JIWON KIM: I was at the clinic in Dunakesz and was so disappointed that there was no ultrasound examination. The doctor pressed my stomach 3 times and I had to pay HUF 25,000 for this.

An excellent professional, his being reassuring. I had an extra quick recovery after surgery, it works very nicely. Thank you to him!
Éva Kovács: Such a kind doctor is rare. He explained everything and was patient. He also answered the questions afterwards. And to investigate, he investigated fervently. He was likable at first sight, not an assembly line type.

Schönstein Sándor: There is a treadmill who treats patients with a weak mind. The appointment system is not good because it cannot be canceled, it is not picked up by phone.

Since then, we have also made personnel changes. Canceling an appointment is really only possible over the phone, as many people abuse online appointments. עמית דונאי: During our vacation my wife did not feealt well and we wanted to check the baby.the doctor agree to see us in a short notice he was very nice and professional. He did multiple tests and took the time to explain us the baby condition

I got very good service, he’s listening to the patient very well on all the concerns and symptoms and really took his time to provide good care to his patients which is the most important thing! I would recommend him!

The reason for your waiting may have been your delay, as the next patient came before you. The prices, if you look it up, correspond to Budapest prices. In my opinion, she spent no less time than is appropriate for a gynecological appointment. I give my professional opinion to the best of my knowledge, but it is not obligatory to accept it.

Melinda Horváth: After a 2-month waiting list, I arrived on time and waited an hour and a half for the doctor at Endocer. During the half-hour examination, he called twice... He looked at my results, which I was curious about, and I had to ask about them, it was a huge disappointment. I would never go to him again.

Among the reviewers before me, there was someone who complained that he examines in a hurry, quickly, but I have never experienced such a thing with him.

Balázs Pál: I do not recommend this place to anyone. The problem must be explained to other patients at the reception several times. The patient is treated on a treadmill, and the problems are treated superficially or not at all.

Xavi Ribas: 2 years ago we decided last minute (less than a week before the due date) to come to Maternity to give birth to our kid. It was a great experience, thanks a lot to all nurses and doctors they did an amazing job and treated us kindly. My wife was relieved once we were accepted and they decided in time to not do a natural birth, which can be dangerous if decided too late, so thanks again, Maxim is growing very well in Barcelona :)
Catherine Dickens-Massey: I had a very pleasant experience with this clinic. Many private clinics I find, are all glamour and no substance. This was not the case here. All the staff were friendly, genuine, approachable and my surgeon was extremely helpful, kind and took his time to explain my case. My procedure went well, the room was bright, clean and the nurse was so sweet and kind. All in all, as clinics go in Budapest this one I highly rate. Congratulations.
Robert Mergenthaler: This clinic is very well schooled in how to over charge for services, even more so than the standard practice for most clinics. Initial appointment 55K HUF. for blood work check...subsequent visit to read blood work results in person 10K HUF instead of simply communicating this via email. Another appointment set up to speak with another specialist for dietary recommendations based on blood work 10K HUF ...NO THANKS! Note: you can come here an hour before your appointment and you will still wait an hour after your appointed time to see someone if you are lucky.

Concerning our consultation appointment regarding the results, we offer a reduced price, which is significantly lower than the medical examination fee. This price is indicated within our price list on our webite as well. For all dietery needs, consultation is provided by our BSC qualified specialist, demanding a different area of expertise than of obstetrics and gynaecology. It was therefore a responsible decision on the part of our doctor to refer you to a specialist, with whom you can consult freely if needed. Kind regards Maternity Clinic
Carolin Schmid: The clinic is very clean and the staff is very friendly. Most of them speak English. I gave birth to my daughter there and was happy with my doctor and midwife. I had both of their phone numbers and could contact them anytime which was very nice. The rooms and food were very luxurious. I didn’t like how they were organized: to get the first doctors check ups of the newborn you need to come to 3(!!!) appointments, because each doctor works on a different day. Also, I was not informed when my lab results came back bad, it was up to me to call my doctor and ask how they were. In the back office i was in contact with a women who at some point left the clinic and no one informed me, until I asked why my documents aren’t being processed after emailing many people. They also don’t have parking unless for the 3 days after your birth. They have an English hotline, but it hangs up if you chose it- they haven’t fixed this in months.

IFEOLUWADUNNI OLUWOLE: I had HG during pregnancy and once had to demand to see a doctor without an appointment for an unscheduled checkup for my peace of mind following a bout of serious nausea and vomitting. They did an ultrasound of the baby at every appointment which I felt was unusual. The most painful for me was that a summary of my medical report was given to me in Hungarian when I was relocating from Hungary during my pregnancy. It would have been nice and not been too much of an inconvenience in my opinion for the doctor to have at least tried to issue it in English. Instead, I was told to use a translation company to translate the report from Hungarian to English. This for me was very disappointing as I had stated right from the beginning that I was not going to be having my baby in Hungary; I just needed a good hospital for the time I was going to be in Hungary. For a private hospital, their customer service can be a bit better but they have all the amenities and equipment to manage a pregnancy and their doctors speak English and are quite nice. Also, a lot of my colleagues used their services so I assumed they must be one of the best in Budapest

We would like to let you know that the hungarian prenatal care protocol has 4 compulsory ultrasound examination, additionally, most of the doctors like to have a short look on the amount of the amniotic fluid and the status of the placenta during every consultation. Monique Mesquita: The clinic is well structured, clean and the dr. did his job well, however this business undervalue the power of a good customer services. After receiving the result of my exam with over 3 weeks of delay they were not even able to write in their email “apologies for any inconvenience caused” - don’t they know the huge difference this small phrase have? Not mentioning the “smileless” receptionists that behaves like robots. Anyway, am not coming back neither recommending to others.
