Giulia: Brought in my old Lenovo laptop because the case was broken. Firstly, I could ascertain from their website that they had in stock the part to be changed, which was good. Then I went in soon after the opening time and one of the guys sitting at the front desks had a look and gave me a quote. I was told the laptop would have been ready in the early afternoon of the day after (unless I paid extra 5000 Huf for a fast/er service), but to my surprise and delight I was called in the late afternoon of the very same day because they had already done the job. Overall, I was satisfied. They clearly are knowledgeable, fast and reliable.
SEEMA: I have used this shop a couple of times. They are good at their job but I think the staff salary must be based on how much they sell to the customer. They will try to suggest you cleaning, some other items which you NEVER intended to buy ... I guess other shops may do the same but we need to be careful and use this shop as our last resort if we do not wish to spend high prices. Of course the service is Quick so if you are in a hurry, money spent here will solve your problems.

Péter Hurkó: Very weird mix of professional and incompetent customer service. I was pitched a 1-working day repair over the phone, then when I arrivee to drop my laptop off, they estimated a 3 working day ETA. I had to repeatedly beg them to get this reduced to 1 5 working days. Why not be upfront about repair times? Take this into consideration when choosing them.
