kissevich matt: The store is nice and the products also seem quality, from what I was able to see. This place tries to be very posh and high class, their main way of accomplishing this is by having staff that follows you around and monitors every single movement you make. Very uncomfortable experience with very uncomfortable employees. The design process, delivery, and instillation of high end, expensive furture would be horrible with the stuck up crowd in this studio. I would really not recommend this store.

Bernadett Nagy: I bought an expensive Bora plate from them.... but they do not build it in an existing kitchen, only if you buy the kitchen from them as well - which is double the price than another person. So it is very unprofessional!! I would not recommend buying kitchen devices from them.
D Parker: Spirit Home is one of the few places in Budapest to find nice quality furniture and kitchen cabinets. The staff at Spirit Home will go out of their way to ensure you are helped. I appreciate all their expertise.

The prices are acceptable (from low to higher price category), the staff is nice and helpful. I have never seen such a beautifully executed showroom in the country as SpiritHome. I can only recommend!

Phillips Ben: Ordered a pair of bedside tables from them, they came in the wrong colour and it took them forever to replace them. (Not to mention how ill-mannered they were in the process...)

Evelin Dr. Pokol: I wanted to buy a carpet, so I traveled from Debrecen to the store after prior telephone consultation, but the salesman refused to open it up so that I could see the product and see its color and quality. According to him, you should buy based on this, if you open the packaging, it is no longer a new carpet, it is unsaleable. I think you can try the shoes on in the shoe store and they will still be new...

Makar “Radioreley”: Amazing place! Big garage with tons of retro items all for you to explore. They seemed to have everything - from maps and journals to futuristic furniture and lightning. Owner doesn’t speak English. However, his colleague, who works in the backyard does! Bonus is that he looks like Zach Galifianakis. Prices are mostly over the rooftop. 160.000f for the metral rotted statue is overpriced. And they don’t have any catalog of items, so owner just seems to invent the price on the way, basing on the customer appearance, we can only guess. Overall, great place to look but not to buy.

Response: We think the size and inventory of our store is adequate and I wouldn't say little. There is no furniture store used in Budapest, in fact the other stores are smaller than us.

Norbert Kiss: this shop is a real mess. the owner is beside himself, he thinks that it is not possible to buy used furniture anywhere else. For example, a wardrobe that costs 100 is sold at a fraction of the price. I do not recommend this shop to anyone, it is a waste of time to go here. Not to mention the style. Disgusting.
Response: First of all, you did not meet the owner (seller), unfortunately there are really no such shops in the city, and you are comparing the furniture of a private person with the furniture in a furniture store (it is not on the eighth floor like a private person, here you have to pay taxes and wages and rent and other costs are utilities, which are not cheap). The style is quite a subjective opinion, maybe yours was not appropriate either, as God gives, God receives (people hold a mirror up to us) we can only react to what we receive from others!!!
Éva Zelei: There is a large stock of goods in the store. The seller is polite and helpful. The prices are friendly. At my request, the purchased furniture was delivered in perfect condition at the agreed time.

Noémi Nagy: My mother and I shopped at the store. A correct (!), attentive person helped with the decision, there was no interruption, there really was no problem. Beautiful furniture in good condition awaited me. The finished furniture will be delivered and assembled after an appointment. The 5 stars are for the gentleman in the shop and the selection. Delivery problems are a different story. My mother received the furniture and, according to her, they had a lot of problems with the assembly citing a lack of space. (we emptied half the room in advance so that there would be no problem.) Regardless of the above, shopping in the store was very easy, I will definitely come back in the future, because the helpful attitude experienced in the store is rare. It means a lot to me. Thank you for this.
Response: Thanks for the evaluation and feedback from our colleagues, the suppliers still had to unpack from the room because the space was small as the cabinet is a huge piece of furniture with 4 doors and needs to be laid and set up to assemble, but you may not have to undertake the installation so as not to cause problem for anyone and then no one will have a problem.!
Németh István: I offered my defective furniture for sale to the store. I kept it at 35,000 ft, they offered 12,000. When it should have stopped, they backed out of the purchase citing untrue mistakes. They also supposedly deal with furniture repair.
Response: Damaged furniture cannot be repaired (furniture panel) errors are unrealistic. If you think your furniture is good then you should be sure you can give it to someone who is not like that. We are only dealing with upholstery furniture
