Marat Koshoev: This is "Certified" store and one of 3 available in Budapest (bigger than the one near train station). They don't have Lego passports and stamps. BAM minifigures are separated to "simple" with common parts and into exclusives (Christmas, Valentine's day). Exclusives are not sold in 3 pack blisters but as a single prices for about 5 euros, so 3 pack costs about 15 and that's a lot!
Balázs Szilvássy: Great place, there are figures you can assemble and then buy them. Also you can buy parts by weight.
Benedek Havasi: I bought a set here but changed my mind within a week of the purchase. I went back and asked for a refund. The staff was unhelpful. The box was unopened and it had no damage, yet they refused to give me my money back saying that's not possible. Lego is actually very open and accepting with their return policies but as it turns out this store is operated by a completely different company. They are much stricter and will not give you your money back under ANY circumstances. Buy your Lego elsewhere as it's cheaper and return policies are much better for the customer. Definitely not going back. Ever.
Thomas Benko: This review is not about the store's employees because they are wonderful in all regards. Today the store finally reopened after a renovation, and I don't think the organization of the reopening lives up to the LEGO brand. First off, the store is visibly not finished, construction material is still scattered in the corners near the display windows which is questionable and dangerous in a store that should be kid friendly. Secondly, for a reopening of this caliber, with discounts and gifts with purchase handed out with each transaction, it is mind-boggling why the store would allow multiple transactions per person - this inevitably lead to the first few dozen customers taking triple and quadruple gifts (or even more.) This move doesn't promote what LEGO is all about - play. This was just a way for people to get great deals and stuff their pockets with free gift sets. Lastly, for a 20% discount the store wasn't stocked properly - clearly this is a pretty good price cut and the store didn't seem like it was prepared for the huge interest that showed up. I hope the store can make up for this horrible reopening experience to all the customers that stood in line for hours, only to hear that the set they wanted and the gifts ran out already.

István Juhos: A well placed LEGO Store with big open spaces, great atmosphere, and kind and helpful staff. You can find better prices online though, but just going into this Store to gaze upon the newest sets, assembled and neatly displayed in showcases has a nice feeling to it.

HENCE CHANG: The lego there is wonderful.thry display many huge lego modle there. And the Hungarian money is cheaper there. If u need to store some special lego .i though its a great shop to you.
Márton Kruppa: Very annoying, staff has just refused to refund a lego toy i bought 2 hrs ago. It is xmass time and i miscommunicated with my wife and we bought the toy twice. Hungarian law requires all shops in the country to refund consumers if the product is intact and a receipt is kept. Yet lego store is only willing to give a voucher. I am very disappointed, i would not have expected from lego, of all brands, to go against the law and be so petty. I will never buy anything from this shop

PeterK: Overcharging customer in Christmas time, missing Complaints Registry, rudness toward customer. I buy every year in this shop for a substantial amount of money. This year at Christmas time encountered some new personal with an attitude not worthy Lego's promise of customer experience. The young guy apperantly in chard - who claimed there is no higher manager in the shop than him -, claimed that it is no problem that a price tag on the shelf is wrong, provided the price in the cashier's system is correct. WOW!!?? In this case the price tag at the shelf displayed a price by 25% lower than the one the cashier charged. When complained to the young guy about the price difference ie overcharging he claimed there is no manager in the shop I could talk to. He also said I should stop complaining because there is a long cue. I maintained my complaint, hence the guy's response: 'Go home and I do not mind if you do not come come back again.' When asked about "Vásárlók könyve" (complaints registry) - which any shop is obliged to have - the young guy said they do not have one, and I better leave the shop. No question my last visit at this shop. Since there were witnessess to this insult, notification to the Hungarian Authority for Consumer Protection has been posted. Subject line: Overcharging customer in Christmas time, missing Complaints Registry, rudness toward customer. Lego can do better.
viki racz: Need little store in the middle of the shopping center. Friendly staff lot of merchandise to choose from.
Kogebo: I LOVE THIS PLACE UUUUUUUUUGH.Many kids, many adults as well (without kids, not a bad thing, i am an adult myself), fun time with the character creator, wide range of items. Staff is more than happy to help!:^))

David Bodnar: I bought a lego that turned out to have to be brought back immediately because it would have been a surprise but it turned out that the person had it. They were inflexible and whispered already during delivery! Since the store is not open, I arranged the return mail. Which was received the next day. But the money has not been sent back since !!! I’ve talked to them several times but they’re condescending and don’t really urge themselves to lego but they’ve been around for about 3 weeks now. I do not recommend such a place and shop is better to be closed!

