Happy Panda快乐熊猫: what do users think?

Дарья Манько: I guess it is the best Japanese street food in the world ( just because I haven’t tried Japanese street food in Japan)!I’ve tried “Marhaborda ecetes zoldseggel tesztaval” and “ poliptos labda” and it was kind of gastranomic orgasm.

jnth vdp: We’ve been here multiple times, and every time half of the menu is sold out. Not once could we order the dishes we actually came for. If you are in the neighbourhood and you’re lucky, enjoy the pancakes. But do not go there with a mission. On one occasion we received the wrong order. And had to wait another 30min. Once the only way to communicate was through pointing. No English and no Hungarian. And on another occasion, we were over-charged. We have given up :( it is so hyped up that my review will be lost in the masses but give your money to the nice Indian restaurant across from them.

Jack Mu: Very cheap, authentic Taiwanese food. Super tasty.Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Sophie Brockmann: Very good street food type food, simple surroundings but great value and the staff were all super nice. Didn’t expect to find jianbing in central Budapest but was very happy to. Dumplings were clearly homemade and freshly made. I would have appreciated a bit of chilli on the side but to be fair I should have just asked for it, and I’m sure they would have brought me some. All the people complaining about the lighting are missing the point, this is a place ideal for a quick bite or informal lunch. Very fair prices, I don’t need candlelight.

Sharen: The shop is not big but clean. The Chinese pancake and the homemade dough and vegetable are fantastically good. The staff is very nice as well. Highly recommended.

Frannie: Really delicious 煎饼! Highly recommended. We ordered one pancake and noodle and baozi. But it was so delicious that I ordered another one. Very satisfied 😋😋😋 😋yummy yummy

Adrienn Lestyán: The dishes and the service are superb, we’ve got delicious dumplings (among the best in town), tasty egg-pancakes and a fantastic seaweed salad. The only disadvantages of being there are that the lighting is way too strong and that you could smell quite awfully afterwards... however, the food was totally worth it!

Alex Che: Finally I’ve found really tasty food in Budapest! Moreover it’s really cheap 🙃 I would recommend the wonton soup and Chinese pies with beef 🤤

Spicy Fish Budapest: what do users think?

Jiaqi Z.: Our favorite Chinese restaurant in Budapest 💕 We especially love the cabbage, deep fried short rubs, and braised pork belly. More authentic and delicious than Toronto Chinese food too!Recommended dishes …More

Lydia Domondi: Simply the best Chinese in the town. Huge space, clean food. Fast and good service. I only pity that its not heated in this cold weather. We had to sit in our coats inside.

E Z: Hands down the best Chinese food I have tasted in Europe. The chefs are from southern Zhejiang and northern Fujian so the cooking features a unique umami profile, which I personally like a lot. Reasonable price given the portion, and nice service too. Although there is a 10% service charge which we were not informed when ordering.

Ivan Aleksic: Amazing place. Simply great. Quality if the food is just great, regardless of what you decide to go with but my first choice is most definitely pork belly. Melts in your mouth, it really is a must. But, again, you will not make a mistake no matter what you order.

Le Le Pham: There were three of us. Restaurant was full. We have waited for almost 1,5 hour. After we complained many times and said we will leave because we have another appointment then they bring the food. The food was gut. But it was also expensive . 35000ft for 3 pers ( incl the drinks) and we muss eat quickly so we didn’t enjoy it. If you go to this restaurant make sure you have enough time to wait and they can not speak english

Jhangir Ghale - Soltani: We ( 4 Persons ) visited the Restaurant on 27th August 2022 / pre booked Lunch for 1.00 pm. Lovely Place but unfortunately waited long time for the food , foods coming out from kitchen in drips and drapes . Veg dish and noodles came out as we were going to leave . We paid ( 69,000 ft for 4 persons ) £139 which was very expensive lunch and not satisfied at all NoT recommend at all.

