Modar Ali: Highly recommend. The building itself is very unique and is refurbished after it was in a poor physical condition. It was transformed into a modern music center with two halls, the main hall and the jazz club. The jazz club is not a regular one because its programs and concerts are very diverse and they invite artists from abroad which adds a lot to its value. Drinks, snacks and foods are served here with good quality. Card payment is available. Purchasing online tickets ahead is recommended.

Bálint Veres-Husz: All in all a great place but there are a couple of thing they have to sort out. The food was great but the bread they serve with the hummus and cheese plate was a couple of days old and very dry. The drinks are decent but nothing special. Prices are reasonable. The concert vas amazing!

Lili: This place is a real treasure, I like to come to Opus time to time because the atmosphere is just perfect! It is has a beautiful design, it’s not a ruin-bar but neither a posh restaurant. The performance of the groups is always high quality even if they have to improvise such as the last time when the crew of Milad Khawam was not fully present but the show was still amazing! The food is delicious as well!

Priskin Zita: Rude security and the line system is awful. I don’t recommend this place because you will have your worst night. Some rude people cut us before the line and they ignored when we called them out. And they got in but they closed the ticket sale line before us. The bald bodyguard just ate his cheeseburger and didn’t care about our issue. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, foreigners never visit this place.

Bartosz Polańczyk: We wee roaming around the town around 11:15pm looking for some late night food and... We stumbled upon this place :) At first, it didn’t strike me as a cool one, but I heard Jam session music from Bistro zone and... We made a choice to stay that was probably the best decision for the night! Chilled out jazz music in the background, we ordered some drinks, vegetable fries and chefs speciality - meat soup. The soup was one of the best ones I’ve ever had! Meaty, with perfect texture, aromatic and smooth - something in between goulash and broth. It’s served in a pot, which adds to the ritual - pouring it in the bowl and choosing how much meat you want in each portion with the ladle. As for the fries - the sauces were amazing - especially moderately sour BBQ sauce (tasted like the ones based on bourbon, with fruity and sour aftertaste).

Jonna Henttinen: As a die hard reggeaton fan, the latin night was my cup of tea. Place was kind of empty but I understand that the music is not everyone’s favorite. DJ played most of the songs we requested.
Scouser1965: All the classic characteristics of the many ruin style bars around Budapest. Lots to look at and explore while enjoying a reasonably priced drink. Took a star off for although we were early for their busy party time but still after 9.00pm the music was playing very low and definitely would have created a better vibe had it been louder.
Petra K: Worst nightclub in Budapest. After spending the whole night there for a hen do, spending a ton of money anyway, they refuse to give us any tap water from the bar. That’s just ridiculous. The music was also the worst out of all the places I’ve been. Horrible DJ and unfriendly staff. Go to Instant or any of the other one of the million nightclubs around.
Mridul Pareek: Nicely done ruin bar with a buge tree in the court yard. The prices are a little higher than the other bars but the ambience is nice. Come here on a weekend evening and enjoy the laid back night at the cool place.

Livnat Liran: A disco consisting of several different rooms. In one there was a live performance, in the other black music, in the third room there was house music and there was also a smoking area. Less fun that the rooms are not full and then there is no atmosphere. The bar uses a nice idea of a cycle. You get back 3 shekels if you return the glass to the bar. This way you do not use disposable utensils and preserve the environment. A nice place
Jacek Szymański: Definitely my favorite club in Budapest!! There is a lot of rooms to dance and places to hang out so you won’t feel bored at any time being there. There is also a lot of foreigners and the music is really loud and good. There is no entry fee, unless they have changed that sometime recently.

Charles B: Full Review: One of the best night clubs I’ve ever been to. No issues with security, if anything they were friendly and helpful. Left and got back in at least 4 times without a problem. Drinks only take a minute and there are lots of bars if some are busy. Music is great on most floors but the real rave is in the tunnel / basement with a talented techno / EDM DJ who I’m dying to know the name of. People are super friendly and it feels very safe. If you’re travelling to Budapest and want to go to the best club in town that is FREE, look no further. It is an amazing night out!

