Hillary Arukwe
Hillary Arukwe: Critical: Communication, Professionalism, Quality, ValueIncredibly terrible service, emails were never replied on time and calls were never answered even during office hours. Staff were not helpful except for 2 nice ladies who i met in person. Everyone else was nasty to deal with and i wish this christmas season melts their hearts of stone.

Gabor Szeifert
Gabor Szeifert: They should organize exams with less attendants, because they can barely keep up with hundreds of people at a single place, thus, for an expensive fee you get hours of waiting and confusing instructions.

Tamás Kassay
Tamás Kassay: My comments have been deleted, although they pretend to be about transparency, equality, humanity, and so on. I would represent. I asked why they offer an extremely low salary (152,000 HUF / month) and what is the reason they differentiate between nationalities in the same position ... they give a different salary if Czech, Hungarian, Slovak, etc. win the same position . I gave them the opportunity to correct their mistake and explain their thoughts and apologize, but instead deleted my post 😀 They deleted my comments, however, they claim to represent transparency, equality, humanity, etc. I asked why they offer extremely low salaries (422 EUR / month) and what is the reason for differentiating between nationality in the same position ... I gave them the chance to correct their mistake and explain their thoughts, and say sorry, but they deleted my comments instead 😀

The experience was really good in terms of welcoming, cheerful and helpful ladies in the reception, professionality in arranging the timings of my classes. The instructors were amazing with excellent style of teaching. The institute is located in the wonderful city centre of Budapest (Vaci Utca). I would recommend the institute for anyone who wants to learn a language.

Goethe-Institut Hungary: what do users think?
Groska Zsuzsa
Groska Zsuzsa: I had my exam there. They were polite, well organised and helpful. The exam run on time, no probs. Good sound quality on the Listening part. I am recommending them to friends for sure.
Hanna Zadrożyńska
Hanna Zadrożyńska: One of the worst experiences here in Budapest in my case. I was there 3 times to get any information when and how I can sign up for the course. Every time Ive got different information and was waiting for any classes for around 6 month until I decided to choose different school because every time I went there it was impossible. What is more, surprisingly unpleasant and rude people work there (besides the receptionists). It happened to me only in Hungary. Service behaviour is totally unacceptable.
Laura Schröder
Laura Schröder: My friends and I have visited this institute for about a year. Advice: Stay away from a teacher named Enikö Kraft! She is horrible! She has been teaching multiple level courses in this institute for some years. She has developed a superiority feeling that she is the best teacher in this school and she is the boss. She forgot or never knew the code of conduct as being a teacher. She treats students unfairly according to her own preferences. If unfortunately she doesn’t like you, she shouts at you in the class, demotivates you and bullies you. She is so disrespectful and Goethe is shamed on her. Stay away from her, If you pay your money and really want to learn german. There are other teachers who are so friendly and train all your abilities (writing, speaking, listening and reading). Stay away from her, especially if you are not Hungarian!!!
Marci Kiss
Marci Kiss: THE best place if you want to learn german. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. You will have all the help you want to learn (but you still have to learn though).
Karolina Tóth
Karolina Tóth: Lovely live music if you catch such a night! Fun crowd & good beer!
Mohammad Javadi
Mohammad Javadi: Very rude.
Veronika Apor
Veronika Apor: I was here for a language exam, the contact lady, Kinga Jeszenszky, was very kind and helpful, and I really liked the system and nature of their language exam! It was quickly fixed.

Adrienn Sidó
Adrienn Sidó: When I met the girls / the school, it had been a few years since Erasmus, so the courage and practice I had gathered there to use English was fleeting. After a few occasions, I already felt that this club evoked my time abroad. In addition to classes, there are plenty of programs to make the Freespirit community even more forged. It’s no coincidence that I call it a community or a club instead of a language school. This is much more than that, e.g. here I made new friends while learning a language. Before Freespirit, I went to a couple of language schools, but I didn’t spend more than a couple of weeks or months there, unlike the other places, I came across topics here that I can use in any area of life with enough courage. The special method and conscientious work of the girls is just icing on the cake. I am very grateful, because during my travels abroad I communicate much more confidently, I chat and get to know each other, and during my work an official correspondence or meeting in English is no longer a problem. I heartily recommend Freespirit, where you can learn a language as a member of a community, boosting your self-confidence.
Response: Thank you so much Adri, we love having you on board! :)
Éva Kampler
Éva Kampler: With a professional, yet human attitude and personalized course theme, the Free Spirit Language School also accompanied me on the journey that led me to an international program. Even a goal that seems like one of the boldest at first can easily become achievable if you’re in a good team and in good hands! You can expect that here. :)
Bettina Varsányi
Bettina Varsányi: There is nothing better, look no further!!! Totally different methods, lots of games and fun learning. Full of novelty, care and fun. For all ages, at all levels. They are not only professional teachers, they are also wonderful people! Thank you for everything :) I think I can safely say this on behalf of all students! <3 Go girls, keep it up!!!
Gyöngyi Tóth
Gyöngyi Tóth: The teachers are top superiors, they give great tasks, I have developed a lot in a short time, the spade pack has also passed the language exam :) They pay maximum attention to you, they bring out the best in everyone and somehow they love to learn the language themselves. The atmosphere is always great, the community is very inclusive, homely. I can only recommend FreeSpirit ✌🏿
