Gábor Fodor: I have read through some of the reviews here, surely you can see both positive and negative feedbacks, however, I can tell my experience with the company was fair and neat. The sales guy at the store was very prepared, communicative and helpful, showing us around, presenting a lot of ideas, showcasing plenty of carpets. We bought one then returned it to the store the next day as unfortunately, the carpet was not showing a good fit into our room. Money has been returned in full, many thanks for the friendly assistance and management of our purchasing process. Be fair and you'll surely also be treated fair. Their store is not one you can find in Váci street but shiny windows set aside, a great deal of carpet variety are there to choose from with a straightforward staff. Enjoy the in-store experience, better than doing it online, safer for sure to find the right size and style! Cheers, Gábor
Hanna Kómár: I bought a carpet from them for the first time, and I really liked another one, they told me the price, but I was still thinking about it. A few days later I went back to buy it. Then the seller called another seller over, they said something in front of me, but not in Hungarian, the price was more than four times higher! Needless to say, we didn't agree on this. This is considered a verbal agreement anyway. But they didn't deal with that. I was deeply disappointed. Anyway, I went with great joy, I was prepared to have a carpet. And buying a rug is quite a big event, we don't buy one every day. They could have been decent, but they weren't. They weren't excited for a minute, the way they behaved, that's not how a real dealer treats a customer. I don't go to them anymore. I don't recommend it. I called them on the phone, I wanted to tell them how much of a disappointment they were, of course, they didn't pick up and didn't call me back either...

Richárd Rácz: I was able to give this assessment to the company today. I ordered a running mat in two sizes on 12/02, they only had to cut it. According to their description, it was in stock, so it will be delivered in 1-3 working days. But it didn't arrive. 6 days later I called them on the phone and told them that I only ordered from there because it is supposed to be here in 3 days. I would have needed it for the weekend, I bought it as a gift, I thought they would be good. Every third manifestation of the Lord was "Dear Lord". That's not the problem, it's that they haven't even cut it!! He promised that he would take action right away and that he could give it up right away. I will receive it by courier tomorrow. Aaaah...
Orsolya Tóth: The service is unacceptable. We wanted to buy a carpet between two holidays. When we entered, however, we were greeted by silence, and it was difficult to find a seller, when our thanks remained unrequited. After we had chosen which carpet we wanted and asked for his help, one of the workers, I think, did not seem afraid that there were others around him, the other salesman kept telling us that "xy" would help, but the named person, after the prompt , he was busy with the papers in his hands, neither looking up nor paying attention to us, prospective customers. We didn't need any more. We buy it elsewhere.
Tünde Kurtz: I ordered a treadmill, unfortunately I paid in advance. I realized that I needed a bigger one and the next day I immediately wrote to them, I wanted to change the order. I called them but they don't pick up the phone and they don't even respond! I find it outrageous! The selection is large, everyone can find what they need. In the end, we didn't order, but bought it right away.
Gábor Kiss: It's really more of a warehouse than a store. Unfortunately, from the large selection on the website, there was only a very minimal selection of carpets that could be viewed. It is advisable to look at the website in advance and ask if they can show you. The service was okay, but it also had its own uniqueness. The carpet we bought is fine, so far there are no problems with it.
Jozsefne Igaz: The train has been running for days, with an order. After several days, I managed to get the order accepted by phone and it was fine. 01 delivery was promised. They have not been reached since then, and of course the goods have not arrived. Not a serious store.
Margit Böröcz: The wrong carpet was delivered. Upon my complaint, they willingly offered to exchange it. However, my trust was already shaken and I asked for the money back, which was returned minus the shipping cost.

I haven't received it since then, because a courier showed up, but it turned out (at the time, it wasn't indicated anywhere before) that I could only pay in cash. They indicated that I should call them for the carpet, after all this time I should still be looking for them!