Soomin Lee: Remarkably good chinese spot---and not only because it is in Budapest. It would qualify as among the best Chinese eateries in Toronto. Excellent food, big portions, decent prices, all in a clean, spacious, and modern interior. No need for reservations. Limited English. Great for families, friends, and business meetings.Food: 5/5 | Service: 4/5 | Atmosphere: 4/5Parking options Free parking lot …More

Teddy Thechowchow: Best and most authentic Chinese restaurant I’ve been to in Europe! Even the menu is exact the same as the restaurants in China. The food is just delicious I wish I could have ordered more or had time to go back again. The pickled cabbage fish I ordered is amazing and they actually use fresh whole fish and not frozen fillets. Highly recommended.

He He Kínai Étterem / Chinese Restaurant / 和和美食: what do users think?

Evez Jaleco: I enjoyed the food in Budapest but this chinese restaurant stole the spotlight! It reminded me of the chinese food we have in southeast asia. It is that good plus the prices are not that bad! If you get a chance, definitely try this place.5 out of 5!

Tim Byrne: I’ve been craving Chinese food, and not the kind you get in a mall that sits in a pan and gets warmed up in a microwave when you order. I saw a review of He He Kinai on a travel blog and knew immediately that this was the place to satisfy my cravings. They served up the fattest dumplings I’ve ever seen and their size was matched only by the flavor they packed. The hot and sour soup was sublime. A generous portion that was a perfectly balance bowl of deliciousness. We also enjoyed Sichuan Beef, Mapo Tofu, Kung Bao Chicken, and a cauliflower dish that came in its own pot, with a variety of steamed rice, fried rice, and pan fried noodles. Today was like celebrating Jewish Christmas a few months early.

Prerna: Great food.I would recommend the beef noodle soup. Soothing effect on soul. Perfect bowl of soup on a chill winter day.Food: 5/5 | Service: 4/5 | Atmosphere: 4/5 …More

Devu Mahesan: Really tasty food. We ordered the dumplings, Mapo tofu, fried rice and beef stir fry.

Liza Bennet: The menu is much shorter and more commerce, I had to look hard for dishes that are not part of the usual Chinese fast food menu, that is: adapted to Western taste. On the other hand, lots of Chinese guests still, but they were mainly eating the big bowls of soups the place is famous for. Noodle is still hand made in front of the guests. Very fresh and crunchy mushroom salad, tasty braised intestine and pig ear salad with sesame oil.

Dániel Pálma: Looks authentic, prices are pretty cheap and the portions are very generous. Everything tastes kinda the same though and spicy wasn’t really “spicy”. Oh and the bathrooms and general hygiene remind me of Pripyat.

Yanty Gosal: Authentic and super delicious. Generous portion and not too expensive.

Sean Han: The structure of Menu line up qis good. English and phots. But too big pepper was unbalanced taste. And salty. Staff was kind! Reasonable price.

akram dabian: Amazing and friendly staff, place feels as authentic as it can get, good is fresh, service is fast portion to quality to price is just great.

Lyndsey Foster: Absolutely loved our food here. Prices were really good and food were delicious portion sizes were massive. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Really enjoyed our meal. Would highly recommend.Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Adelina Friesen: Delicious food, great variety - one of the best fried rice I had in a long time! Also the other dishes very really tasty. Very friendly and polite staff.

Elena Lina: Very cheap but very delicious! A wide selection of authentic chinese food. Staff were also friendly and helped us out in english, and we were allowed to stay inside with our dog. The staff also brought water for our dog after we asked. Would come again!

Givar Shabani: My favorite Chinese spot in Budapest. Authentic taste and really nice staff. The portion sizes are really big and they have a big variety on their menu

Josefina G.: Truly Chinese food 🍲 I’ve tried the Beijing duck, Yangzhou rice and it was amazing. Also Jasmine tea. Staff is friendly. I felt like I was in China. Highly recommended! Stop by if you’re near Blaha.

汉閣饭店: what do users think?

Chan Kalo: The Chinese food is great. Our first meal in Budapest and it’s delicious. We missed Chinese food and this restaurant offers great variety of options with high quality dish. My only complaint is the restaurant is so hot if you eat spicy dish here. I kept sweating while I was having my meal. I hope they’ll turn on AC during summer.

Zhiqi KANG: Amazing fish dish!!!! One of the best that I have ever had in Europe!!The drink is good as well, save your tongue from the spicy taste of the dish.Authentic Chinese food. Highly recommended!!!!

