Service 5/5 Outdoor ✅ Best Mexican restaurant around Budapest without any doubt! I find their taco & burritos so addictive since they always use fresh ingredients. Meat is very well seasoned. Definitely worth a try.

Mert Özdiken: A nice Mexican restaurant with a good choice of burritos and quesadillas. They also have tap beer, and with its colorful interior decoration, this restaurant sends you on a short trip to Mexico.

Marina A.: It is a small diner with a very interesting interior, specially the upper floor, it is simple and comfortable. We ordered chicken burrito and it came very fast, it was juicy from above and lots of filling from below. Overall we had a good time there after a long walk. Kid-friendliness: People come with their children

Brittany Block: I can only speak to the delivery from this place but this was available for delivery via Wolt (a blessing after a long day of travel). We ordered a ton of food: chicken quesadilla, tacos, burritos, chips. It was full of flavor and surprisingly good sauces to serve with it. I’m wondering if it would be even better in the restaurant. Was nice to have decent Mexican again! Between 3-4 stars.

William John: Not the best or worst Mexican style place i have been to. I think they have forgotton that there needs to be more spices. The food was very watery and was not very warm. All the wet toppings make the meat and burrito too wet and cold. It fills you up though and is quick and not too expensive

Ammar Mismar (Ammar): One of the best restaurants in Budapest. I like the food, service and theme, of course! Prices are affordable especially when you compare it with the taste and portions. Its near by Oktogon metro and tram stations, which makes it appealing in terms of location. I would definitely recommend it for tourists and locals as traditional food is not an every day dish. Enjoy!

James Daly: Decent place in the centre of Budapest. No complaints really. Very quiet when we went in (Sunday Afternoon) clean and tidy. Quick service, guy who served me spoke perfect English and got the order completely right no issues. Decent choice of fillings. Lacks on sauces and maybe a little overpriced but no complaints. Burrito was huge, went with the intention of getting a few things off the menu to share but only managed a burrito.

Sabrina: Decent fast Mexican restaurant! But I have to say, I ordered chips and salsa on Wolt and I ordered it with the ‘spicy onion salsa (csipos hagyma salsa).. but it’s literally just a container of onions!!! Salsa literally translates to sauce! How am I supposed to eat just marinated onions? For 1300ft 🤦🏻‍♀️

Hani Yang: The meat there wasn’t that great and fish tacos was mostly fried-bread instead of tastable fish. But I really liked the variety of available salsas.

Papitos Mexican Street Food - Madách: what do users think?

Amal Tessa: I enjoyed my tacos, burrito didn’t live up to the hype that the Tacos served me. Would have been better if the seating wasn’t outdoor but lucky it wasn’t cold for us. Would definitely recommend adding cheese to your tacos.

Odile: Mixed feelings about this place. The customer service makes you feel like you’re bothering them: no smile, no goodbye, cold and overall a condescending attitude. Had a good experience the first time I came but the second time was not pleasant. When it comes to the food, on Tuesdays you get a deal for 3 tacos bought, you get 1 free. The food is good but the way people bragged about it made me have higher expectations. The meat was tasty but almost dry.

Patricio Cortes: Great experience, I am a regular at papitos. The burritos Is my way to go always, good taste, big size and even with nachos and a home made salsa with it. Recommend it fully and also prices are pretty Budapest friendly.

Aleksandra Yaroshevich: Ordered vegetarian quesadillas with added cheese, sour cream and standard guacamole and black beans. Came with just about 15 black beans, unseasoned, no sign of sour cream or avo. Disappointed, sad and unsatisfied. Got it to takeaway so maybe they didn’t care and have in would have been better Too expensive for 1/5 of black beans and tortilla. No flavor or the extras we paid for.

Weronika: scrumptious tacos with pork:) served with amazing nachos. Prices are very attractive and the staff is soooo kind😊

Ondrej Hudcovič: Went here on Taco Tuesday - buy 3 get 1 free. Great tacos, the salsas 1-4 were interesting, with 4 being slightly more spicy. I did not try the most spicy ones. The service was pretty fast, I only waited for about 5 minutes.

Zdenka Ježková: Super friendly owner, delicious tacos and quesadilla and a nice pint of Czech tap beer :) 10/10 would recommend!

Filip Hron: Great food, friendly staff, Czech beer, what else you needRecommended dishes Taco, Guacamole …More

Laura Grisales Rendón: Great tacos! We came for my husband’s birthday, and they gave us tequila as a gift

Ali K: The burritos are small, have little ingredients and do not look like the tortilla wrap I would expect but taste good. For the price of 2,000 you decide if it is worth it. The guy working here was very kind.

Marek Blecha: Great :) I had burrito menu. Very tasty and soup (the corny one) was delicious. Thanks for great experience also because of very nice interior.

Heejung Han: The place is small but the foods are very yummy. I really liked the Quesadilla and Burrito with the corn soup. Besides the owner and staff are very kind.

