Sabrina: We loved the vibe of this place, it’s in an amazing building and has a lot of character. Unfortunately, the waiters have no friendly atmosphere and are very, very slow. We arrived when it was not busy at all, but we waited around 15 minutes just to get a menu, and another 15 to actually make an order. The waiters are trained in ignoring eye contact and your attempts to wave them down. After you finally get their attention, they have no remorse for the slow service. However, the food was excellent, the only reason I can give 3 stars. But to be honest, we found the cocktails lacking a bit, we were expecting tastier ones. I hope the management takes the service into consideration because this could be an amazing place if the atmosphere was improved.
szandra peev: I was there on a Thursday and the place was half empty. The food is good, service average. The waiters were fast but quite grumpy. The dance floor is very small, not suitable for more advanced salsa dancers. There was a band for about 45 min and DJ after that, a small performance as well by two dancers showing salsa moves to guests.
Krisztina Haraszti: We had an amazing night at Havana. The drinks, the food, the music and the atmosphere - everything was perfect! I would absolutely recommend it. Also be aware that it could be a quite expensive program.

Brendon Ngwenya: Fantastic is the first word that comes to mind when I think about this place. Me and my girlfriend found this place by accident but we were very glad we did. The staff was very friendly & attentive, the place looks amazing, the food is out of this world, the cocktails were superb and the live music band set a great atmosphere. We were lucky to get in without a reservation as it wasn’t busy when we went in the afternoon, the place livened up at night and got really busy. We still managed to stay several hours without any hassle. If you’re ever in Budapest this is the place to be, but make sure you make a reservation before you go!

Carrie B: Fun bar with indoor and outdoor seating. The people running this bar are a blast! Recently moved to its new location, this small but cosy bar has a simple but on point cocktail menu. They are always playing lively Latin music and they have lots of events like bachata and live music. I would like to see a vegetarian or vegan version of their sandwich (they only sell 1 item of food, the Cuban sandwich, which everyone in my group loved but is very meaty so not for me). They do not accept card payments and cocktails vary from 1,000 - 1700 HUF.

Priskin Zita: Rude security and the line system is awful. I don’t recommend this place because you will have your worst night. Some rude people cut us before the line and they ignored when we called them out. And they got in but they closed the ticket sale line before us. The bald bodyguard just ate his cheeseburger and didn’t care about our issue. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, foreigners never visit this place.

Max “Caruso”: The beer seemed to have an old taste and we had to wait a long time and remind the staff to get our coffee. We also felt cold inside the bar. I think there is potential but need to improve.

Bence Szabó: AllInNLG World Is Mine was held here and the venue was catastrophically bad. The staff was very rude, the glass floor at the cloakroom, upstairs, is cracked, which is dangerous (it was fenced with a cordon, but explain to the many drunk teenagers not to step over it). The wardrobe is a joke, because I have to pay HUF 300 again because I immediately asked for my coat because I left my phone, insulin and blood sugar meter in it. Drinks are horribly expensive. Cocktails contain a maximum of one shot of alcohol in a 3 decis glass. Overall to be avoided. I personally had the worst nightclub experience ever
Viktória Veronika László: Tell the mixer at the bar above, the guy in the bald vest, that the mojito is made with rum, not vodka, and give him a terminal so he can pay by card! I would amend the entry to say that it was not possible to pay by card in the bar on the ground floor either. But the boys danced well.
Virág Bene: We had a great musical dinner. The only problem was with part of the dinner. The fact that we had to wait for more than an hour to order the drink and then it was announced that it was not and that what we asked for was no longer in line with reality. Then, 1.5 hours after our arrival, they brought dinner, which was ice cold and of course it didn’t match what was on the menu. One of the dishes also had a hair. Of course, they are cheekily expensive. We received the dessert 10 minutes before the end of the event so that half of the company was no longer there due to poor service.

Tomás Silva Queiroga: Very good Mexican food place (not texmex). They mainly offer tacos (2 in one plate as individual) and tortillas (shareable). If in a group bigger than 4 or dining after 19h, I recommend booking a table. The waiters are friendly, speak English. They take cards.
Ya Shu: Great place with atmosphere, tasty food, good cocktails and friendly service. We had tried half of the food and cocktail menu and everything was perfect! Tuna on nachos was the best and cevice was a bit missing some spice and did not stood for the price. The onmy downside for me was a longer waiting time to get the orders as the place was very busy from 7 p.m. till 10 p.m. on Sundays - you should reserve a table in advance.

Erin Mitchell: The description in the overview says it best “bites”- because that’s basically all you get. The food is fairly tasty but the portion sizes are very very small for the price. After we “ate” here we had to go out and find a proper dinner. The atmosphere is nice and unlike others commenting we actually had very good service. If you are looking for a casual place to have a few overpriced drinks and tapas then this is the place for you!
Response: Hi Erin, I am sorry but we disagree with your opinion about the price / quantity ratio, we have the tacos dishes for around 2k/huf (2 tacos) and some other mains for 3-5k huf which are bigger than the tacos. And yes, I do not get full with 1 dish of tacos but I do not expect to have dinner or lunch for 2k huf. You can have dinner/lunch for 5-7k with starters, main and drinks, which is not expensive in today's Budapest.
Aurora Cady: The best, authentic salsa I’ve had in Europe! Being from LA and having lived in Mexico, it can be hard to find good Mexican food outside of North America. The tacos were really good, and I knew as soon as I saw totopos instead of “nachos” on the menu I was in good hands! Great vegan options! We will be back.

sahel kapoor: Stay away from here! I was guest in this restaurant and rarely give 1 star reviews, this restaurant deserves it unfortunately. The atmosphere is okay and I liked it. The service was very very busy and couldn’t even see our signals that we need some assistance. The waiting time for the food was very long that day, it was approximately 30-40min to get our starters. The main dishes were acceptable from the taste but it wasn’t anything special. So far everything is fine for me. The same night I felt sick, I vomited all night because of a food poisoning from this particular restaurant. I strongly suggest not to go this restaurant if you wanna risk this! Hygiene should be always perfect and I can accept if the food or service is inappropriate, but this can’t be bad even one day!

Jan Filipovsky: Very nice and large place, nice, polite people serving you. They have lot of choices for food and drinks also. The prices are acceptable and it’s possible to pay by credit card. Children corner also available so kids friendly place. They have 1l Munich style beer too. All food which we had was very tasteful.
Prestige Travel Beograd: We came without reservation, they gave us a table. Lot of place, nice food, waitress (blonde girl) was very polite, always available, nice atmosphere. We were satisfied, and we recomend this place.
Christian Petersen: Service is extremely slow, but the food was okay. Serving sizes are huge, but the fries came with no condiments and the burger was a bit raw in the middle. Prices were very affordable, though.

Zezima: The eggplant cream is very delicate. Unfortunately, none of those draft beers are available. Instead the recommended Warsteiner was OK. The staff is friendly. The outside area is very cozy. Not very cheap but it can be tried.

It was only one visit so far, but even if the place is old and it strongly shows, it is also big with multiple floors and classrooms to offer many kind of dance styles to learn and practice. Will visit soon again and see if it deserves Five Stars against its rundown state. So far it is... Recommended.

Zoltán Kapocs: Most ballrooms are good, but there’s something to innovate for sure. There is a ballroom whose floor is already quite worn, don’t let it spin too much because it doesn’t do good for the space. It is not worth dreaming of air conditioning, opening the windows in summer or a couple of floor fans ensure the movement of the air. There is an elevator.