Arjan Brogt: Amazing food and so yummie spicy! Give them a four stars as no sizzling dish and the coffee was disgusting! For the rest a real authentic Chinese restaurant.

Joe Joe: It is genuine schezwan 🔥, okay. But whom is this restaurant for? For Chinese or those who likes schezwan pepper, this is a great place. Such peppers are not just spicy, but they give a burning and tingling feeling in throat and toungue. So who else likes this food is the question. I doubt Hungarians or Europeans order the spicy dishes here. And the next problem is the portion. Why are they giving so much amount? You are forced to pay more and leave the remaining there or are forced to take away.

Guo Yan: Rip off! Ordered a 8800 HUF frog dish and I can barely find any frog. All garlic! It was also a long wait for the dish. Hey come on, I understand inflation is horrible. But how dare you price the menu so high with such a poor quality? Shame as I am also a Chinese. This is more expensive than New York!

Csokis Miklós: Authentic (to my knowledge) Sichuan dishes. I had the mapo tofu several times and the dan dan noodles, tried the tofu starter this time around. Great food but a bit pricy.

Gauhar Kassymkan: Everything was so amazing, the food, the condition in a restaurant, workers are so polite and nice:) and food is amazing, portions are so big and very delicious. We came for the trip to the Budapest and we didn’t know anything about the city, the workers help us to call the taxi and to solve some problems, I recall recommend this place 👍🏻

T Y: Authentic Sichuan cuisine made by a chef who was born and raised in Chengdu, the capital city of Sichuan. Highly recommend the Dandan noodles and the cold chicken in chili oil (leng chi ji)

刘子鹏: Great authentic Chinese food. Great environment. Fast service.

DaBao Jiao zi: what do users think?

Jason: There is a price on the menu, but after receiving it, a middle-aged woman said that the price has been raised, and the price on the menu is invalid. will never go to that place in furture. shame for you!

Benjamin Joó: The location is a bit remote, but the aura of the surroundings is plesent. The restaurant is almost naked, white walls and white tables and chairs on one side, more traditional tables on the other side. You can order in Chinese, English and Hungarian. The food was really nice. We ate steamed and fried gyozas as well. This place worth a visit in my opinion.

Tímea Tamási: Traditional restaurant where you can buy dumplings and some other Asian meals. The service is not perfect, they forgot our order for about 15 minutes, but the food was extremely delicious, and the price is also affordable. Paying is not possible by card.

Kim Srey: Staff didn’t speak any English and was frustrated with me but luckily a local was there to help translate. Not her fault I didn’t speak Mandarin, Cantonese or Hungarian, i tried to point to pictures at the food menu. The Pan fried chicken dumplings had no flavor and even the chili oil was lacking texture and flavor as well.

Wojciech Babiak: Need to taste delicious dumplings.. 😋Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Csaba Matrahazi: Very authentic Chinese restaurant with very tasty dumplings. Some staff speak a little Hungarian and some English. The menu contains items in Chinese and Hungarian. The prices are average. Takeaways are available. Staff are wearing masks and disinfect every table after customers and are very friendly.

András Szuromi: Very small place. A buffet rather than a restaurant. Very reasonable prices. Service could be improved, but the food (and the price) makes up for it. You can take away your order.

Jiadai Li: I am a Chinese student here in Budapest. I’ve tried several Chinese restaurants here but finally I found one that has the exactly same taste as home, so I would highly recommend to all my friends. We ordered the pumpkin with salted egg yolk, I am surprised that it’s the same good as in China, the meat is also very delicious, and even the stir-fried morning glory(veggie) is the same taste, 5 stars! Now I know where to go when I miss home!

vanessa fu: Excellent! Amazing tasty and the real Chinese food! Nagyon finom.

Liu Ning: Very tranditional Chinese cuisine. Friendly service and comfy interior atmosphere. Welcome to give a try.

Imre Kovács: This restaurant as we saw, mainly offers dumplings, but they offer so many different ones, hard to choose. They have beef, pork and chicken options, also, vegan ones. The menu is in English too, they speak some Hungarian and more English. Also, the a la carte menu contains a lot of nice items, fish included. The dumpling prices are super cheap, compared to the quality, the rest is normally priced, given the quality of the needed ingredients. The staff is nice and helpful, you can only pay by cash.

