Zoltán Nagy: This is not a DJI shop service opinion, but an opinion of the DJI Company Services as a whole. I was an Osmo Mobile 2 user since 2017. Not satisfied with the service of DJI company, their Mobile application is not up to date since years ago. No solution for updating their services with DJI Osmo mobile 2 cooperating with high resolution cell phones (like Huawei P20 Pro, P30 Pro etc. ) I asked for recommendation regarding DJI mobile application as I am not able to use it with my phone Huawei P 30 Pro. Buying DJI Osmo Mobile 2 device was waisting of money. I would recommend to update their service to stay an up to date company. Otherwise they will lose their existing and future customers.
Zoltán Hajdu: I called them several times. They promised to call back, but nothing has happened since then. The phone has not been answered for days.

Pál Telekesi: They are difficult to reach, the attitude of the service is not appropriate. I recommend that if there is a warranty problem with your drone, you contact DJI directly, the process is much faster and more reliable. They will take care of the round-trip shipping, the only thing that needs to be done is the packaging, on which the shipping document sent by them must be printed and stuck on. It can then be dropped off at a UPS collection point. The device is usually sent to the Netherlands.

Krisztián Horváth (KataKrisz.hu): 22.10.2020 Mydroneservice.hu test starts: After a quick registration, I reported a repair request for a crashed mavic air 2 online. The site appears to be usable. In theory, it is possible to follow the entire process of the case. After central approval, the courier took the package quickly enough with Door-to-door service. I am now waiting for the service to return. So far I am completely satisfied. 2020.11.03: Online status change. I received an email that the device has arrived at the Duplitec service center. In addition, high-resolution photos of the cover damage were sent on the Online interface. 2020.11.06: I received an online message from the service to give a more detailed description of the circumstances of the accident and to forward the drone to the manufacturer so that they can analyze the flight data. Afternoon message: Forwarded to central DJI service. 02.12.2020: I received the repaired drone back. Nicely repaired. Pharmacy condition. Last update: My HUF 8,000 memory card left in the drone was not returned, and has not been found since. Hence the 3 stars.

TheDogeBork TheDogeBork: I brought in a model plane with the electronics that i purchased from them, since the controller they sold me started glitching after a few days, and the staff didn’t know anything about the problem, and they ended up grinding the motor into the table on full power. After the plane was broken in half, and the motor was severely scratched with its propeller broken, they told me that the battery was blown, even though I never used it, and that I need to buy a 20 000ft, terrible price-to-product ratio controller. Due to the fact, that my plane was ruined and my motor was fried, I would of had to pay at least $150 in repair costs, and a few days putting the plane back together. It’s overpriced, the staff have no idea about RC vehicles, and they are not at all helpful in the process.
TanAr06 `: It’s a great place. They sell model trains, model train accessories, RC cars and RC planes. They have a large inventory so the shop is a bit cramped, but they have a pretty good website where you can order everything they sell online. The staff is friendly and helpful. They even swapped out one of my broken model railway switches for a new one. Modell & Hobby is a great hobbyshop.
Rob K: Avoid this place at all cost. The staff is helpful till you give them your money. Should you have any problems with the product however, they will make you wait, lie about repairs, give it back to you faulty.

Szombati Orsolya: This place is simply fantastic! Not only is the selection of goods lavish (tanks, helicopters, drones, remote-controlled cars...), but webshop orders are fulfilled lightning fast. The communication about the order process is flawless! The ordered goods were delivered lightning fast. I received incredibly professional customer service during the personal pick-up. The sales guy (the owner) is a real model-obsessed. It shows that this is not "only" his job, but also his hobby and his life. His heart and soul is in the store and in the products. If you can, buy HERE! It is true that the prices are a few forints higher than those of the competitors, but in return, customers are offered a great range of products and high-level service and correct information. And of course a great service. I RECOMMEND!