It is Boti time!: I go there very early, but the figures are expensive, and the saleswoman (one of them, there are nice ones too ...) is not very child-friendly, 15, 20 minutes before closing she no longer served ...
Anna Herbert: Very cute place with nice, helpful salespeople. The prices are a lot higher than those of online stores, but this is usually the case when we buy in a store. They also have a website, and what I think is a very useful feature: they replace parts missing from the purchased set if they are available.
Nagy Béla: The seller is not child-friendly! We have always bought something up until this point, but the last time, as the seller said to my child, leaves something to be desired! Don't work in such a place! I will definitely not go here again with my child! It didn't feel like a child-friendly place, and we went there just to make my child feel good. He built something according to his own imagination, which when I would have paid, the seller told me not to put it in the fall next time because he can't sell it in the fall! He tore it apart and counted it piece by piece. It's a shame, but my child and I both felt pretty bad! I would have liked to leave the building, but I didn't because of my son. We pay, and we go to the nearest place where Lego is really meant to be played with!
Tibor M. Kovacs: The best LEGO store in the city or the country. You will not only find the usual things, but almost everything is sold separately. If you can't get something, go here and there's a good chance you'll get it. You will also find special pieces, old and interesting figures, etc. Parking is a bit complicated.
Bartl Andras: Small lego shop, hard to park. You can also buy pieces individually. We ordered something on the website, with personal pickup. When we placed the order, there was a promotion running on the website, according to which a figurine was given as a gift. When I got to the store, it turned out that it was over a long time ago, but they hadn't updated the page. This was a bit confusing for the kids. That's why the four stars.

Balázs F: My sons and I went for Lego, there was a buyer in the store besides us, and there were 5 salesmen, plus a salesman who was sunbathing outside in front of the store. When I asked how much the price of the selected Lego was (which doesn't have a price on it, there is only one sign on it h ask the seller), the seller said, "I can't get it, there's your phone, look at you on the net." For me, this zero-star service when the seller is obviously bored, but doesn’t even serve, just indicates h go to my business. This was the last time I bought here.

Kogebo: Been visiting this place once of twice every few months, not so much anymore. During that time me and my friend got close with the Salesman (i presume owner also) who felt like he could say anything about costumers. He once was upset at an excited kid chanting "Grevious Grevious Grevious", he also told me my friend is "interesting" when he cracked a couple of jokes, which caught me off guard. (the kid didn't hear it ,my friend didn't care, i just hope he doesn't get in trouble for something like this in the future). Other than that it's nice, wide range of LEGOs, fair-ish prices (ranges) lots of cool old sets. :) :/

And he starts to eat cooked meal before you!!! Used Lego bricks are very dirty, prices are different depending of his final estimation, so, if you decide to go there, pay the attention to his calculations. I do not recommend this shop, though located in the center of Pest. I visited other few shops in Buda and Pest side and can absolutely recommend them.

Angel Desert: So far, two out of two orders have not been fulfilled. The first one presumably had too many orders, so they rather said that the price they indicated was irrational (it was 10% cheaper than elsewhere: D) so they are not obliged to give it at that price, so they would rather send the money back, anyway to me should have spoken. What?! .. In the second case, on the 3rd day after the order, it turned out that the product was not there. For me, they are the unreliable store category.

Game City: The owner is very nice, the prices are very friendly, helpful service!! There are many treasures hidden here. 😄. I went shopping here today with my little son, he also got a present. Five years old, he said, father, I still want to come here.
Helga Borbély: I've been there twice already, but I managed to replace the missing parts. If you have the patience to search, several boxes of Lego are the place for you. The store opens at 12. I recommend!

Tony Whelan: Do not shop here!!! This store is 20-25% more expensive than the Lego store in Westend S.C Only when the exchange rate converted on my watch,& I tried to stop the sale ,he proceeded to but it through. You cannot do a refund only exchange ,unlike the Lego store where you have consumer rights . They will only do an exchange to the value of goods,telling you that it’s government policy (which was comical) Tell your child they will get much better value for their Ft /€€ in the original Lego Store Do not shop here!!!!!