Wei Song: very good. highly recommend.Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Katalin Dao: I’d say it’s one of the best authentic Chinese restaurant in the Chinatown district. Delicious food, nice service and the noodle soups are really big portions. My go to choice is the Sour rice noodle soup with beef. 100% recommended to try (it is slightly spicy)🍜

Queenie Quynh Nguyen: Authentic Chinese food. Good price. Fantastic food taste. Place is confortable and big. On road side

Yifan Yang: Very authentic Chinese cuisine, very impressive.

John Little: Great food and good portion sizes , service needs a bit if work , but this is great value for money spent .

Réka Rozgonyi: Nice service , delicious and big portion meals

Gabor Imrey: delicious food

György Cziner: Large, comfortable seats. It is also ideal for groups of several people. The food is delicious and the portions are big.

Sophie Marton: The food was very delicious, it really feels authentically Chinese, a quiet place, friendly service, but I felt that the (delicious) egg rice was quite overpriced at HUF 1,500 a portion.

Joann Ern: The chicken soup is amazing. Prawn dumplings are not the best but still ok. Good price for the quality of food.

Rae: Great food!! Owner was also really nice, totally recommend!

Linda Liu: Found a tiny piece of GLASS in noodles! :( I fully understand that it may be unavoidable but the chef’s attitude is not that good when we point out it to her. She gave us a 880 HUF (3.5 Euros) discount in the end, thank her very much!!!!!!! I feel sorry to say that because the other dishes are good to try out in a tiring journey :)

Thomas Gleeson: Awful, service was terrible. Owner was absolutely awful to deal with. We ordered two mains but only received one. When I questioned this the owner started shouting at me saying this wasn’t the case. We got frustrated and decided to just settle up and leave. We also saw a pint of house beer for 650 but when we went to pay it was 1350 and he pointed to a little scribble on the menu that didn’t look anything like a price. He then proceeded to try and tag on a 10% tip for himself. Have never ever experienced anything like this and would avoid this place like the plague…

gary lee: All the dishes are very tasty! And the service is really good!

Toncho Tonchev: Nice food made on the place. Very delicious. Good service. Looks like a popular place among many Chinese.

D: Chinese food restaurant, fast food type, food is decent but nothing special, duck was great, but beef vigorous, sour soup OK but I am used on different flavour, all in all not bad but not excellent

Sarah Zimmermann: Try! Everything was absolutely delicious :-) We had different dishes and we loved all of them.....Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 3/5 …More

Nate Reid: Couple dine in experience (non-buffet) Decor - 4/5 Cleanliness - 5/5 Food - 5/5 Service - 5/5 Value for Money - 5/5 Great location for a Chinese restaurant and very good value for money. We had the single large plates for €1800 each roughly £4. Not a huge selection but enough to fill a single plate. Everything we tried tasted really good. The honey chicken sesame chicken and onion duck was VERY TASTY. The food straight from the buffet is not warm but they provide microwaves. Would I return? YES!

Giannis Dendrinos: Best Chinese restaurant in town. Excellent customer care and very delicious food. I recommend the unlimited dish.

Burak Keçeli: The food was good, a lot of variety but they were vegetable dominated. Therefore it was hard to find chicken or beef in the dishes so you have to put some effort to pick them. Also the food was a bit too salty and they used a bit too much ketjap and fat. Therefore, it feels quite heavy after eating. We went there for dinner and the selection of deserts was very limited only a few type of cakes. Some deserts were already gone completely. The employees speak acceptable level of English and they are helpful. The place looks clean and also central to Budapest.

ליאת גנדלר: I have been there 3 times.Very tasty food.Thank youFood: 4/5 | Service: 4/5 | Atmosphere: 4/5 …More

Dmitriy Dobrovolskiy: The lovely place in the city of Budapest with tasty asian food and excellent service. Prices are reasonable.Highly recommend visiting this restaurant!Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

aria soroushi: Rude staff, i was asking for one box and bring me two, was telling me that you make me to go this way ( 1 meter ) to bring you two boxes If you come in the evening foods are not good and taste bad because these kind of spices. Food is cheap but not with a good quality They cannot understand english very well. Tables are not clean and have some small pieses of foos on it!

