Daan: Nice facility, with tough trainings and mostly great coaches that emphasize technique. Be prepared for bag work or (very) hard sparring, light sparring does not seem to be an option
Zoltán Pázsit: A friendly, hidden gem just in a small street in the city center. Big mat area for BJJ, grappling,and MMA, boxing, kickboxing. You can find here an Octagon cage and all the required equipments.

Trainings are intense and very complete (cardio, breathing exercises, conditioning, stretching, techniques and sparring). After 1,5 year I can say I learn a lot about myself and improve a lot my skills, my health and condition. Trainers are really involved and attentive. I recommend this place 100%.

Riccardo Lonzi: The best Muay Thai club ever, great atmosphere and a lot of respect. Very diverse trainings that can be good for beginners and more advanced people. As foreigner I never had issues with the language as everybody speaks English. Attila and Istvan are great trainers and they make sure that everybody has the right support to improve their skills and technics, and they also provide personal trainings. The location is perfect to reach by public transport and close to the city center.

Martin Moser: Excellent training, equipment and atmosphere (by which i mean: no posers, bullies or aggression). The gym is suitable for english speakers as well. You can book 1 on 1 private lessons (which i did and can absolutely recommend). This gym is one of the very rare occassions where you can learn actual technical skills in a methodical way.

There is also a restaurant right next to it, if someone insists on their post-workout meal, they have to stay 3 meters from the entrance

The Master is very kind, helpful, and the community is very family run. The classes are professional and always in a very good mood. As the classes are in English language, it is a great opportunity for foreign language strengthening and community building. I'm so happy I found TKO, I heartily recommend it to anyone interested in martial arts, they won't regret it.
The knowledge we receive provides with chance/opportunities to survive in crisis situations, helps to strengthen/control body and refresh mind, keep it calm. In case of kids trainings build self-confidence, teach how to respect each other. I literally forget about everything and just concentrate on taekwondo tasks, it helps to switch off/restart mind for 60-90 minutes:)). We communicate with members during lessons, that is pleasure. We have different ages in group and no limits, instructors can deal with everybody. We are happy and grateful for being part of Team. Master Jung and Angela call team/club “family” and everybody loves it.

Raikhan Satymbekova: I have joined the classes just recently, but it feels like I have been attending them for a long time! I like the whole atmosphere of the classes, the way how Master Jung directs us and tries to keep everything in a professional and good way! It’s always fun to learn, sometimes it might seem it’s hard, but with a funny and positive trainer I want to keep trying! I love the way the classes are organized: it’s a mix of students attending kickboxing and boxing, and you have a chance to learn both! I like to come to classes and get a positive energy from students and from our Master Jung everytime! I can clearly see that he is a dedicated person with a huge love to what he does, and that inspires all of us to come and learn from him! I encourage everyone to come and try! It’s a great way of forgetting about all your problems, and being there in a moment :)

There are three rooms available for those who want to take part in different guided workouts. There are many workouts on the palette. Yuki Ines: My husband and I had regular Muay Thai training in Thailand, but after we moved to Budapest we couldn’t find a good trainer until we stumble upon Norbert’s RedMuay Team. If you like Muay Thai (the kickboxing style with more technics), I would strongly recommend training with Norbert. He has a lot of skills and, you can tell, has a passion on the “Arts of the Eight Limbs.” Even if what you want is simply to get some cardio in and exercise in fun way, Red Muay is still a wonderful option. The gym is well equipped and Norbert will ensure you train in a safe way, regardless of you level! We love the private classes and the group sparring sessions, so much fun!

Csaba Szabó: It deserves 5 stars. My primary goal was to satisfy my need for exercise, and I wanted to gain a few kilograms. I honestly did not think that a combat sport could be integrated into my days and become a part of my life at such a level. I owe a debt of gratitude to my coach Norbert Révész, who confronts me with new and new challenges, which even at first I am not sure I will overcome. With his support and the way he makes me feel that he believes in me, he can come up with another task or challenge in no time. I have been going to the training sessions for half a year now, I can feel the change in my strength and my weight gain is also successful.
Gábor Boros: I chose Norbit Révész as my coach because he takes into account my previous sports injuries (2 hernias and a ligament shortening in my arm) and sets the tasks with this in mind! Fast-paced and friendly coach! Strictly 5-star performance is expected from it!