Kristina Elschek: Today we ordered lunch here. Exelent food, funtastic burito with delicious corn soup! We will come again. Thank you for tasty experience! 😋🌯

Kailee: Mexican food made with love! We had the chicken and beef normal size burritos for 1100 forint each. They were grilled, served classy on a tray with chips, and stuffed full of lettuce, kidney beans and corn. I like the decor of the restaurant and how the owner is hygienic, washing his hands before food prep and providing hand sanitizer and wet wipes. They also have soups, drinks and burgers, which I want to come back to try! Oh, and they accept credit cards and have WiFi.

Alexa Andrei: We had dinner here.Great food, very welcoming owners, the place is so special decorated with so many specific mexican elements, colors and overall a GREAT CHOICE!

Michal: Corn soup was really delicious and burittos also😉

Ivan Janklovics: Great food at reasonable prices plus kind and friendly service.

Cortez Restaurante&Bar: what do users think?

Anthony Gunawan: Was in the brink of three stars. The food came a bit too long. I do agree with everyone else that says presentation was 5/5. But it was not particularly amazing and filling. The starter was great and quick to come, but the main dish took forever. For the kind of dish that we got last time, and the time i have spent to wait. It is not super worth it. They managed to save the stars because a great service and well managed ambiance. The drinks was great, on time. I will maybe come again for drinks and snacks. But definitely will need to reconsider the food. To be fair, the chicken i order was not bad. Just… the whole meal did not worth the wait.

Anastasia Karpovets: Favorite Mexican restaurant! Flautas as any other pulled beef are amazing!!! Jalapeño fried with cheese is delicious. The dishes are full of meat and served with salad and salsita. You can also ask for different spicy sauces. Highly recommend!

balázs timkó: Well you need to pay for a fancy bistro feeling but food is surprisingly amazing and an authentic Mexican one! Fajitas from a sizzling plate is very kool, chimichanga also nice! Service was kind on a quite Saturday (lunch-time). Guess we’ll be back.

Michal Shiryon: Quite good food. The menu is marked with the dishes that do contain gluten. I found gluten free options with the help of the very kind waiter. We enjoyed it and it was delicious. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

Maria Paula Bustos Moreno: One of the best mexican restaurants that I have tried!!!!! WOW , it’s delicious! The music, the environment and the service was fantastic.

Abdoul Karim Fadiga: Nice Mexican restaurant 😋, the food is nice and they have a nice stout 😁. I loved it. Well located and pretty cool ambiance, in the Mexican way.Food: 3/5 | Service: 4/5 | Atmosphere: 4/5 …More

Moonlight moments: The quality of food is good. Huge portions. Friendly staffs.

Yousra El Yaghmouri: I went there one time a long ago and it was really nice ! I went again 2 days ago and it was awful !! I don’t know if the chef has changed but the quality of food was really bad !! The only good thing was the cocktails. The meat in the chimichanga was disgusting ! The smell and the taste was very strong and it didn’t had any seasoning. The cheese was barely there.. I was really disappointing taking in consideration the price it !! The japaleno poppers and the meat burrito were fair enough but nothing special. I won’t recommend this place because the prices are pretty high and you don’t get good Mexican good.

Daiana Be: Good Service and the portion re quite huge to share, prices re ok 😊

Papitos Mexican Street Food - Dohány: what do users think?

Sumin Cho: Where I found delicious tacos! I went on Taco Tuesday so I got 4 tacos for the price of 3. My favorite was the one with pork, but beef, chicken and vegeterian were all great as well. Fresh ingredients and just enough seasoning without overdoing with cheese and grease. My new favorite taco place 👍Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 4/5 …More

Sára Ivanyos: The popular Papitos chain with their authentic tacos and tequilas has finally opened a bigger place in Dohany street where we can properly sit down to enjoy our food. The quality of the food is amazing as usual, and the service is quick, friendly and professional.

Wade Wilson: One of the best Mexican places in Budapest. Once you try burritos and tacos here, you’ll forget about Arriba 🤢 and Gringos Amigos. Also staff is polite and friendly. Definitely recommend!

Alissa Larsen: Such a great place! The storefront was beautiful, tacos were a good size and I loved all the meats. Tried the chicken, pork and beef and I’d order all three again, plus they give you chips with your platter. Really nice staff.

Majka Šípková: Perfect food, the best margherita ever. You have to try ! Vegetarian options: There was option to choose vegeterian version of food. Dietary restrictions: We needed to have gluten free, lactose free taco, and yes, possible. Do it. Veeeery tasty.

Bekesi Berill: One of the best tacos in Budapest. The service is also nice ☺️

Kamil Bachleda: Incredible. I have high standards being from Texas and this burrito was incredible. Good spicy sauces as well. Best I’ve had in Europe in 10 months. I’ll be back.