Kitti Plajner: Very good prices and great food. All you can eat options. Good for both big groups and eating on your own. Staff is very nice and polite, very friendly as well. I liked the American chicken the most, and the sushi was also surprisingly well made. I recommend this place to everyone who likes casual Chinese restaurants

Chaichana Tosuwancharoen: All you can eat with wide selections of Chinese foods only 14€ or if you dont want a unlimited buffet you can choose a single dish which you can select your own foods with limited of 800grams, 1800ft in single dish

alan simon: If you tire of goulashes and longash this is a great place to fill up for a cheap price. They have an all-you-can-eat buffet, with several chicken and meat dishes, plus rice, noodles and some salads, all for 4,990 ($12). Friendly staff too, Great value!

Rosalind Enktaiya: Good selection of food. Just a rip off. I bought a plate and instead of putting on top of my food (I put in a bowl and was charged for using the bowl. Where am I put the soup, basic common sense.

Szilveszter Papp: Classic Hungarian-Chinese restaurant flavours. Fast and kind service. You can sit outside and enjoy your meal in the free air.It costs the same as the rest of these restaurants.

raj gourav: Great place to eat delicious generous Chinese food at really affordable price. We took a Noodles with shrimp and a chicken noodles soup, together it was only 2500 HUF ( 7 EUR). The food tastes really nice, the place was not so crowded at 9 pm. They accept cards, they even have options to make the food spicy or less spicy according to your taste. The food was really generous and we could not finish most of it. They even have free WiFi.

Balázs László Bálint: Friendly staff (seems like a family business). Good price for good and plenty food. The general chinese fast food dishes are ready for grab, but you can order ramen too that is quite a treat!

Tomislav Sudar: The lady who served the food was so nice and patient. The food is delicious, and portions are really big.I will definitely eat here whenever I am in Budapest.

Nour Bou Salman: The food and hygiene used to be better, but I still love it. The portion offered for its price is insanely generous. The big plate is always enough for two lunches for me ☺️

István Szekeres: Just a typical Chinese fast food place, the Budapest version. Slightly better prepared food, slightly more attentive service.

Csaba Ecsedi: For chinase food, this is the go-to in the district. I only ate take away there. The first impression of the place may be dubious looking at the not so tidy place, but the food and seasong speaks for itself. Lots of chinase food at different places gave me hard times on the stomack, but never this one.

Mohammed Abdo: I love Ruyi Chineze Fast-food, I come on it as a coincidence today, and as I am a food lover, I went to eat and is amazing, I but it in my list

M Shn: Fair prices and good food

Petah: I tried prawn noodle soup for the first time. It was delicious and the portion was big enough for me and my girlfriend. Staff was friendly and we got our food in like 3 min.

Fiona F: Polite service but the food was quite disappointing. Hard rice noodles and no flavour at all to speak of, very bland. Where are the spices? I would have enjoyed a packet of instant noodles at home more than the Pho I got.

Joe T: Tasty, quick Chinese fare at reasonable prices. I definitely recommend this place if you want to take a break from the typical Hungarian food. Friendly staff.

Ian Moore: We liked this place. Got chicken fried rice and beef with noodles. The food was a good change of pace from Hungarian cuisine. The woman at the register was nice 👍

saeed almarar: Amazing food, shrimp fried rice and noodles !!Must visit if you like Chinese food.

Jim McCroskey: This was a refreshing oriental dinner in a beautiful town of Budapest. The rice was cooked perfectly the vegetables were crisp. I had it spicy which I love and it was again just the right amount for me. If you want a change of pace dinner you have to try this restraint. Very nice staff.

Katia Bikova: Super tasty and also good price. Recommended!

Wang Mester Restaurant: what do users think?

Dorka Z.: I would definitely recommend this restaurant. I have never eaten such a delicious chines food like these. The waitress recommended us very tasty dishes. If you go there you have the to try the homemade noodles.