István Szekeres: There is nothing better on a hot summer night in Budapest than the Dürer Kert, an open air ruin pub on the very bank of the Danube (well, a bay on the Danube). Expect to meet quirky but extremely friendly staff and similarly quirky but friendly customers. There are live performances and live DJ s. Prices are tolerable, amd you can get craft beers, quality wines and decent (pub) food, alongside the basics. It might look far away from the center, but you can reach several public transport hubs in a walking distance.

Brooke Cameron: Lovely locals bar with super friendly staff who enjoyed speaking with us in English, especially the young lad who was very helpful and told us about events happening there between September and may. Played some 8 ball pool which was 850HUF for an hour which you cannot complain about, with cheap drinks. Will definitely return on my next trip to Budapest.
Nagy Gabor: I really like the fact that the staff was very friendly. They didn’t show any sign of being burned out or having enough of guests. They do seem to love what they do. Loved the music and the style! Be prepared for Elvis, Elvis and even more Elvis looking at you from the walls. Also good to note that it’s karaoke night on Thursdays. There are pool tables that are free to use if you get yourself a beer. Quality isn’t very good (the balls can do quite a curve sometimes) but it’s okay to have a good time with. Loved the atmosphere, the staff and had a good time. Definitely would recommend! :)

Domotor Toth: We came here for a blues concert and it was amazing! The sound was one of the best I heard in Budapest, and the beer and fried were very good too 😄 Would definitely return
Gabor Homor: A good open-air place with a lot of options for live music. Usually the bands are from the folk and world music scene, but Hungarian favourite musicians are frequent guests as well. The place is in the inner courtyard of an old castle, with coloured light bulbs illuminating the place, I like the wooden design of the bars and the stage. Good options for food - their baked bread filled with meat and vegetables, and there is a good choice of beers, wines and spirits. Please note they have their own plastic glass, for 250 HUF extra, and a token will be given when returned.
Juc Pec: A lot of amazing wines, craft beers and cool concerts!The place is meant for dancing as the music is too loud to talk. No air movement inside the garden, so it is super hot in the summer.
Peter Szabo: Good atmosphere, benches to sit on, there are food options and plenty of drinks. Be warned that they use the terrible "repohár" system where they take your money in exchange for cups and that money you will never get back. If not for the repohár system they would beat solid 4+ star.

OMER: Absolutely wonderful! Mysterious ruins pub offering multiple bars inside. It’s huge..you could dance drink or chill. The place offers different atmosphere in various rooms. There are some funny decorative details as well. Quite popular amongst tourist especially Friday and Saturday nights.
Anastassia Moralieva: Nice atmosphere and vibe , you can chill if you go during the day as we did in June. On Friday evening there was a huge line outside of at least 100 people waiting to enter. Some of the bars were not open on Saturday noon so didn’t have a great experience to have a good drink there - just grab a lemonade. A lot of tourists are going and in the evening and I guess it’s overcrowded then.

Y M: Really fun ruin bar but if you want a quiet place to chill this is probably not for you. When we were there in the afternoon, there were a load of people singing badly super loudly so it was quite annoying. The bar vibe is cool though so if you happen to go in non busy times maybe it would be a better experience. Drinks are in the more expensive side for local bars but not unaffordable
khushi Navdiwala: I can say that it’s fun time to go there . When I reached there with my bf we saw it was long queue out side of this bar but I was worth to wait for it bar. We had amazing time there. They have 2 floors and plenty of different rooms where you can chill with your friends. So many antique things are inside , for me bathtub was attraction 😅😅I had plenty of pictures there.
Helena Pynte: Be prepared to give your eyes a treat. You’ll be scanning every room and bar for funny, quirky and weird stuff. Loved it here! And to the contrary of what I’ve read online, the staff is in fact very friendly. The bartender even let us taste some wines before ordering.

Laura László: The interior is beautiful and the staff is very kind. However, the drinks are overpriced which is expected in an elegant nightclub like this so that will not change my rating of the place.

Glafkos Obion: Great club, people there are 25+ and not kids. Music is loud, drinks are genuine. Contacted them via their website and they made us a reservation with no problem. Would reccoment it to everyone who is looking for a good club mostly locals and not touristic trap.