Ramneek Hora: This was an amazing experience. The best Mexican restaurant you’d go to in Budapest. Gabor was a great chef and Adele was the best person who made the service of Papitos a memorable experience for our friends and family. Vegetarian options: There are options for vegetarians which are really worth trying.

max heaver: Loved my experience at Papitos! We sat in and enjoyed countless very good margaritas, as well as some very good Mexican food. Can’t recommend enough!

Chimichanga Centro - Bar&Kitchen: what do users think?

Dee Avi: Nice place located near the basilica with beautiful church view and the street view. Service is excellent, staff are friendly but the food is average. Lack of taste. A touristic place that considered expensive for what they serve.

Jake Depaz: Very very good place, nice atmosphere. Good for lunch and dinner food is absolutely delicious!!. Also great place to drink beers and alcohol. There is a waiter name Hyaciuth which is such a nice and welcoming guy , he made me come back twice !! 100% recommend it and will come back !! Search for the guy in the photo

Eduard Glibka: It was a tasty vegetarian burger with potatoes and guacamole souse! We had all tips of vegetarian food and it was tasty, I recommend this. They also include tips in the receipt so count on it

jesusodelot: We ordered two different cocktails and not only they brought us the same, but also they refused to help us when we want to reduce a bit the alcohol since one of them only tasted like alcohol. They also were very insistent on us ordering food. Awful experience

Gewarges Odisho: Very good food for good price. Recommend eveything in the meny. Went 6 person and bought almost evrything in meny. Service was good. Vegetarian options: Vegan choice of all the food was good.

YONGAN JOO: Great location with a view of the cathedral. Friendly waitresses and good food & cocktails.

Joe Buckby: Amazing food! We tried the burrito, chilli con carne and a chimichango. All were devine. Large, strong cocktails and ice cold beer. Even better, staff are friendly and responsive- quite the rarity in Budapest!Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 4/5Recommended dishes Chicken Burrito with Side of Guacamole …More

Gian Villa: Nice burger, nothing special, too much BBW sauce but I’d still recommend.

Lukáš Láník: ¡Muy bien! Love the spices, beef perfectly juicy, just amazing

La Movida Bar & Restaurant: what do users think?

Tomás Silva Queiroga: Very good Mexican food place (not texmex). They mainly offer tacos (2 in one plate as individual) and tortillas (shareable). If in a group bigger than 4 or dining after 19h, I recommend booking a table. The waiters are friendly, speak English. They take cards.

Ya Shu: Great place with atmosphere, tasty food, good cocktails and friendly service. We had tried half of the food and cocktail menu and everything was perfect! Tuna on nachos was the best and cevice was a bit missing some spice and did not stood for the price. The onmy downside for me was a longer waiting time to get the orders as the place was very busy from 7 p.m. till 10 p.m. on Sundays - you should reserve a table in advance.

Erin Mitchell: The description in the overview says it best “bites”- because that’s basically all you get. The food is fairly tasty but the portion sizes are very very small for the price. After we “ate” here we had to go out and find a proper dinner. The atmosphere is nice and unlike others commenting we actually had very good service. If you are looking for a casual place to have a few overpriced drinks and tapas then this is the place for you!

Aurora Cady: The best, authentic salsa I’ve had in Europe! Being from LA and having lived in Mexico, it can be hard to find good Mexican food outside of North America. The tacos were really good, and I knew as soon as I saw totopos instead of “nachos” on the menu I was in good hands! Great vegan options! We will be back.

Paulina Martínez: My favorite restaurant in Budapest. 🤤 I’ve tried the whole menu and everything is amazing! My personal favorite is the lamb and birria tacos. The personal is so welcoming and nice, and Not to mention that at night you can find the best Latin experience!! Excellent music and the best cocktails! 100% recommend

Oriana Fuguet: A Venezuelan girl finds herself a Venezuelan/latin restaurant in Budapest so I have to visit.Beautiful decor and vibe, amazing food and service! Needless to say, highly recommended. 🌴

sahel kapoor: Stay away from here! I was guest in this restaurant and rarely give 1 star reviews, this restaurant deserves it unfortunately. The atmosphere is okay and I liked it. The service was very very busy and couldn’t even see our signals that we need some assistance. The waiting time for the food was very long that day, it was approximately 30-40min to get our starters. The main dishes were acceptable from the taste but it wasn’t anything special. So far everything is fine for me. The same night I felt sick, I vomited all night because of a food poisoning from this particular restaurant. I strongly suggest not to go this restaurant if you wanna risk this! Hygiene should be always perfect and I can accept if the food or service is inappropriate, but this can’t be bad even one day!

miklos legones: Service 10/10 the personal who works there are very lovely, after arriving at this place I was wondering if in Hungary is impossible to have a good service, but here it was amazing. Food 10/10 best tacos in Europe Cocktails 11/10