Domagoj Hajdukovic: Excellent Food, friendly staff who speak excellent English. Best Chinese restaurant in Budapest!

Milos Skacel: Very tasty and great price. Nice interior. They speak in English and you can pay by card. Easy parking on street.

Aliya Sayani: A hidden gem in Budapest. Some of the best authentic Chinese food I’ve ever had in my life. We got the Chinese vegetables, grandmothers beef, Beijing chicken, and friend noodles with vegetables. I seriously cannot express how phenomenal the food was. The noodles especially were handmade and so thick! Just eat here I have nothing else to say lol.

Adrienn Botyánszki: Tasty food, authentic atmosphere, correct service. After ordering the meal we also received soup, that we did not ordered. When the waiter realized the misunderstanding he came to our table and informed us that all of the soup were extra and we did not have to pay for it. Although it is not a cheap place but I recommend this place to anybody.

Sharen: This is the best and most authentic Chinese restaurant I have visited so far in Budapest. It worths a visit if you would like to try Chinese cuisines. Nonetheless, there are two things which the restaurant could improve better. The baby high chairs were very dirty and sticky. I tried to clean with the wet papers a few times but the sticky stains couldn’t be removed. The toilets could be cleaned better as well.

Havasi Ember: EXTREMELY GOOD! I have been in China, Taiwan, Vietnam and Japan and I got the chance of food tasting. Usually other country’s chinese restaurant is not traditional tastes, they all a mixed ones. But this Chinese Place is unforgottenable, good, spicy, tasty and a bit mixed with the other flavour of Asia!!! High quality! GO & EAT & DRINK! Master Wang and his friendly staffs are waiting for You and your family or/and friends! Only 1 just 1 negative thing! Location. If You want to go by car SOMETIMES not easy to find a place!

Wu Zhou Kínai Étterem: what do users think?

sherrie tark: I’m from NYC, known for amazing Chinese food as it is. I didn’t initially have high expectations since I wasn’t sure how good the Chinese food could be in Europe….but needless to say I was completely blown away at all of the flavors and authenticity behind these dishes. Everything was beyond delicious and I want to say it’s one of my top favorite Chinese places of all time. Service was great, the lady was very sweet and friendly. I’ll miss it here so much!!

Kiss Zsolt: It was really great service. The food was ready in a few minutes. Really big portions.Had a great evening here. You should try it if you want to get a fast and delicious meal. 🥘

Janos Vajda: We visited this restaurant today, but not the first time. I can write about them only positive things. The meal is fantastic; the staff is very kind. I need to mention the toilet; It is super clear, there is a paper towel, and the soap is not diluted by water, which I appreciate. I highly recommend them if you want to get delicious Chinese food in Budapest. They definitely deserve five stars. Vegetarian options: The menu contains vegetarian options on a dedicated page.

Joseph Youds: Brilliant Chinese this will be our 7th visit and hope not our last, being from the UK we tend to have a Chinese at least twice a week, everything is cooked to perfection and big portions too it’s a shame we have to go home. You must try the sweet and sour chicken along with Cantonese fried rice yum yum and spring rolls we’ll be back Kid-friendliness: Lovely staff so accommodating with a super memory.

Sharen: It is a very authentic Chinese restaurant. The restaurant looks clean and organized and the staff is friendly. I would like to give 4.5 score. One thing that confused me was that I ordered the lemon chicken but the real served dish was not the one I expected. The taste was ok but I still felt disappointed. However, it is still worthy to try.

Sabrina Smith: The portion of food is huge for the amount you pay. Everything we tried was very good! We absolutely loved the waitress she was amazing and was a huge part of the enjoyment of our trip to the resturant. The best chinese in Budapest by far! ❤️

Lonares: Good restaurant with quality food. Ordered meat dough, noodles and sugary chicken balls and i savoured it. The prices are not too expensive although more than in the quick buffets, but the quality makes up for it.

Jimin Gu: We had to wait for almost two hour to get our food. And it seemed to prepare for the delivery first than for the tables. The service and fried rice was quite good. It would be much better to remark us that we should wait for much time. Please notice that you should wait for a long time here.

M Albalhan: The reception is not smiling and she dont under stand English not helpful but the food is nice
